Once we had identified a few quartzite slabs that we liked, he joined my wife to take a look at them and make sure they matched what we were looking for. He interacted with the manager of the stone store to make sure they removed the slabs from the stack so my wife could clearly see all of the slab face. We ended up picking two slabs. Communication throughout the process was very professional and he helped us manage a challenge with the size of the sink and made sure that what we purchased would work for our situation. We had one question post-install and he quickly came back to address the issue without a problem. I am stunned by how good the countertops turned out and how smooth the whole process was (even factoring in having the kitchen a mess for a while during the painting process).
