The place looked to be in decent shape, though like much of the region they had water quality concerns that limited what they could do. Upon asking, I discerned that despite the rebrand, they were still offering boba tea in addition to coffee. The tulsi-flavored tea I got was not overly sweet, but the generous popping boba made for enough of a sugar rush. They had a few baked goods. I suspect that operations will improve as the city rebuilds.
