The reason I'm taking off a star, is because of the wait time. The wait time from when I pulled up till when I pulled out with my sandwich was roughly 15 minutes. That's quite a wait for a sandwich. You can order ahead online, but you still have to wait in the line to pick up your food. They do delivery, but they only do one delivery run a day at 11 AM, and so you have to get your order in on time. They shouldn't have the person running back-and-forth between being cashier, and taking orders as well. Maybe have another person taking orders. Cleanliness is non-negotiable when you're handling food that people put in their mouths -- it's the bare minimum. The hygiene standards on display were deeply concerning and off-putting.
