Some of the rolls wouldn't come off because the wrapping had a lot of moisture so I ended up just eating it deconstructed. I prefer how Kazu Nori gives you each roll one at a time to prevent this. I do wish I would've upgraded to their 17 course but I'll know for my next visit. The omakase experience was really nice and relaxing as the chef prepares each tasting and explains the flavor profiles. I highly recommend this. Before I left, I ordered the wagyu dumplings which the chef explained was one of his creations and was so proud to talk to me about it. I really enjoyed these. They were filling and good in size and the sauce was delicious! It was a truffle sauce that made the dumplings even more flavorful.
