Okay, this was another Door Dash discovery after another Yelp Elite mentioned liking this spot. I decided to try them out and I ordered the special 3 roll dinner that comes with a salad and miso soup. This was the perfect amount of food and it was nice to get some of a lot of different things. I liked the rolls a lot! I couldn't even finish this but everything was so good. I had some left over for the next day for a snack. I would definitely order this again, it really hit the spot!!

I went to town for lunch today, stuffing myself silly with chicken and pork katsu, kani salad, hand rolls, classic rolls and more. I ate A LOT. This isn't a buffet, this is all-you-can-eat which you order as you go. Everything was delicious. Freshly prepared. Quickly delivered. No hassle with ordering more and more and more. My waiter had no attitude with me ordering five times, but each time was just two or three more things and yes, I ate all that I ordered. Sushi Hana is clean, it's friendly, they have a wifi and there is a power outlet at the table so that you can keep your electronics going while you're eating. I think they even validate parking. I came here earlier in the month with my sister in law after a little shopping trip in the city. Parking was a little tricky, as I didn't notice that we had to park in the back for overflow. However the restaurant does validate parking in that area. We were seated promptly and explained how the "all you can" works. Our waiter was very nice and accommodating. How it works: You mark how much of each item you want, then it is brought promptly. We came Saturday night for dinner, which is $31.99 per person. You also have the option to order a standard meal. However keep in mind whatever you don't finish, you're charged $1 per piece including rice (I don't know exactly how rice works though) Food was really good and fresh and the restaurant was soooo cute and very clean! I will be back!

The ayce was fine, the servers were really kind that was the highlight, and it's nice that they validate your parking, the food was fine you get what you pay for it was only $18 so nothing to write home about, but it was yummy enough for lunch. I really enjoyed the nigiri.

Came here for a 2nd time to give another try. Food was ok. Chicken bites were dry and unflavorable. Service was slow and we were forgotten about. My husband got refills when he asked, I did not. We had to beg for our check before the timer ran out for parking.

Visited on a Sunday afternoon at 1:30pm with some friends for lunch. It was not busy at all but since our whole party was not there yet, we had to wait to be seated. This is an AYCE sushi restuarant but of course with the option of A La Carte items as well. Sushi tasted very fresh and was delicious. The food and drinks were amazing and we just had round and round of hand and classic rolls coming. They have appetizers from calamari, gyozu tempura veggies, hibachi Entrees, soups and salads. The service was very slow though. Items that we had selected never arrived and had to reorder them again. Ordered wine which at one point the waitress just nonchalantly stated she completely forgot about it. Nevertheless we still had a good time eating great sushi and catching up. Parking is validated but there is also side street parking if thats more for you.

Very nice and quite place, with very friendly staff. The menu has a lot an options to choose from I can't even remember what I ate. A great place to go If you're craving sushi or hanging out with friends.

Service: Attentive and courteous. But knows not to hover or be obtrusive. Ambience: typical izakaya style and music is not too loud. Has a lounge-y vibe. Nice clean atmosphere. Food: a bit of an issue with the sushi rice. Not well seasoned and is missing that rice vinegar tangy flavor. The mussels were delicious though. Their seafood udon soup was flavorful. Didn't check the restroom but I assume it's clean.

Hands down my fav AYCE sushi spot in Charlotte. My 2nd time here as I have been craving this place since my last visit. Came here for AYCE lunch last Saturday and I loved that we were seated right away.It was much less crowded than their weekend dinner crowd & the service was great from start to finish. Our food came out quick and fresh. We stuffed our faces with their appetizer options (2 rounds of apps) and finished off with our sushi rolls. I have absolute no complaints on any of the rolls I've had from here. We can't get enough of their tuna tayaki, yellowtail , and ilka salad. (Appetizer menu) We got these dishes twice (and would have done a 3rd round if we wasn't so stuffed) . For dessert we opted for their fried green ice cream which came out platted like sushi rolls. (I personally did not like the dessert as it was more fried batter and barely any green tea ice cream) Can't wait to come back again!

This is the only sushi spot in SouthEnd that offers an All-You-Can-Eat deal for less than $30 that includes appetizers, soups, salads, nigiri, sashimi, teriyaki, multiple different rolls and desserts! Heads up: dishes here are served as soon as they're ready, so it's possible your food will come out before the rest of your party's. I opted for the seaweed salad and Manigosh Sake Roll (shrimp, crabmeat, avocado, mango, and tobiko) and boy oh boy, it hit the spot. As far as service: I'm convinced our server was a wizard because every time my cup began to run low, our server magically appeared like she had some sort of beverage telepathy. All in all, really solid spot for anyone looking for that speedy sushi fix. Highly recommend.

My daughter and I ordered Bento Boxes from Sushi Hana. We had combo of Hibachi Shrimp with delicately grilled vegetables, delicious and tasty fried rice, mini California Rolls, mini Gyoza and a freshly made salad. The portions were good. I had leftovers. I'm so happy that we found Sushi Hana. I thoroughly enjoyed the food. It was packaged securely and included the condiments and utensils. The wait was only 15 to 20 minutes for made to order hot food. I highly recommend Sushi Hana and I will definitely return to sample more of their menu.

By far my favorite sushi place in all of Charlotte! I absolutely love this plcae because it has something for everyone to eat. Myself personally i can eat all the varieties of sushi but my child cant eat seafood but was able to eat chicken and fries so she wasn't left out. The service was convenient and always frequent to our table. Its not terribly big so the restaurant is somewhat intimate and cozy so you don't feel lost amongst the other customers. I love this place and we come out fairly often

It was my first time coming here and it was my first time doing it all you can eat sushi lunch so it was a pretty cool experience being able to try multiple rolls and not pay per roll. Flipside to this you can't take anything to go and they charge you for any food that you leave. So try not to eat with your eyes. The appetizers come out in small portions so if you're like me and really like crab Rangoon, you'll need to order it a couple times. The rolls themselves were delicious, I can't quite tell you the names of the ones I picked because I had the waiter give me their suggestions, but I tried some of all of the rolls shown in the picture and there wasn't one that I didn't like. I will say that nothing specifically stood out to me about this place to make it my go to sushi spot, but it was an enjoyable experience overall. But if you ask my coworker who took me here, she'll say that it's definitely her go to spot. There is no street parking so you'll have the park in the deck attached to it but they do valet (I think that's the correct word to use when you bring them your parking ticket and they run it so you don't have to pay when you leave the garage) the parking if you park in that deck. If you park anywhere else they won't. I'm not sure if there's a quicker way to get from the deck closer to the restaurant itself I couldn't find a way so I went all the way down to the first floor out and around. Not too convenient if it's raining and you don't have an umbrella.

Blk Pepper Tuna Tatki (D) This was flavored nicely.

It was a little late for dinner but the restaurant was still open. I understand the side work for closing as I've been in the field before but if you have a table, it should be a focus on the guests not the other way around. We came on a Saturday evening and arrived just in time to catch the sunset before starting our meal, which felt like the perfect start to the night. We ordered our first round of drinks, and the ladies at the table opted for the Osusume while the gentlemen ordered directly from the menu (there were four of us total). The drinks took a little while to arrive, but nothing that raised any red flags yet. Service started to feel off once the food began coming out. One of the guys received his appetizer, entrée, and side of rice almost immediately--basically all at once--while the other received his entrée well before his appetizer. As for the Osusume, it started strong with the first three dishes coming out fairly quickly. Unfortunately, that momentum stopped completely. We then waited 45 minutes to an hour before the next dish appeared. Our server did acknowledge the delays, which we appreciated, but that was about the extent of it. At one point he stopped checking in altogether, likely because he had no updates for us. What was frustrating was that we never even had the opportunity to order another round of drinks while we waited. After a couple of hours, one person in our group had to leave. Meanwhile, my friend and I were still waiting on at least three more courses from the Osusume (we were told it would be 6-9 courses). My friend's husband eventually went to the host stand to ask for a manager. When the manager arrived, we were given conflicting explanations as to why our food still hadn't come out. By this point it had been over three hours, and we still had three courses left to receive. Another friend left because the wait had become so unreasonable. Unfortunately, the manager didn't offer anything to help make up for the experience--no drinks while we waited, no gesture for the delay, nothing beyond explanations that didn't quite line up. Walking past the kitchen, things appeared chaotic and disorganized. It honestly seemed like our order may have gotten lost in the shuffle more than anything else. Tables that were seated well after us were able to order, eat, and leave. At one point a group of about ten celebrating a birthday came in after us, enjoyed their entire meal, cut a cake, and left while we were still waiting. Even small touches fell through the cracks. We never received the lemon or water enhancements that were being brought to other tables, and getting a simple water refill often took 30+ minutes. Going that long without any drink--water included--is tough for a restaurant of this caliber. Eventually, because it had gotten so late, we asked to have the remaining courses packaged to go. Unfortunately, that experience wasn't much better. The food was poorly packaged and didn't seem intended to be shared between two people, which made it difficult to properly enjoy what should have been the remaining courses of the Osusume experience. In the end, we were offered a series of explanations but not much in the way of service recovery. We were patient throughout the entire experience and didn't make a scene, but the lack of communication and basic hospitality made the evening feel like a missed opportunity. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this place. Lack of service is one thing, but when concerns are raised to a manager and they seem to be brushed off, it makes the experience even more disappointing. I could maybe forgive slow service if it were a one-off situation, but the lack of ownership or effort to make things right makes it hard to suggest this spot to others. Come at your own risk and be ready for disappointment.
