When I thanked Nara for such an amazing dinner and let her know it was my first time dining there and that it was my birthday she brought out a round of lychee sake shots for the table and started playing a happy birthday song throughout the restaurant. Three people ate, so overall not a bad deal. If you want to dine in, they do offer AYCE made to order appetizers and sushi. The restaurant itself is no frills, but it's a good bargain if you can eat a good amount of food. If you don't like something, tell the server and don't just leave it on your plate at the end because you'll be charged extra if you leave a certain number of pieces.
