I was craving Hibachi and ended up ordering take out from a place near by- Isuka! The order was ready when I arrived 15 minutes later and I was really impressed with the portion size and sauces! The restaurant was empty at around 5pm on a Tuesday, when I entered but I was warmly greeted. The restaurant seemed to have two sides to eat on and was clean. The food was absolutely delicious! Steak was tender and the rice was cooked the way I like it. I would bring friends here to eat again!

We were really lucky to find this Halal Japanese restaurant (other than chicken gyoza everything is Halal). The shrimp shumai and miso soup felt unique (as I didn't try Japanese food earlier). The chicken udon and the hibachi rice dishes were really delicious. I liked the hibachi grilled prawn and beef the most. I also tried the smoked salmon nigiri which was great. As dessert we tried the cheesecake tempura which again was amazing and unique. The server was very friendly and welcoming.

Wow! This was our first visit to Isuka and it was incredible. Egg rolls to tempura vegetables and then a few rolls, all were so delicious. Our server was helpful and friendly and the rest of the crew stopped by to check on our experience. Unassuming dining room is comfortable and not crowded. We will be back often.

We stopped in after our first day of the Indie Book Crawl, the gentlemen working were very nice and took great care of us. We were the only ones in on a Thursday evening it was pretty quiet but lots of To-Go orders were picked up. My friends ordered sushi and gyoza, I had their NY steak hibachi dinner, we all left very happy and very full! They also accept offline club, and $10 was taken off the check!

I found myself in a bind today trying to find lunch today because we had just had a storm, and a few places were still out of power. But it was meant to be, because on my way back to the office. I stopped by Isuka. it was my first time. However, when you first walk in the door, they have a list of monthly specials. And I am a fan of a good special. I ordered the spicy crab meat roll. That was just enough to curve my hunger for lunch. The staff was attentive and pleasant. And my food came out. Surprisingly Quick. I took my sushi roll to go this time, but I'm a follow up visit. I do want to die and need to get the full experience.

"Hibachi express" has become my thing recently and I am glad to have found this place which is on my way home from work. They have a parking lot in the back of the building and it was easy to park. I ordered chicken hibachi dinner and it was a lot of food! It looked great but I forgot to take a photo of it. The service was fast and pleasant. My dinner was delicious, and I especially liked the fried rice that was served with it. After I ordered I noticed that they had monthly special which seemed to be a good deal and I want to try next time. Overall great value & experience!

Food was good but not great. For the price you can't beat it. Service was quick and amazing. It's a nice place to come for lunch. Salmon was really good I feel like the rice could use a little work . Gyoza was great .

OMG! A sweet downtown hibachi gem for sure! If you never been please go but not too often. Haha. I enjoy my pop ins. Service is always great. I'm always greeted with a smile and good energy. And that 16th St sushi roll is FIRE! I've had salmon, shrimp & chicken hibachi. Sometimes the shrimp or salmon may be over cooked slightly but still yummy. I always get extra veggies Con: check your shrimp, I've caught a few not fully clean.

Surprisingly my kids turned me on to this spot. They had door dashed frequently from here and when asked what they wanted for lunch they suggested here. I can say it does not disappoint! When we arrived we were seated immediately as the place was not too crowded at all. They left us some menus, took our drink orders and said they would be back. It being my first time I had to read through the entire menu but my girls were ready to order. I was happy to discover I could substitute the meat of my choice in the sushi but their is a particular sushi with spicy salmon that is cooked......you HAVE to try it!!! It's amazing!!! Even my youngest who always frowned up at sushi enjoyed their salmon sushi and is now a fan. We all got hibachi orders with chicken and the food came out within 20 minutes. My girls enjoyed their soda which you do need to pay attention because you need the top to open it, otherwise you are screwed. Parking is not the best, I'll be honest it actually sucks. There is limited parking behind the building and although there appears to be ample parking in the connecting parking lot, I technically think it is some sort of resident parking. The staff as very helpful and attentive and paid attention to make sure our girls at least received their different portions of food first so as not to be "hungry". With the hibachi you do get your choice of soup or salad, I typically get the soup which was pretty good. We were there on an Sunday afternoon so it wasn't terribly crowded although they do have seating on both sides of the building. You could tell they get tons of online orders too as there was a constant flow of people coming to grab orders. This has now become our new quick hibachi spot when we are craving the style of food and need it quick. If you're in the area and curious, stop in and give it a try, you won't be disappointed.

This is a cute place on 16th. I went with some friends after work. They weren't too busy but the restaurant was clean and cutely decorated. I loved the fried rice it was full of flavor. My friend had the filet minion fried rice. I tried that and it was HEAVENLY! I should have got that! My sushi was the dynamite roll... honestly it was too messy for me. The sauce over took the sushi and made it messy and difficult to eat. I just wouldn't order that again. I do want to come back and try more hibachi items. I can tell by their rice that the hibachi dishes are their specialty.

Express is right! We needed a quick place to eat before a show at a local theater, but really don't eat fast food. A google search showed Isuka. We decided to risk it--and it paid off! The staff were extremely attentive, but not annoyingly so. The tables had a mix if benches and chairs which was great for our kids. It was a quiet, laid back atmosphere which was the opposite of how fast we got our food (which was delicious!). In our party of 6, we all found something we wanted and everyone raved about how good it was. Excellent choice!

Fantastic sushi and such a great lunch special. Our server was awesome and the vibes were chill. They also have a bar area if you are eating alone, which I really liked. 16th street is popping right there and I can't wait to see what comes next. Hats off to Isuka- so glad to have something in that spot.

Came here with my family to get a late afternoon lunch. It was pretty good! Food was hot and portions are pretty big. Parking is in the back and customer service is pretty good too.

The fish was so fresh, and you could genuinely taste the nori, which makes a huge difference. We branched out and tried the Kumamoto oysters too. Worth it. They're tinier than your typical oyster and came with a range of flavors from the seasonings and sauces. Honestly, we wish they'd been served more simply because we wanted to compare them to the ones we've had in Japan, and all the sauce made that tough. Still a fun order though. Skip the Seafood Pot, in our opinion. It tasted like Bird's Nest to us and just wasn't anything special compared to everything else. Bottom line: come for the sushi. It's the standout, and it's what'll bring us back. With ramen, hibachi, bubble tea, and a full bar also on the menu, there's plenty to explore on a return visit.

I'm not a fan of raw sushi, so I always get the sweet potato roll and/or the stop 11 roll. We ordered DoorDash last night and added the tomago roll and it will be added to my favorites at Sushi Club. The stop 11 roll was all gone before I could snap a picture, but there are pictures uploaded by other users. Note: I do substitute soy wrapper instead of seaweed and I add cream cheese to the tomago and sweet potato rolls. It's $2 extra but well worth it. As far as pricing goes, when you order DoorDash there is a slight up-charge, but it's still fair pricing. We got three rolls for $40 with tip and service fees. Three people ate, so overall not a bad deal. If you want to dine in, they do offer AYCE made to order appetizers and sushi. The restaurant itself is no frills, but it's a good bargain if you can eat a good amount of food. If you don't like something, tell the server and don't just leave it on your plate at the end because you'll be charged extra if you leave a certain number of pieces. If you're a light eater like me and AYCE isn't for you, there is a full menu to order from. If you haven't tried this place, give them a shot! They also have a location on West 10th Street and in Fishers at 116th and Allisonville.
