Our server was very pleasant and explained the all you can eat menu ($27.99/person) or that you can order a la carte of a different menu. We opted for the a la carte. Also, my husband doesn't love seaweed, and they were able to do his items with soy paper (for only +$1 total). We ordered everything at once - ha, I would not recommend this! Like many sushi places, they do charge you if you leave them on your plate. We didn't want to go that route (getting charged mroe), but we really could have done with ordering two less rolls! Sushi Club has a pretty extensive all-you-can-eat menu with a lot of variety, and overall I thought the food was good. The fish tasted fresh, and most of the sushi was enjoyable. My biggest complaint is that they use a lot of rice, which can make it harder to try as many different items as you'd like. I also had a couple pieces of tuna that had a strange texture, which was a little disappointing. That said, the majority of the food was solid, the selection was impressive, and the experience was enjoyable overall. If I'm back in Indianapolis, I'd definitely consider stopping by again. When you've finished all your food they bring you another sheet so you can make your selections for round two. Repeat as many times as you want. The only downside is the wait time between rounds is a little long, in an hour and a half dinner we only made it through two rounds, so plan on a multiple hour meal if you want to truly discover the limits of your sushi-eating ability. read more

After trying to look for a AYCE sushi restaurant that actually had good quality with great service and good pricing for what seem like forever, we finally found it coming here. They have a wide variation of yummy sushi and appetizers. You can have as many rounds as you want (as long as you finish) and you feel judgement free! My father and I have come here many times over the last six years and I would give them a solid 4.5 stars if possible. Two weeks ago on a Saturday evening we came in for dinner and it was not the wonderful restaurant we were accustomed to. There were three of us and when we were seated we were not provided with the menu. We flagged someone down and asked for the menu and waters. We filled out our first order with one person getting soup, one green salad, and one seaweed salad. The soup and green salad came out, and after ten minutes I asked and was told the sushi bar was very busy. After another ten minutes I asked another server and was told the same thing. Eventually, the lady who knows us for coming in for so many years walked by and we asked her about the seaweed salad and she took care of us getting it. Our cooked appetizers came out and we waited for our first order from the sushi bar. While we were waiting for our sushi bar order, the seaweed salad we had ordered came out over 30 minutes later. When our sushi bar order came out we had ordered sashimi and received sushi on rice. We just went with it. The rest of the order was correct and well prepared. We didn't bother with ordering any additional food due to the long wait, went to the front desk, paid our bill and left. Don't me wrong, I know is was Saturday evening, and they were busy, but the service fell well short of their normal. For an all you can eat restaurant, It maybe better to limit their seating to how many tables they can adequately serve at a time instead of over crowding and falling short. There is a second sushi club in Indianapolis but I believe they are run by a different owner. We love this location better because of their cleanliness, quality of the food, and friendly service. It does get busy here, but I think it's one of the best "all you can eat in Indy". Keep in mind, there are rules to ordering and you might get an extra charge if you don't finish your food. My absolute favorite all you can eat sushi place. Always get the dragon balls and peppered tuna cause they're amazing. Sadly the peppered tuna was not there during this visit. Went for a friends birthday recently and service was great and food was even better. I've never been disappointed at this location. The inside is slightly nicer than the other locations in my opinion as well. We usually get almost every roll offered and it's very rare we don't like one so honestly I say just get whatever you like/are feeling. This review is for Saturday April 9, 2022 So anytime we been here the experience has been up and down. Whether it be they are constantly raising the price, to not having an item on their menu, to some other sort of an issue. We only seem to have had one good experience and that is when we first visited them a while back, where we actually ate in once. I am unsure if they have new management or the same management, but on that Saturday we placed an order form our home here in Anderson, and then went to pick it up. The reason for the 3 stars, which I probably should only do 2, but I am being nice, is because when we placed our order there were a lot of items they did not have and well it is because of who ever the manager is. Besides the sushi rolls we ordered, when placing an order for anything roe, we were told they do not carry any sort of egg for the sushi, not even the sweet egg(tamago), We also wanted to place an order for vegetable tempura, we were told the manager was upset about something and they no longer carry that on their menu anymore. My thing is this, as a customer I do not need to hear the manager is pissed off about anything in the kitchen and that is why he or she does not carry an item on the menu. GUESS WHAT: if you don't carry it anymore, then how about you take it off the menu. When I am playing an order I am not in a mood to play guessing games on if you have this or not. Because of this my partner and I will no longer be coming back to sushi club. You guys have got to get some your priorities straight in the business world, staff should not be telling customers the following, " Our manager is pissed off about that or this item, so we no longer carry it". By the way stop raising your prices ever other week, it gets annoying, if you do not know how to price your items, then maybe you should not have a business. read more
