I really enjoyed this roll so much that I went back a week later to get it again. It's huge and it was filling. Nice service and nice location

This is an awesome place to come and customize a bowl or roll. I never ate inside - only delivery - but, I was never dissatisfied or disappointed. My personal favorite has always been the bowls. My husband really likes the chicken sushi. They make a flavorful seaweed salad as well. Definitely worth checking out if you are in Indianapolis.

Sushi Boss is similar to Subway or Chipotle in the way you order your what you want on your sushi. Also, that exactly how you can compare the quality and taste to expect, fast food sushi, cheap and quick. The fruit roll with nuetella is a fun idea but didn't wow me. The staff was helpful and nice. The ambiance again reminded me of any other fast food dining area. Great option if your near by, in a pinch and craving sushi! Cheers!

Love this place! Delicious Sushi and Poke style Signature Bowls. You order like you would at Qdoba. The staff is very friendly and fast! Lots of great choices from their menu or create your own!

I usually don't do reviews on fast-food/ chain restaurants because people rarely pay attention to them, but Sushi boss passed my expectations. I wouldn't say the sushi meat is Nobu quality, but I wouldn't say it's gas station quality either. If there was a Applebees version of sushi this would be it: tasty and affordable! Applebees quality, Subway style. It's Subway style because of the way it's ordered, you line up in a line and pick what you want in your sushi roll! The meat is fresh good quality meat and isn't flimsy and thin like expected in cheap sushi meat. Just like pizza, sushi is hard to mess up as long as you have high quality ingredients! Every time I come in the service is top notch and fast. I can say the workers look very happy to be working there - such a positive environment!

The place located in keystone is clean and casual. This place is like chipotle for sushi but better. The staff behind counter is super helpful and courteous. I have not been to sushi boss in forever, in part, because I've been really wanting to find a good sushi restaurant. Sushi boss is more like fast food but don't let that discourage you from giving this place a try. I was very pleased with what I ordered - half spicy salmon and wicked spicy tuna which made up one roll. You can order half and half and their rolls are pretty big but most importantly pretty good!! The cherry on top is that their prices are reasonable!! Go try them out- I know I'll be coming back!

I always love the fast service and fresh food I receive at every Sushi Boss visit. I typically order through the APP and go inside to pick up. The store is clean and spacious for dine in customers.

Came here with a friend for a quick sushi fix and so glad we did! The minute we walked in, we were greeted and ordered our sushi rolls. The person behind the counter making my role was very friendly and offered to give me extra Boss sauce on the side. I appreciate that there is plenty of seating inside as well even though it is a cozy space. Now here's why I really like Sushi Boss, I paid $10 for my roll and the salmon actually tastes fresh. Will definitely be back!

I've been here a few times before and have always received amazing service and delicious food. A few days ago, I decided to try a sushi bowl. I used the create-your-own option and chose spicy crab mix, asparagus, carrots, cucumbers, green onions, eel sauce, boss sauce (spicy mayo), and sesame seeds. My goodness, I was full from devouring the deliciousness!

Excellent service and made it my way. Flavors were spot on. Love going and being a sushi boss!

I mean I started going to this place when Covid first started because it was one of the only locations that would deliver sushi. Sushi is one of my go to meals and when I could get it delivered I was very happy to do so I order from here pretty regularly, and it's always delicious sushi is very well-made. And there are lots of options to choose from on the menu my go to is the rainbow roll because of us variety of different fish and ingredients. They also offer a sushi kits so if you want to make your own sushi, you can and have even delivered classes on technique. The service is always great everyone is very friendly and is willing to offer suggestions if you ask I'm going to keep ordering from here as long as possible and can't wait to visit a brick and mortar location and sit inside one day hopefully soon until then I'll keep enjoying a delicious delivery sushi

Not sure if the name fits for the place, I've had better sushi at other places. I would like to say their menu was rather oddly placed, right in front of the door. The restaurant itself had a nice theme just the quality in comparison to quantity and price didn't match. So I'm not sure sushi boss is the sushi boss.

I sent it back, but wasn't offered anything else, not even steamed rice. The coconut shrimp was not what I was expecting. The fish was so fresh, and you could genuinely taste the nori, which makes a huge difference. We branched out and tried the Kumamoto oysters too. Worth it. They're tinier than your typical oyster and came with a range of flavors from the seasonings and sauces. Honestly, we wish they'd been served more simply because we wanted to compare them to the ones we've had in Japan, and all the sauce made that tough. Still a fun order though. Skip the Seafood Pot, in our opinion. It tasted like Bird's Nest to us and just wasn't anything special compared to everything else. Bottom line: come for the sushi. It's the standout, and it's what'll bring us back. With ramen, hibachi, bubble tea, and a full bar also on the menu, there's plenty to explore on a return visit.

All of my loved ones were there to celebrate my birthday, and paired with such amazing food it made it a magical night. It was a Tuesday night and was fairly busy, but we passed any downtime chatting with each other and sipping on cocktails. The owner, Nara, is SO kind, sweet, gracious, I could go on and on. You can tell she really loves her job and running a business. The staff were so attentive for such a large party and made sure we always had fresh cocktails, water refills, and empty plates were removed promptly. We had vegetarians, peanut allergies, and picky eaters, but they accommodated everyone. I think my husband and I ended up splitting 5 sushi rolls total (still dreaming of them) and the table pretty much split multiple appetizers across the board. Everyone loved their cocktails, appetizers, and entrees. When I thanked Nara for such an amazing dinner and let her know it was my first time dining there and that it was my birthday she brought out a round of lychee sake shots for the table and started playing a happy birthday song throughout the restaurant. Literally almost cried because it was so sweet and thoughtful. The sake was crazy delicious and a hit for the whole table. The only *minor* downside was that each cocktail was made individually by what seemed to be just one bartender, so it took some time for drinks to come out. Again, otherwise a perfect meal, but keep that in mind and be patient for drinks to come out! My husband and I's favorite sushi haunt has always been Mori Sushi before now, but now I cannot wait to come back to Hasuno for more amazing appetizers and sushi rolls!!! They have a small parking lot that fills up fast, but there is always lots of street parking in fountain square. It's a great spot for dinner and easily walkable to other spots for nightcaps to end the evening.

Communication with the staff was somehow off, as we ordered sushi on one menu and handed back the other menu, and somehow two orders showed up. It was so strange. I'm not a fan of raw sushi, so I always get the sweet potato roll and/or the stop 11 roll. We ordered DoorDash last night and added the tomago roll and it will be added to my favorites at Sushi Club. The stop 11 roll was all gone before I could snap a picture, but there are pictures uploaded by other users. Note: I do substitute soy wrapper instead of seaweed and I add cream cheese to the tomago and sweet potato rolls. It's $2 extra but well worth it. As far as pricing goes, when you order DoorDash there is a slight up-charge, but it's still fair pricing. We got three rolls for $40 with tip and service fees. Three people ate, so overall not a bad deal. If you want to dine in, they do offer AYCE made to order appetizers and sushi. The restaurant itself is no frills, but it's a good bargain if you can eat a good amount of food. If you don't like something, tell the server and don't just leave it on your plate at the end because you'll be charged extra if you leave a certain number of pieces. If you're a light eater like me and AYCE isn't for you, there is a full menu to order from. If you haven't tried this place, give them a shot!
