We're new to the area and were really hoping to find our go-to sushi spot, especially since we eat sushi often and typically spend around $150 a week. We placed a large order today for 8 people the same order we get everywhere and specifically asked for eel sauce and spicy mayo. When we got home, we realized the sauces weren't included (only enough for maybe two people). My husband called, and at first we were told our order doesn't come with spicy mayo. Then shortly after, they called back and said the person who took the order didn't hear us. While we appreciate the follow up apology, this was a pretty big miss for a large order. Sauces are a basic part of the experience, especially when they're requested. Unfortunately, this kind of mistake makes it hard to come back. Absolutely amazing sushi spot! Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The fish melted in my mouth, and every roll we tried was delicious. Came in with 4 of my children (9,7,5 and 4 months) + wife. The Mexican server brought our two wrong orders and looked like she was having a tough day gave some attitude to us. This was the same server that served me just from two days ago who didn't know the "Sushi Lovers" menu. I had to ask Angie had to come out of the kitchen to explain to her - server even said "I'd like to know this secret menu" as a reply to me haha what a clown. Also asked this girl for extra bowls for my kids and never brought it out. I asked for extra wasabi from Korean girl and it never was brought out. At the end when I was paying, bill was left in the table and no one came to pick it up so I just paid at the counter. JUST TO FIND OUT THAT THEY CHARGE GRATUITY FOR A PARTY OF 5. -- PROVIDED SHITTY CUSTOMER Service because they were guaranteed the gratuity regardless. I considered inviting friends for dinner here but after tonight not sure if I can even recommend this place. Retrain your staff or hire better ones. Officially done, we thought we'd try one more time. The same young girl who is working there needs to be retrained or fired. She sat us down, and yes I have a service animal, just like every other time we come. Angie had. No problem before. So after she comes to our table several times asking what we want to drink and order we finally put in our order and a large Sapporo. Then you come back and say we don't allow dogs in here. Her vest was completely displaying Service Animal. I told you that and your response was well. I said you should have asked in the beginning if you had a problem before you sit us down and waste our time by letting us put in an order. $37.99 for AYCE -- SOLD! I don't think I've ever seen a menu with so many good rolls. We went around 4pm so there were no crowds so we felt like we had the whole restaurant to ourselves. Lisa was super helpful and so nice. Definitely will be back! read more

Since the ownership change in 2020. Sushi Kindom really changed for the better. The fish is fresh and the more is diverse. The AYCE menu has a sashimi offering of 6 pieces, of nicely cut fish. Asked a friend what a good spot to eat in this area was and they were quick to recommend Sushi Kingdom. As a self proclaimed Avid Foodie I have to say this place absolutely exceeded my expectations. Sunny our server was a literal ray of sun, it was our first time and she was thorough on her explanation of the AYCE option and menu, she gave great recommendations for both Beer and Sushi! The Interior is clean and the ambiance is to par with other AYCE restaurants I have gone to in the area. Horrible experience--definitely not coming back. On 4/1/2026, I spent nearly $150 on sashimi and rolls for 8 people and clearly asked for spicy mayo, eel sauce, and ginger. I even double-checked before leaving. The bag was already tied, and while they caught the missing ginger, I still never received the spicy mayo I requested. When I called, they told me sashimi doesn't come with spicy mayo--ignoring the fact that I also ordered rolls and specifically asked for it. Then they changed their explanation and said the cashier "didn't hear me." Poor communication, lack of accountability, and disappointing service overall. I've never had this issue at other sushi spots. Would not recommend this place. read more
