FANTASTIC sushi in a beautiful spot! Sweet owner couple running the restaurant and making the sushi which is some of the best we've had worldwide. We're visiting the area but will definitely be back next time!

Always amazing! This is my hometown and I always come here with my sister when I am visiting. Service is always amazing and Grace is always so friendly, she always remembers names and gives you a big. And the sushi? Top notch! You really wouldn't expect it for being in the middle of nowhere off Route 66 and this saves you from driving into say Barstow, or Victorville. Love the dining area, plenty of places to sit and you can even sit in the private areas that give you a nice view of the north lake. Come here at sunset for a fabulous view! We got 4 rolls and they were all amazing. After all these years the service and food quality has never changed and I love the text to order option! You get timely updates and texting ensures you get what you order!

Very good, this might be the best sushi in the high desert. It's a nice little spot near the lake ran by a very nice lady. The service was exceptional with the food coming out at a excellent time. Their ice tea is fresh and not to be underestimated. Their sushi is a great and overall I would come back anytime I'm craving sushi. 5 stars indeed, very good

Food and service is always stellar, this is always our go-to sushi stop! The owners are the sweetest people and the food is always fresh and delicious.

Great sushi in Silverlakre. Owned by a very kind couple and they do custom orders. The rolls are very fresh and tasty.

I text in my order. The lady was very nice. Sushi was delicious. Separate entrance for pick up and for dine in. I would want to try dine in experience.

Do they offer all you can eat sushi? Do they have teriyaki bowl by any chance?

No we do not have all you can eat and we have the bulgogi (Korean marinated beef) bowl which is very close to teriyaki.

Is this open for dine in?

It was when we went through a couple of months ago.

    Do you have toro?

No we currently do not have Toro our apologies!

Unfortunately, this visit felt very different. We arrived around noon, and the restaurant was completely empty. They had several TVs, so I asked if they could put on the World Cup. Our waitress declined, explaining that when games are on, customers tend to stay long after they've finished eating. While I understand that may be their policy, it didn't feel very customer-friendly, especially with no other patrons in the restaurant. I also asked if there was an outlet where I could charge my phone. When we found a nearby table with a wall plug, I asked if we could switch tables since we'd only been served water. The waitress said it would be "too confusing for the system" because our orders had already been placed, despite the restaurant being empty. She did offer to charge my phone from an outlet in the hallway, which I appreciated. I asked if they had a few of our favorite sushi items--things like a Las Vegas roll, Orange Blossom roll, or salmon collar (all very common at sushi restaurants back home in Las Vegas). The response seemed more confused than helpful, and overall the interaction just didn't feel very welcoming. On the positive side, they brought out complimentary shishito peppers and radish as an appetizer, which was a nice touch. My daughter really enjoyed the salmon teriyaki, and we also liked the chicken teriyaki roll. At the end of the meal, we had to flag someone down for our check and for to-go boxes while the staff was busy cleaning tables. We were handed a wet plastic bag to pack up our leftovers, which was an odd way to end the experience. Overall, the food was better than the customer service. We'd still consider stopping again because the food is decent, but we hope the hospitality improves. A more welcoming attitude would go a long way.

I told them I like lemon and spice, and the chef checked my spice level using hand gestures, which honestly made the whole thing even more fun. For food, we got the pele poke bowl and the cabo poke bowls. The portions weren't big, they come in small bowls, and you're paying about $20 each for them, but they were surprisingly good. Not the best poke ever, but good enough for Big Bear. Both bowls had ahi but different flavorings and toppings. The cabo came with crunchy wonton strips and jalapeños, while the pele came with rice and veggies like cucumbers and peppers. My bf and I split both bowls and we enjoyed them!
