I have been eating Sushi One for over 3 years now and I have NEVER had anything bad. Everything is always extremely fresh and top notch. I love it ALL. The Jalapeño Lagoon, Miami Heat roll, the chicken Udon, Orange chicken, the fried rice, the Egg Rolls.... The soup, the Tempura.... Legit can not go wrong with anything you order. If you haven't tried it, you must. You simply are not living . I was afraid bc it looks like a sketch place bc it's in a little strip mall by a Atwood's (took me THREE YEARS to try it) but trust me, it's the best little hole in the wall I've ever had. It actually a small hole in the wall, (only four tables)They really don't present their menu very well, and ordering is a little confusing, but it is very good sushi. I sushi is better than most. The food is amazing. I've had the Katsu Chicken, many different sushi rolls, Teriyaki Chicken, Tempura Shrimp, and the Hibachi Chicken All were wonderful. I recommend the Miami Heat and the Mexican Roll. The hibachi dishes are really really good. The rice is amazing - fried rice is traditional Japanese style fried rice. You can get any rolls - even on the specials- with soy paper for $1 more which is awesome since many places just say no. I like that they give you the option. Not a whole lot of room to eat in the dining area, and they do a great job on boxing up for To Go orders. I have no complaints. read more

Oddly delish sushi in Sapulpa, Oklahoma. They use too much rice on the rolls and rely on cream cheese WAY too often. I asked them to substitute any cream cheese in a roll for avocado or cucumber. Spectacular! Fast delivery and my order lasted two days. They size of the rolls is no smaller than the biggest burrito at Taco Bell. I suggest lowering the amount of rice and the additional amounts of both the Eel Sauce and "Inside-Out" rolls so the sesame seeds and sauce are on the outside of the roll. Whew! The sushi is so incredibly delicious! The rolls are a great size and beautifully rolled. Online ordering makes it so easy when getting it to go. Everyone there is so friendly and provides great service. Learning they were open until 10:30p on Saturday made it perfect for dining after a movie!! You won't regret giving them a try!! read more

The food at this place is truly delicious. Not everything on the menu is equal, for example, the ramen is just okay (I mean, still better than I can make). But the orange chicken? SO FRESH and delicious. The sweet potatoes and gyoza are a real treat and you've never had such high-quality rice. Sometimes the hibachi is a little dry but overall I feel like we are so lucky to have a place like this in town. read more

The food is awesome. The happy salmon roll is amazing and the fried rice is some of the best I've ever had. They mostly do to-go food but they have a few tables for dine-in so they need to get paper towels instead of Kleenex at the tables and they need some regular plates instead of to-go containers for guest that dine-in. When Sushi One first opened, I ate there a couple of times on my lunch break from work and I was very impressed. Then I quit my job, which meant I no longer would be working in Saplulpa and didn't have quick access to it, so I hadn't been there in a year. Yesterday my husband and I just happened to be in Sapulpa so we stopped in. I was very disappointed this visit. For 2 of us (2 entrees and 2 drinks) it was over $30. I ordered a Bento box with Sashimi, which I don't mind paying extra for because it's usually very good. But for what they charge, I don't want to be served imitation crab meat. There's no excuse for that. My husband ordered hibachi and he said it was extremely salty. Besides the food not being up to par, the girl at the counter was very unfriendly and cold until she saw the tip my husband left on the slip. The most off-putting part of the visit was an elderly man sitting in clear view of patrons with no shoes on who kept rubbing his bare feet. I had previously left a 4-star review, but I have downgraded it to a 3, and I feel that's being generous. On a positive note, the miso soup was still as good as I remembered. read more

I called to order the same order I've gotten- stir fry combination noodles. When asked soba or udon, I said I don't remember what I've gotten before and asked the difference. Again she just said soba or udon. I chose incorrectly and am dissatisfied with my food. I called back to order the correct noodles and they would not sell me just noodles, wanting to charge me $9 for vegetables noodles. I told her I didn't want vegetable noodles I just wanted an order of noodles and I already paid $13 for what I had. She was unable to help me saying they don't sell just noodles. Yet they sell the fried rice by itself. How would it be any different to simply sell me noodles? Now you get a bad review and I won't be returning because of your poor service. read more
