Only cold tea was brought out first for the adults, so we did need to ask for water and cups for the kids. After ordering, dishes came out very staggered apart. First the pho dishes, then some appetizers, main dish, another main dish, and then much later, the remaining main dishes, and last appetizer. Unluckily, mine was brought out last so I kind of lost my appetite by then and I'm a slow eater as well so only had a few bites by the time everyone else in group had already finished eating. Since it was a holiday, it was pretty busy and they only had 3 servers taking orders and expediting food, so understandably service was on the slower side. Pho (northern style) with ginger (small) was relatively light & somewhat herbal/gingery. It was pretty tasty but the beef clumped oddly. The teapot is pretty & their pandan tea is very fragrant.

Wine braised pho hotpot - I really enjoyed this hotpot - even more so than their typical pho. You can get unlimited soup refills too which is great. Broth is light yet flavorful. Pho - decided to try their "regular " pho which has a bit more herbal notes than their hotpot. It's not bad but I could see some of the herbal/spice undertones being off putting to some. Stret style platter - lots of good, great variety, very fresh. Loved this dish - getting to make your own customized roll is worth it. Durian crema coffee - an interesting that I've never seen. It's line a typical coffe but a large and thick layer of durian foam layer on top of the coffee. Price: A bit higher than other pho places but well worth trying

Large original Laksa was truly huge (the menu calls the beef version the authentic Malaysia version but it's the other way round). It used pho noodles not round rice noodles. The soup was pretty rich & decently umami with dried shrimp flavour. Fried tofu puffs were decent, fish cake & fish balls were tasty & springy. It was garnished with cilantro but no Laksa leaf (Vietnamese mint) as well as some crunchy bean sprouts (not in description). Fried wantons were fresh & crispy. The interior was bouncy & was a bit bland on its own but was highly elevated by the fish sauce. The pickles were fresh, moist, crisp & tasty & finely cut for a good mouth feel. The fish sauce dipping sauce was excellent.  Hu Tieu Nam Vang dry noodles were pretty tasty. The noodles just had beansprouts, peanuts & lettuce & were tossed in slightly sweet, soy based sauce. The soup was tasty with a lot of garlic chives & green onion. Fishballs were springy & there were pork slices, shrimp, minced pork & lettuce. The squid was tough.  Crab noodles had sweet & seafoody soup. It had crab balls, tofu puffs & springy Vietnamese spam, which were all tasty. Blood tofu was decent. Vietnamese Crepes - bean sprouts, green beans herbs + shrimp/beef wrapped in crepe Banh Khot - small egg cakes with toppings (shrimp, beef, pork, mushroom) These dishes were very refreshing and flavorful. A few highlights from my recent visit: - The manager at the cashier is super friendly! - Food (especially pho) comes out quickly, tasty, & satisfying. The broth is rich though looks unassuming at first. Portions are reasonable and balanced, meaning that you're not getting a few slices of beef to a large amount of noodles. - Price wise, it's reasonable (though I wouldn't say it's the cheapest pho in the area, but the quality is there!). Note that they do have a 1hr seating time limit, which I appreciate because it probably helps shorten the wait time :)

First off, this place is decorated nicer than most pho places I go to, so I give it extra credit for that. We tried two similar pho bowls, and they came out quickly. Broth is quite good, noodles weren't overcooked (which can happens sometimes), and the toppings generous. Ordering a L or XL bowl and sharing is a much better than deal than ordering separately. Service is fast and efficient. Note, they only take cash/debit only. Overall, I was happy with our meal. Good pho, and reasonable prices when you share bowls with family.
