Happy Hour
Victoria T.

Delicious food, everything tasted fresh. [[HIGHLIGHT]]They have seating inside.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The lighting is a bit dim and could use some brighter light - cheer up the place![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Service was nice and fast. They have a "happy hour" pricing that's just the pricing for 1 scoop of protein instead of 2 which is the regular price.

This place has the best Poke Bowls We moved to Peoria and this is a place that brings us back to Goodyear because it is truly the best!!

The food was great and there is a a huge variety of drinks! The service was great. They were funny and fast at making my order. The ambiance is nice because they have music playing!

I can't even with this place.

I rarely ever do one star reviews. It's rare. So you know this place is bad. Should I start with the good? Ok. Pros: they were open. Now, the list of cons, in chronological order. Cons: - Girl at the front asked what we wanted and cut us off mid sentence. I took my time to answer. Why are you rushing me when no one is behind me? - the scoops. The freaking scoops. Tiny. A joke. I have never felt more offended by a scoop. - owner came by while a Togo order was in front of us and asked if it was ours. We said no. He looked at us like we were lying to him... I can't make this up... - price is outrageous for portions. I came to eat, not for a snack. - pineapple was white. It was not yellow. - ambiance was dead. Seemed like we were unwelcome. So we are and left quick. - fish was... slightly fishy. So. All in all. Stay away. If you love poke and think "I'll chance it" then be prepared to spend more than you want for less than you thought you'd get. To the owners, customer first. Everything about your restaurant screams "I care about me first. Give me your money and leave"

I stopped in for lunch today with my employees to celebrate my birthday. I love sushi so I was excited to try this place. Both my employees got poke bowls that they both said they enjoyed. I opted to order a rainbow roll, sadly they didn't really seem pleased that I wanted a sushi roll since they were working bowls for people. Instead they had me pay and then finished taking care of everyone in line first before starting to make my order. I also ordered a mango boba. It took them about 10-15 mins to put together my roll and get me the drink. The drink started off okay, but when I started getting "crunchy" boba pieces I was done with it. I have had many bobas over time and many of them in Japan and this was the first one I have ever had with bad boba. For me this was a waste of the money for the drink. As for the roll, it didn't start out great in that the very first bite literally fell apart (unrolled) in the soy sauce. It went downhill from there in that some of the sashimi pieces on top had a funny fishy taste and smell to it. I rolled the dice and still ate it but I am regretting that decision now since my stomach is hurting a bit. While I had high hopes based on other reviewers, I was definitely let down by this place. I left the review at 3 stars because my employees bowls were good to them, but if you want sushi I would go elsewhere.

Definitely more bang for your buck if you get the poke over the sushi, but both had good quality fish. Employees were very nice.

There was one bartender and she was kept hopping between the bar and filling table orders. After a bit, we ordered 2 Happy Hour specials, 5 chicken wings with lemon pepper and 8 hot boneless chicken wings. The bone in and boneless wings were both large and tasty. Both came with blue cheese sauce, carrots and celery. When the menu said hot, they meant HOT. But that was fine for me. The bartender was great and the folks at the bar seemed to be mostly regulars. We recommend stopping in.

Landed here and saddled up to the bar. Place was packed and rowdy with lots of Zona fans. My other son went to Purdue so I was basically the guy there for them. Any way the bar keep swung by and got me my drink in a timely manner. An actual glass for my Vodka Tonic and three limes when I asked for extra limes! Nice, I love it when I get more than 2. The guy I'm sitting next to was obviously a regular, all night people stopped by to shoot the shit with him. We had several pleasant exchanges about the game too. I got hungry so I ordered the friend veggie rolls. Out quickly came my 5 little beauties nestle atop some cabbage drizzled with a nice sauce and an extra container of dipping sauce. Nice crispy exterior and plenty of veggies inside. Very pleased with the food and service. The bar keep had a beautiful Buddhist tat on her right arm. I complimented her on it and I loved her white tipped glasses too. If the owner is still reading please tell Collene Brian says hi. And let her know how much I enjoyed our night shooting the breeze! I hope her friends forgive her for ignoring them while I was there. Keep up the good work y'all!

Every employee we encountered from hosted to bus boy waitress to manager was on the ball!!! My friend had fish and chips as she knew they were amazing from previous visits and I had the special del dia, the craziest hamburger concoction I've heard of to date. Which I love when they throw a culinary curveball! It didn't land as well as I'd hoped but they were very accommodating to get it to my liking (I promise I'm not too picky) but every request was handled with grace and ease and it just was a top notch experience from start to finish. Great day to be out and great place to be out in. Thanks to the crew for a successful first visit for me. I also had blackberry mojito mock tail and it hit the spot!!!

But the food quality isn't up to the price. We started with a couple beers. After a bit, ordered onion rings and nachos. The bartender was friendly and efficient but this is a one and done deal.

The host stand felt cold and unwelcoming, and the overall energy outside was a little off-putting. To be fair, the hostess was polite when she interacted with us directly, but the first impression was not warm. Once we were seated, Miguel turned the whole experience around. Since we are vegetarian, we have to ask extra questions about sauces, stocks, and hidden meat ingredients. Miguel was extremely helpful with navigating the menu and made sure the items with meat stock were removed or avoided. That kind of care matters a lot. The food was also pretty good. I had the South of the Border Omelette, and my wife had the burrito. Both were solid, and Miguel's service made us feel taken care of instead of like we were being difficult for asking questions. Good food, excellent service from Miguel, and a much better experience once we got past the initial welcome.

Being a resident I drop in here about every five years and while consistent in their offerings, it also consistently "meh". We brought our pup and the service from Miguel was attentive and helpful even bringing a bowl of water for our pup. The location and ambiance is quiet and intimate (I suggest sitting outside when it's nice) and is much bugger than it looks. Coffee taste like Folgers and while each plate has a lot of ingredients, it doesn't have a lot of taste. We ordered the Lady Litchfield Omelette and breakfast burrito and while generous in portion the irony of the dishes was interesting. The omelette was chock full of veggies and minimal egg to wrap them, the burrito had a ton of egg and tortilla but minimal ingredients to taste. At the End of the Day I just don't feel like the experience warranted the $16+ price tag per meal. I'll come back in five more years and see if anything has changed.
