Great place for authentic Japanese style sushi. The owner, I think his name is Elvis???, was attentive to our needs. We sat at the all you can eat sushi bar and enjoyed our show. The reasons I didn't give 5 stars: 1. Very cold in the building 2. Very small place and not enough people making the food. We had to wait a while between selections I believe if they expanded the business and got some more help it would help tremendously. We will be back the next time we go to Colorado Springs but this time we'll know what to expect.

My favorite sushi spot in the Springs! After Hawaii I have been craving good sushi for a while, I know we're located in the great divide and are not anywhere near the oceans but Elvis' sushi takes me back! Highly recommend to sit on his side. We always get the unlimited sushi. It is worth the $$$ specially if you're a fan of nigiris. Good quality sushi, their rolls are actually very well made and their menu is extensive! Say hi to Elvis when you come over.

Do not come here!! I had the worst experience on my life. I went to have solo lunch and ordered food off the menu. It stated that the roll I wanted was raw but when served it was not. I asked the owner if he could replace that item with another product with the correct description. The owner, a much older man, started yelling insults from across the restaurant, mimicking me, and refused to replace the items. I did not indulge in the interaction any further and left the restaurant. As a young black woman I was no only embarrassed because something so simple did not need to be taken that far but I also feel violated. He did that in the presents of families, workers, and fellow co-workers.

I'll just go right ahead and start talking about the cons: 1. Over-priced for low-quality sushi (over $32 per person for AYCE) 2. Sushi tasted like it was drenched in soy sauce 3. Incredibly salty, I had to drink so much water 4. Server forgot our edamame and didn't refill our waters Pros: 1. Food was served fast 2. Nice sushi chefs 3. Nice view outside of the mountains Inside was quaint. The owner really loves Elvis. You'll see it in all the decor hanging in the walls. I honestly can get better sushi from King Soopers than what we ate. It was incredibly salty. You can see the soy sauce oozing out from the middle of the rolls. I don't think the chefs know what good quality sushi tastes like, but they were pretty nice. Sorry, but we aren't going to come back

The reason I chose this spot today, was due to googling "all you can eat sushi in Colorado Springs". The staff was lovely and kind and we really enjoyed the Elvis memorabilia. One of the rolls I ordered was the garden of the gods roll (photo) and it was delicious. There were some other rolls that were delicious as well, however, some others weren't as great and we ordered a lot. There was a bit of fishy aftertaste. Also it was very expensive. We do all you can eat sushi all the time at other places around the state, most often in Aurora or Centennial at Sushi Katsu and it tastes fresher and is about $15 less per person for all you can eat.

Well, I forgot to take a photo of the food before. But as you can see I ate it all. Staff was friendly, establishment was clean, food tasted fresh and was delicious.

The sushi was terrible. Service was fantastic. The atmosphere for a strip mall was ok. The soy sauce bottles were dirty. Will not go back

Our server was so kind and thoughtful, service was quick and things came out at a natural pace. We started with crispy rice with spicy tuna which was incredible. The rice was still warm and was just crispy enough to bite into but still soft on the inside. We shared 3 rolls which were very fresh, unique, and flavorful. Tuna nigiri was incredibly fresh and had a great fish to rice ratio. Bummed we dont live in Colorado Springs because I would totally want to come here more often!

The ambiance is rad. You definitely feel like you're no longer in The Springs, which is great in a town where chain restaurants win "best of" awards. Service was a mixed bag. The friendliest people were the host and the runners. While our server/bartender just seemed aloof and too cool. Timing of courses and all that was good, aside from the temaki taco which came out much later. I almost thought they forgot. A strange service thing... bringing a new check every time you order something new. I've not experienced this before. Subconsciously I didn't love it. I was thinking about how the bill was stacking up vs just enjoying the time. The food... Happy hour all day Monday and 3:30-5:30 all the other days. Ordered two sushi rolls. A spicy tuna one and a tempura shrimp one. When they came out in my mind I was like "What?!" Very amateur hour looking. They weren't rolled tightly and were small in diameter. The spicy tuna, wasn't. You wouldn't have known there was shrimp in the shrimp roll other than a little, teeny tiny crispy shrimp tail sticking out. The pork belly bao buns were exceptionally boring. Kind of a played out app. These weren't executed well. Where the pork was crisp that was enjoyable but otherwise just a fatty-gummy mouth feel with no spice, heat or anything else to give the bun life. The temaki taco, specifically the recommended hot crab. The ingredients are wrapped in a sesame seed soy paper. It looked like a mini uncooked flauta. Just tasted like a unique tortilla filled with warm rice. My wife enjoyed her cocktail. I have no desire to go back. I don't feel like spending $25-45 for another sushi roll to see if their bougie rolls are any better.
