I am wondering why yelp has this restaurant as Sushi House, when the outside and price list shows Sushi Villa. AYCE sushi, handrolls and some Chinese dishes. They have a bar, which is the best place to get a seat so you can be in front of the sushi conveyor. Husband ordered the tuna handroll, seems like it is not placed in the conveyor. You do not pay extra for it but you can tip. Sushi rolls tasted good, but the protein on top is really thin. I felt I was eating mostly rice with sauce or imitation crab. Protein on nigiri was thin as well. I'm unsure if getting a couple of nigiri and combining the protein while ignoring the other portion of rice would be a good resolution to this as the rice will be wasted. Aside from the fried shrimp and fried chicken wings, I did not enjoy the cooked selection. They have ice cream. You basically go to the freezer and grab your own with a scooper. It was unappetizing because the scooper is dipped in water which did not appear clean. This is understandable though, as you were supposed to dip the scooper in the water to rinse it off so the flavor does not get mixed with the other. Unclear water is just not a good sight to see in a restaurant.

This was my first time coming to this buffet. I really enjoy buffets especially Chinese ones. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They explained how to get your food just in case you are not sure how the buffet works.. There is also a bar section with sushi on little boats floating around in a circle in front of you. Which I thought was perfect, especially if you LOVE sushi. There are so many options in front of you and on cute little boats. You can also sit on regular tables. The food was very good and pretty high quality. Personally, the sweet meat dishes were a little too sweet for me. Their chicken wings are so crunchy. So, I recommend getting a couple of those. Their cream puffs desserts were also yummy. They were perfectly filled. I will be visiting this quaint place again. And I'm hoping to taste even more delicious food!

For the last 2-3 decades, a few oriental buffets come and go here in Stockton. None of which seem to last (despite how good they may be), but for some reason this buffet remains standing through the years. Have to give it credit - must be doing something right or have something good. Came to try once before 15+ years ago, don't recall liking it as I never return. Back to visit again today (January 2025) and can say it's an okay place for sushi buffet. Price still decent from lunch to dinner - drinks sold separately. Some of their hot food items are pretty good (e.g. fried chicken wings, broccoli beef, beef chow fun, etc.). Still a good place to fall back on when nothing else to eat on certain days.

One of my fav sushi places. Affordable and good quality. I usually do takeout & call to order over the phone, but dine in is a good experience too. Good variety of food. Service is good and everyone is friendly.

Hello I used to go to this place with my school friend it's been always nice. The price is good the waitress is very attentive, the food is good, sometimes there's a lot of people. Recently I took my husband he's starting to like sushi a bit more. The first time we went the girl making the sushi spoke English and she understood when we ask for a roll with rice or soy wrap instead of seaweed. The roll she made was perfect. Knowing we can ask for my husband's roll with different wrap we went again and it was really hard to communicate with the guys making the rolls. We ask one of the waiters to translate for us and still we got the wrong rolls. I love this place I just wish they have someone who speaks or understands English with the guys making the rolls. Ambience is nice the place has been clean. I was surprised even the restroom is clean.

Got what I expected. No more, no less. Mid grade sushi. Mid grade Chinese food. Nice wait staff. It's a five star based on value and service, two star for food. One star for location.

i feel so bad giving this place a low rating because the staff was very friendly but the food was so bad i didn't even bother eating dessert. the raw fish wasn't half bad but definitely not the best. i feel like so much of it sits out for so long while waiting to be grabbed. i got spicy edamame from a boat and it was so cold and the flavor and texture were pretty bad. the rolls weren't the worst and you are able to order full and half rolls and they were fine but again not my favorite. i got a tempura vegetable roll and it was basically just fried broccoli and rice and i wasn't a fan. i forget what other rolls we grabbed but they were alright. the buffet was not good. i didn't have a single thing i liked. everything was either weird tasting or just completely bland. we saw a kid and an employee reach in and grab food with their hands too. the place also just wasn't very clean looking.

This is probably my 4th time coming to this place. My sister loves this place, so we ended up going last week. We showed up right before their closing break. The guy at the front was very nice and suggested we come back at 5 p.m. when they open again. We returned at 5 pm once they had opened. We were taken to our table promptly. It was a party of 4 and when the waitress asked what we wanted to drink we said 4 waters and 2 sodas. The waitress was very RUDE and refused to bring us all a cup of water. She said the table was too small to have 6 cups total. She ended up bringing us just 2 waters and 2 sodas. Honestly, there was space for even 10 cups. I am not sure why she refused. We were not planning on wasting it. We always finish our food and drinks. I also felt that it was rude for the waitress to take our plates before we were done eating. They took the plate away from my mom and my cousin. They did not want to say anything because they were too shy to say something. However, I do not think it is appropriate to do that. Food was alright. I was not impressed. I liked the fact that there are always little trays with pieces of sushi on the band that goes around the sushi bar. The other food options were decent. My mom got noodles and she said they were not very flavorful. When I went to get dessert I saw there was a fly walking around (and flying) the fruits and cookies. The restrooms did have warm water, soap, and paper towels. However, the floors were not super clean.

$17 after taxes per person for weekday lunch. The salt and pepper wings are the best thing here for sure, super crispy and flavorful. The chow mein and chow fun are alright and will get your cravings satisfied. Custard buns are good, hot and sour soup is a hit or a miss. Crag rangoons aren't super crispy but the filling is good. The sushi here is less than average, nothing special and mainly has rolls with a lot of imitation crab. You can order half rolls of specific rolls. Postickers were overcooked so too crunchy for my liking. Mom said oysters and mussels were good. They also offer deep fried crab during lunch. No ice cream machine sadly. Overall a decent buffet, I will be coming back especially for the salt and pepper wings.

One thing I know feeding this crew is a buffet works out well, cause everybody gets what they like. I located Beijing Buffet on the GPS and off the 5 freeway we go. It's not exactly right off the freeway, so you gotta travel a little ways. It's inside the Stonecreek Village Shopping Center. Plenty of parking. We got seated just fine. Service is typical Chinese buffet, they clear the dishes and fill the drinks but not much else. The price for lunch is around $20 per person including tax and a little tip. The place is a decent size and they're plenty of food to choose from. They have a Mongolian Grill option as well as lots of sushi to pick from. Lots of standard Chinese dishes and some not so standard that I had no idea what it was. Plenty of decent food for my crew to pick from. We all got our fill and I got my fave chicken wings and ribs, so I'm happy too. I don't know if I'd return unless I was right in the neighborhood for some reason, it's a bit far off the freeway. Now we gotta get back to the 5 and keep heading south.

There…read morearen't a lot of great Chinese buffet options in the area, so I came in with reasonable expectations, and this place exceeded them. Before I get into the review, I think it's only fair to mention that I rate buffets differently than traditional restaurants. My expectations are based on other buffets, where freshness, consistency, food rotation, and value matter just as much as presentation. This feels more like a small, family-owned neighborhood buffet than a large commercial chain, and I actually think that's part of its charm. The buffet isn't huge, but I'd rather have a smaller selection that's done well than a massive buffet where half the food has been sitting under heat lamps for hours. I sampled most of the buffet, and overall I was impressed. My favorite dishes were the beef chow fun noodles, chow mein, honey pork, fried rice, teriyaki chicken, and the spicy chicken wings. The wings were especially good, they were nice and meaty with a great flavor and weren't loaded with fat like buffet wings sometimes are. Other solid choices were the sweet and sour pork, broccoli beef, and fried green beans. The only items that didn't really stand out to me were the vegetable egg rolls and crab rangoons. They weren't bad by any means, just average compared to the rest of the buffet. One thing that really stood out was how well the buffet was maintained. A staff member was constantly cleaning, rotating trays, and refilling food, so everything stayed warm and fresh throughout my visit. I never came across anything that was cold or looked like it had been sitting for a long time. The soda station was clean, drinks were self-serve, and the staff was friendly whenever I interacted with them. Most of the customers seemed to be ordering takeout rather than dining in, and after seeing the portions, I completely understand why. The takeout containers were packed so full they were almost difficult to close. For the price, the value here is outstanding. The only reason I'm not giving this place five stars comes down to presentation. The dining room itself is clean, but it's very simple. From the drink station you can see directly into part of the kitchen, and the plumbing underneath the soda and ice machine is exposed, which makes the restaurant feel less polished. I didn't see anything that made me question the cleanliness or food safety; it was more of an aesthetic issue than a sanitation concern, but it does affect the overall atmosphere. That said, when I judge this place as a buffet rather than comparing it to a full-service restaurant, the food quality, freshness, service, and value easily outweigh those cosmetic issues. Would I come back? Absolutely. If you're looking for an affordable Chinese buffet with consistently fresh food, friendly staff, generous portions, and flavors that honestly surprised me, M Kitchen Buffet is definitely worth checking out.

The car show happened to take place in the same parking lot as K-Town, so we just decided to have dinner here instead of sitting in the drive-thru line at In-N-Out. The inside is modernly lit with lots of wood motif and black. Oversized lightbulbs filled with faux flower petals hang from the ceiling. A random cartoon plays on the wall TV. For a weekday dinner bbq, we paid about $37 per person with no additional hot pot add-on. We got a good spread of drinks (they have boba!), but they are also an additional cost. The AYCE includes access to the buffet area, which has sushi (sashimi!), buffalo wings, seafood boil, a bunch of fried/breaded offerings, and all the sauces/accoutrements for both hotpot and kbbq. I was impressed by the short rib marinade here. The beef was meaty with a good texture. Some of the cubed meats were a little tough but could be due to the way we cooked it. The pork belly was sliced too thin for my liking (too bacony). We got the cheese sticks from the buffet and reheated them over the grill and made our own version of a Chili's Triple Dipper. Service was fine. We placed our orders with a guy and he would come around occasionally for a grill change and taking away plates. I'm normally fairly wary of buffets due to their association with watery, reheated and kept warm, questionable food with a focus on quantity over quality. That is NOT the case with this Golden Corral. The highlights: - incredible, high-end tasting sirloin steaks, grilled fresh and to order right in front of you. Not sitting in a warmer or in a pile getting wet! They're extremely, unbelievably tender and juicy. My gf said she liked it better than Texas Roadhouse, which costs the same amount or more, and it's not even AYCE! - the best dessert station in the buffet game. There's real soft serve ice cream (not that icy garbage at most buffets), real HOT fudge (not cold chocolate syrup), fresh cakes, and bread pudding - the real star for me: an ICEE machine! You can have as many Icees as you want! This is also the highest quality icee machine I've ever seen. The drinks literally never melt and separate, you can drink them all the way down without the classic slushee issue of the syrup separating from the ice - fantastic sides and appetizers. Above standard buffet pizza, good onion rings and fries, surprisingly good fried shrimp, an enormous and fully stocked salad bar, and really delicious rolls and biscuits. Don't fill up on this stuff though, save room for the steak! - friendly and attentive staff working their butts off to get everyone then food and service they needed, which was honestly surprising. Never a long wait for the steaks, and all the food was constantly being restocked and made fresh. - a cozy, recently remodeled, quiet venue. Not the chaotic hustle and bustle of a normal buffet, this place accommodated quiet, intimate conversations. There's even a fireplace to sit by! Everyone is so locked in on the delicious steak that there's no screaming and yelling from bored and restless children, just quiet, peaceful decadence.
