There is a variety of sushi, appetizers and rice-entrees, in addition to dessert. The sushi is fairly cheap, I paid $7.75 for a 4 piece shrimp tempura roll and $3.25 for a half (4 piece) salmon roll. I'd say this place is decent, but not worth driving too far out for. We decided to try a new sushi restaurant instead of the same old same old and were pretty happy with Sushiology! The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was for ambiance. It's nothing fancy (plastic soy sauce cups, cheap wood chopsticks and Japanese cooking shows on TV) but the food is really good. Fish is super fresh (had salmon and escolar nigiri sushi, tuna tataki and the twister roll) and the cucumber salad was delicious and creative. We got a bottle of cold sake and that was good too. In town visiting from Houston, had to have good sushi. Not many options in Orlando Disney area. This was close and really good after long days at the parks. Visited twice the week we were in town. Last time we stayed late at the Universal park and called Sushiology while leaving to check if we can make it before it closed. They stated they were closing and we asked if they could take a pickup order and it was a large one. After remembering our large party from the night before with our Minion shirts, they reluctantly took our order after some begging and pleading from us. This is a quick and delicious stop for some fresh sushi or sashimi. The fish was thick, cold, and fresh. I gobbled it up so quickly that I had to order a chirashi to settle my hunger. I wasn't as happy with the chirashi as my sashimi, but the chirashi was so cheap that I guess I shouldn't have expected too much. There was a lot of rice compared to fish and toppings. Came in here's yesterday on my break and everything was delicious. Not sure when they first opened but they aren't very busy, at least when I came in at 4:30pm. You walk in and there's a big giant menu on the wall to the right. You decide what you want, order at the counter, (also has a menu taped to the counter top for convenience), you grab your drink from the cooler behind you, and find your seat!
