Food was really good but a bit expensive for the portion. The service was decent. I had to ask for a refill on my glass of water after trying to wave down the server for about two to three minutes. Over I would most definitely go back.music or noise was okay.

We got the tofu banmi with corn salad and the corn salad was a nice mixture of spices, textures, and creaminess. The service was good as well. There was a good repuar and they checked in often even with an event going on. The banmi itself was just decent. I liked the smokiness of the tofu and the sharp tang of the veggies but there was not much texture on most of it. The bread and tofu could have used a bit of a grill or fry. The downstairs atmosphere wasnt really our thing. It was pretty bright with tones of seating pretty close and some odd decor. It wasnt bad, but just not our thing.

The selling point is the rooftop, which I've only seen through photos. The night I visited was fairly cool out, so even though they had the garage doors open, they ended up closing them to keep warm. The downstairs taproom is a good size, open floor plan with plenty of seating for all types of crowds. Brown ales were calling and you better believe I answered the call! I tried both the Leroy Brown Ale and Knight Rider Stout. These were enjoyable sippers and I cozied up at the bar. Green Chili Bier Cheese Soup ($7.00/Cup$9.00/Bowl) // A classic bier cheese soup with green chilis. A great idea in theory. In execution, this wasn't good and I don't say that lightly. I could picture Gordon Ramsay spitting it out. I couldn't even finish it, and mom always taught me to finish my food. I was hoping this would warm me up on a cool evening. Stay away and hopefully their other menu items are better! If the circumstances were right I could see myself returning. But IMO there are better options in the area for food and beer!

I have not experienced that since my second to last trip to Michigan, and the best way to describe the smell is that the most glorious cuts of proteins are waiting for your palate. The inside of the place has a rustic sort of appearance and the parking doesn't cost anything - you're basically walking into a cabin full of what I am sure are culinary gods. For this particular order, I went with the three meat combo with two sides. For my proteins, I went with kielbasa, pulled pork and burnt ends. The kielbasa itself is royalty on a plate - the perfect balance of smoke, char and spices. Hall of fame worthy and it more than puts any other place's offerings to the test - Slows BBQ of Detroit, as much as I love you all, Front Range delivers perfection here. The pulled pork was next, and it too was perfection - great amount of moisture still in it and the taste made my taste buds sing. The burnt ends? Generous portions and when paired with the sweet and spicy sauce, it is like candy cut from a rib of perfection. The sides were next. I'm not exactly sure what they put into the potato salad, but the bacon had a perfect crunch and the potatoes themselves had a pleasant smoky taste that is the perfect ratio. The fried okra itself you could easily eat by the bucket, which speaks volumes to me. I even ended up walking out with a cookbook on hand and a bottle of mustard wine sauce. The owners did their homework here, and delivered a feast worthy of Mt. Olympus itself. If you're in the area and on the hunt for perfection, look no further - this palace of proteins is all you even need to know about. I live for the day when the owner behind this masterpiece is on BBQ Brawl and destroys the competition enough to let Colorado reign forever.
