Since we had our pup with us, we chose to sit outside on the patio, which made for a relaxed and enjoyable setting. Alyssa was our server, and she was absolutely fantastic. You could tell she truly enjoys her job--she even shared that she's been with the restaurant since it first opened at this location. She was personable, polite, and friendly, all while doing an excellent job taking and delivering our order. One thoughtful touch that stood out was when she surprised us with a pancake and toppings to try, knowing we were visiting Colorado Springs. It was such a kind and memorable gesture. We went on a weekday, so there was no wait for seating, which made the experience even more pleasant. Overall, we had a great family breakfast, and much of that was thanks to Alyssa's outstanding customer service. I would highly recommend stopping by Snooze if you find yourself in Colorado Springs--you won't be disappointed!
