No lines, no wait, no appointments needed. Walk in and get it done. 2. They're nice. I'm not 100% sure exactly what other DMV services they offer but I used them to register a used car we bought. Boy, they made it easy. You ever go to the DMV, wait 4 hours, and then find out something is missing or for some reason you have to go home and try again? That's the worst. But with B & C its a 10 minute drive, they kindly explain what you need to do. They even helped me understand something on the registration and how to fill it out to make our lives easier in the future. They know the DMV registration process forwards and backwards. They're very experienced with this stuff. They do charge a small fee, but to me, it's worth it to avoid the DMV. Also, for what it's worth, they're listed on the DMV website as a business partner. It's completely on the up and up. I will go here for ANY registration needs we have.

However, my experience here was still very concerning. I purchased a 2019 vehicle with under 53,000 miles and was only able to drive it three times before major issues came up. When I brought it in, expecting to use the extended warranty I had paid extra for, I was told the transmission fluid was completely black and needed a full flush, the strut system needed replacement, and there was an issue with the OBD being misconnected--potentially affecting warranty coverage. During the sales process, I did try to carefully read through the contract before signing, but I was rushed and told that "most people don't read it." There was also a document listing the dealership's inspection of the vehicle, which I remember reviewing at the time--but it is now missing from my copies of the paperwork. Overall, the experience felt very shady. Because the car was sold "as-is," I understand there's little I can do now, but I want others to be aware. If you're considering buying from here, take your time reading every document, don't let anyone rush you, and absolutely have a third-party mechanic inspect the vehicle beforehand--even if it costs extra. It could save you a lot in the long run
