Kev O.

This is a nice, pretty good sized, casual diner that appears to be quite popular with locals and regulars.... judging by how friendly and chatty the servers are with many of the customers. I've always liked the diner concept. The way it's so down to earth, casual, and unpretentious. The only thing left for me is the quality of the food, and unfortunately, what we ordered was average at best..... not the best. My wife ordered the Ribeye (medium) with Eggs with a side of hash browns, and I ordered the Chicken Cheddar Melt sandwich with Sourdough and a side of onion rings. My wife's Ribeye was overcooked to well done and tasted very tough and chewy. Fortunately, we mentioned this to our server and she was more than happy to have it redone and suggested it be cooked medium rare, so that it will more likely to then come out medium well. According to my wife, the replacement Ribeye was much better. As for my grilled chicken melt, the chicken meat was quite dry, but I didn't expect a replacement would have done anything seeing how thin the piece was... it was obvious that such a thin piece of chicken breast, so I just sucked it up and ate it as is. I did enjoy the onion rings and side of coleslaw though... these weren't bad. Unfortunately, as much as liked this nice and casual down to earth diner concept and service, the food we ordered was just not very good at all. As such, I don't think we'll be back.

Had one of the best bang for your buck steak and eggs I've ever had here. Ordered the ribeye and it was soooo good. Can't wait to come back. Service is nice too. Extra plus!

We enjoy coming here. Each time we come they provide impeccable service even though they are extremely busy. They have a great selection of breakfast foods and lunch items. The place is clean and can be a bit loud with it being so busy. They have their own parking lot as well. I enjoy their steak and eggs with sourdough toast. Since their homefries have veggies and onions in them I get French fries instead. I also order a side of crunch bacon. Hubby tries something different each time we come. He enjoys their scrambles, French toast and other items. Their food is always tasty and their prices are reasonable. They can get quite busy on the weekends so you might have to wait to be seated. Definitely a great selection to bring the family and seating for groups as well. We will continue to visit often. Be sure to check their hours as they are only open for breakfast and lunch.

This lil mom & pop dinner is the best. The food is always delicious and hits the spot. The staff are amazing. With a quaint atmosphere and great food is always a wonderful experience.

One of our favorite local breakfast diners! This place is so cozy and has a charming old school diner vibe. Service and staff is always great. I believe it is a family owned business. Their menu is extensive and offers a lot of different options. I tried the chili verde omelette and the sauce was good and the carnitas were very tender. My boyfriend had the clubhouse triple decker and he enjoyed it. Their portion sizes are really big as well. Our usual favorites from here are the country fried steak (so so good!), the waffles or pancakes, and their country breakfast. Overall, this diner is solid and would highly recommend for a comforting breakfast spot.

Great find. Great food, great service. Clean, friendly and delicious. I ordered the waffle combo, all bacon, gravy on my hash brown and strawberries on top of my waffle. It was delicious!

Eggs Benedict

Just got done having breakfast at this place on a Sunday late morning. I ordered the eggs Benedict with extra crisp hashbrowns and fresh fruit and it was truly delicious.. The service was great. The food was delicious. We didn't have to wait long at all and everything was wonderful including the music. They played Christopher Cross , America, Loggins and Messina, Bread, and more. I was happy and it was the perfect vibe for my Sunday brunch.

We arrived at 9:45 AM, and by 11:04 AM our breakfast still had not been served. The restaurant was almost empty when we arrived, so the long wait was very disappointing. My family was really hungry, and the service was extremely poor. Waiting over an hour for breakfast without receiving our food is unacceptable. Overall, it was a very bad experience. The Table was La 33

You'd think multi billion dollar corporations would have the wherewithal to tape up their coffee drink hole....nope! But Suzy's does!

I've been coming here almost every weekday morning for nearly 3 weeks since my company relocated. I'm used to relying on MxDonalds or Starbucks for breakfast (I don't like to cook in the morning and I live alone) But Suzy's? There's something special here. They really care. The food is made with love. The atmosphere is so welcoming. The nice lady at the counter always makes sure I have utensils, salsa, a drink carrier..... even puts a little bit of tape on the drink hole of my coffee when I take things to go; so it doesn't spill. This kind of courtesy and thoughtfulness really doesn't exist in America too much anymore. But it does at Suzy's. And that's why I'll keep comin' back!

I called Suzie's Café today about a cook position and was told the owner "doesn't want females as cooks because it's too stressful for a woman." That's adorable. I've been in the food industry for over eight years, dealing with real kitchens, real stress, and real professionalism -- all things this place clearly knows nothing about. It's 2026 and they're still acting like it's the 1950s. If their food is as outdated as their mindset, I completely understand why they're struggling. Ladies, don't worry -- apparently Suzie's Café thinks we're too fragile to flip a burger. But hey, at least they're upfront about their discrimination. This was 1/9/2025...Thank you to the lady who shot me down @ 10:30am! lol hope you keep your job, you can have em'.

We had the chilaquiles verdes, menudo, side of fries, kids strawberry cheesecake combo. Everything was so flavorful and delicious. It was so good in fact that we decided to add a stuffed dulce de leche French toast that we saw on the menu earlier. I was blown away. I love that it was salty and just sweet enough. It was the best thing I tried. But the the best part of the whole experience was Alma, our server! We didn't even notice we came in hour before closing, and when we did we apologized and she was so kind and told us not to worry and to enjoy our food. She was the last server there and was juggling multiple tables but still managed to be extremely attentive to us. She is so kind and has a great personality. Thank you for everything, Alma! Also big shout out to the kitchen for not closing before the restaurant! They let us add our French toast about 20 mins before closing, which is really unheard of in the restaurant culture of "last calls" 30 minutes before. I loved this place!

They were bland and are considered their best seller. I asked for spicy and they weren't. The service was terrible. No napkins, no creamer, no utensils. We had to ask her for everything. The rigatoni was ok, nothing surprising. The steak had a very strong wine glaze which was not our favorite. It was very busy when we got there but we were lucky to get a small table by a tree. All the servers seem to help all the tables so service was a bit chaotic as different servers asked us if we ordered already. Regardless, all of the servers were super kind. I explained that we saw there were plenty of reservations available and booked it for 5:15 on Yelp. When I told the hostess I that I booked the 5:15 reservation on Yelp, she rolled her eyes at me. The manager wasn't helpful either. When we informed them that we have decided to leave and go somewhere else, they just say ok. No apology or attempt to try and seat us. Obviously, we were more of a bother to them. Bummer, cause I heard the food was pretty good. Restaurants are part of the hospitality industry, so when they have bad hospitality, it ruins the experience.

Finally a couple weeks go by and we get there with the line not too busy so we wait for about 20 mins in line with only 5 people ahead of us which I felt was a bit crazy but we're already here. Finally we order and get a breakfast burrito and a torta to eat in totaling out to 35$ just between those two items, but hey if it's good who cares right. We notice that there is no assigned seating and we're told to grab a seat where ever we liked so we go to the only table available inside about 10 mins after sitting and waiting for our food one of the waiters comes up to us and tells us we can't sit at the table because it's meant for a bigger party and that there is a table all the way in the back next to the restrooms that we need to move to because they need to save this table in case a big party comes in. I told her that these were the only seats available when we got here and i'd have no problem moving if a bigger party came through however there wasn't anybody waiting in line or ordering so we were gonna continue to wait here. the waitress proceeded to tell me that she doesn't know how else to say this but we aren't allowed to sit there, and we just exchange awkward silence. she gave up after about a minute of telling us to go to the back of the restaurant. All this could be overlooked if the food was amazing so i was really hoping it would be good and then finally after about 16 mins of waiting and being told to move by staff the food comes out. the waiter drops my plate so that it clatters as it hits the table and the nail in the coffin is that the food was honestly borderline bad, burrito lacked seasoning but was smothered in salsa to attempt to hide its mediocrity, it came with two more salsas on the side and chips but the chips were cold and stale unsure if they just gave me old chips because they were upset with me not moving to the back for them or if their chips are always that stale and unsalted. won't be making a return save urself the money and go try any other Mexican place their food will be better and cheaper.

I came in with friends and ordered a pitcher along with several shots. The server, a young white male, brought the shots and only one cup of beer. I immediately told him I had ordered a pitcher, but he insisted I never said that -- even though I had already been charged. To avoid arguing, I told him to just bring a pitcher and charge me again respectfully. He refused and told me I would have to go back and wait in line if I wanted one. When I asked to speak with a manager, he said the manager was unavailable. We later noticed him walking around the patio taking pitcher requests from other customers and bringing them directly to their tables without sending them back in line. We politely asked again, and he said "okay," but repeatedly ignored us, walking past our table multiple times. When my friend followed up, he suddenly claimed he couldn't serve us and again told us to get back in line. There was no clear reason for the difference in treatment. Watching others get served while we were repeatedly refused, despite being respectful customers, made the situation feel discriminatory. As Latino customers in a predominantly Latino community, the behavior came across as biased and unacceptable. It's extremely disappointing because I've supported this place for nearly a decade and had never experienced anything like this before. Unfortunately, this interaction completely changed my view of this establishment. I would not recommend coming here if respectful and fair service matters to you.
