When I did a search or bumper repair places near me R&P populated as did a few others. I decided to try this place due to some positive reviews, they had hours that suited me..they had Saturday hours where none of the other bumper repair places listed any weekend hours and they were close to areas that I could walk and grab food if I wanted while I waited for my car to be repaired. I took a risk and decided to drive there without an appointment. I figured that maybe without an appointment, I might get at minimum an estimate. I was able to not only get the estimate which was amazingly reasonable, plus Roberto was able to service my car almost immediately. The service was great! The cost of the repair was a fraction of what I would have paid at a different spot. I was in and out of there in less than 45 minutes. When I pulled into the parking area of the business it was a little non descript. There is a small sign on the door. And some chairs to sit in while you wait or a short walk over to Convoy where there are quite a few foodie options. Note if your repair cost less than $300 I was told that they only take cash. I am not sure if they take Venmo or any other digital payments. My repairs were less than $300. Imagine the horror of not having cash...who carries much cash these days. Lucky for me, I had been planning a mani/pedi appointment that I would have paid for in cash so I was able to come up with the cash needed for the repairs. I should have asked what other options there were for payment but didn't. Roberto was super helpful so we're some of the other staff when I arrived and needed initial help. Not the I plan to need bumper repairs again but this would be my first option if needed.
