I would Highly NOT recommend. Went in today for a facial, not even sure where to start. Place is old that's fine I gave it a chance despite my initial thoughts.. got taken into the room for my facial and was told to lay down. Immediately the worker noticed something was burning and couldn't figure out what smelled like plastic burning.. wild right.. I sat there fearing for my life thinking I'm going to have to run fast because why the heck is something burning and she can't figure it out.. eventually she unplugged a bunch of things and the smell settled.. Now onto my face.. horrible experience she went in and out the room touching doorknobs and right back to my raw face, no washing of her hands.. she used products on my face that were not sanitary... including two towels over and over being washed in the sink! Extractions were done with her finger nails.. gross.. I noticed my face burning and asked for a clean towel and she said she only had the two wet ones, this is when I immediately asked for her to bring me a new towel/ she did and I wiped my own face.. I asked her to take it easy on my face which she did with a cheap product that burned my face some more and stated she would give me a massage on my scalp yet it consisted of cheap cream making my hair oily after I wiped it all off infront of her and fixed my hair from this unnecessary step, she proceeded to ask if I wanted toner.. why would I want toner when you burned my face up.. I left and will NEVER BE BACK. I tried to be open and my poor face regretted it. Save your money and if you get a gift card let it expire. I paid 125$ when I could have washed my own face better.. her name was Amy. Horrible experience leaving worried about my skin. CRAZY part is I had my own purse size face soap on me from the gym THANK GOD which I immediately used in there restroom. SAVED ME. This place needs to be shut down. It's sad how they're dirty rough untrained and expect payment. The machines were all dusty and dirty I even had to ask if they clean their machines... My face looked better before this facial. Made a reservation day of and was able to go in right away. As soon as I got there, the staff tended to me very quickly, and I was able to get to my room right after the tour that they gave. She even offered me water at room, warm, or cold temperature. I was pleasantly surprised with how large the spa was, how clean it was, and how well set up it was. There had been at least 10 rooms after my massage. I was able to go into the steam sauna for about 30 minutes, which is unheard of at most places. There is plenty of parking as it is in a huge plaza. The prices are reasonable. I had the pleasure of getting my massage from Amy and she was wonderful! The owners were extremely kind as well! Definitely will be back. Thank you so much!! read more

When I asked at 6:35, I was told it would be even longer, as the owner was still with another client. Waiting over an hour for a scheduled appointment is completely unprofessional. I have been there twice so far. My experience the first time was so fantastic I wanted more. The first time was the best massage I have gotten before. It really depends on your massage therapist. Not all are created equal. Also the first time the staff was super nice and even served me tea and made sure everything was well prepared from start to end. My second time was quite the opposite experience. I felt in more pain than when I arrived. I was having some shoulder pain and later on that evening I was in so much pain I had to take pain killers for the inflammation. I could have let that go because im a fair person. I know everyone has slightly different technique and strength. But what really was the tip off the iceberg was the fact that I felt scammed. I booked their "holiday package" which was a promotional price. When I paid with a gift certificate that I purchased from their website directly (not linked to any spa finder or any affiliate) they proceeded to tell me I had to pay the regular price because I am redeeming a gift certificate. This was $45 more than the promo. At the time I agreed reluctantly because this was a GC my husband purchased as a christmas gift and I didn't know the full story. When I called back to try to dispute this charge with them they refused after explaining the situation many times over. This business is shady. Stay away read more

I don't know what's going on. I been going here for years and it was top notch but lately not so much. It seems like the owners are overwhelmed with not enough help. You can see the stress on her face. It smelt like mildew when I walked in. I don't think my massage lady has been trained well, the oil and room were cold, I had to search for a clean robe and the carpets were filty. I will give it one more try then I will cancel membership. It's hard forl small businesses and I hope they can figure out how to pivot and succeed. We had spa finder gift cards and this business accepted them I wanted to love it but the place itself is very outdated and does not give off that inviting spa feel. Our chocolate & wine was included however our water was served in a red solo cup. The place is old. It needs a revamp. Having said that the actual massage by was great. It was a couples massage and both of our ladies were exceptional. I won't be back, when I spend that kind of money id like the whole spa experience. I won't even get into the smell of urine in the coed bathroom or the robes for us to put on. I was shocked by that to be honest. I booked the morning of and got a same day appointment for a 90min aroma massage. Eva was my massage therapist and she was amazing! We started a little late but she didn't rush through the service. I walked in with an achy back and left feeling great. The room was nice and the smell of lavender made it very tranquil. OKAY, GROUPON BROUGHT ME & HERES THE THING. IT WASNT WORTH GOING TO AND HERE IS WHY. . When I first wondered if I should purchase the Groupon, i saw they're Highly rated. I came to Yelp and now see other people feel a bit the way I do. Well, here it goes. I went on Friday 6/18/21 at 1:00. Making an appt was quite easy, although the language barrier can be a bit challenging. I asked him about Groupon and about the sauna (the main reason I wanted to go) he told me he would let me use the sauna or steam room, since it was my first time. I was so excited!! So I bought the Groupon and couldn't wait to use the sauna with a body polish. The body polish (more) and sugar scrub (less) is a 5.00 difference. I asked twice what was the difference and got a mess of an answer. Again, the language barrier. I went with that more expensive one because I figured it was better? Came with more? Longer time? Girl, I don't know, lol. I made an appt for the same week, and off I went. I arrived on time and I filled out a paper and he (a man) gave me a quick tour. I told him about using the sauna or steam room after or before the body polish, like when would I be able to use it. . and he said "Groupon very cheap. I can't pay my employees with Groupon. No steam room. Don't come with." I was like, what in the world? He didn't say it rude at all, so I didn't argue or bring up what was said over the phone, I just said hell with it, even though it was the whole reason I wanted to go here in the first place. (Strike 1) I asked the man what was the difference (AGAIN) for the body polish and sea salt scrub. He said "sea salt scrub better. You do that one" even though I bought the body polish. (Strike 2 lol) The sea salt scrub itself was 3/10. I don't exactly know what I expected, again, I wanted to use a steam room or sauna lol and the scrub was just a bonus in my mind, but it wasn't worth the usual $65.00 they usually charge without Groupon. It wasn't even worth the $30.00 with Groupon. The lady was very nice, and lord do you need to be very secure with yourself because you're naked naked lol. After my scrub, she led me to a shower next to the sauna and steam room. I went to take a shower to wash it off, and The shower didn't close properly (strike 3 lol) so anyone who walked by, I'm sure they saw my naked ass haha. I also didn't like that when I took a tour, it's not private for the other guests who are there in a towel. Everyone was a woman thankfully, and I love that but even some women may not like that I'm seeing them half naked while having a tour and they're trying to relax and have a spa day. In conclusion, I feel like I paid to have a bath and body works scrub on my body for 25 minutes. It just wasn't worth coming for that. The spa itself is cute and needs a bit more privacy, but I didn't feel soft like others said they did after the service, and I guess I just wonder if I would've had a different or better experience if I would've gotten to use a sauna (I've never been in one, ever) like we discussed on the phone. The man saw that I really wanted to use it so I wish he would've gave me a price to just add it on. Either way, onto trying a new place. This one didn't make it under my 3 strikes rule lol read more

Really disappointed. My 1 hour custom massage was in a cluttered, brightly lit room with no music and was freezing cold. The masseuse was all over the place. She used zero pressure or technique. She didn't even do the same thing on both sides. Everything was random and she essentially just lightly rubbed lotion all over my body then wiped it off. Awkward. The massage therapists are good. But, would not recommend them for the spa. The sauna is often not on so it's cold and takes a long time to warm up. The steam room smells like mold and it takes a long time to heat up. I'd say skip the spa treatment and take a shower at home. They have showers available but there's not much privacy they are located in the hallway where everyone walks by. So I'd give them three to four stars on the massage itself but wouldn't consider this place a spa destination. There are better options available in Koreatown. read more

Avoid the tall chubby Asian lady. My gf and I came in for a couples 90 min stone massage. The lady I had was amazing. She was stretching, pulling, deep tissue, contorting my body in all types of angle. She was great. On the other hand, my gf's massage lady gave her a 90 minute lotion session. My gf even ask her for more pressure, but nope she just kept lotioning up her body. Funny thing is I was waiting for my gf to finish her eyeliner lift, or whatever but the tall chubby lady noticed my tip and was speaking mandarin and complaining to the old guy in the front that I only tipped $45.... she didn't know I can understand mandarin. Recently moved to the area and found this place online. I called and made an appointment for their waxing services. The man on the phone was super sweet and scheduled me for a date and time. The day before he gave me a call to remind me. The day of, I easily found parking since the location has available parking. The man who scheduled me the appointment was there and he showed me around! The place is beautiful and has multiple rooms for massages, facials, waxing, it had a steam room, a sauna and showers for body scrubs. The place was so clean you can tell the employees clean the area. When it came time to get waxed the lady was super super sweet and she used numbing cream.
