As long as I've been going to the Brea Mall, I've never walked into this Pandora store until recently. I placed an online order to be picked up here for a Disney charm I've been waiting ti be released. The process was easy and straightforward and my order was ready the next day. When I walked into the store, I was greeted by a gentleman who worked there right away. He was extremely welcoming and accommodating and I felt he was genuinely happy to be there. I've shopped at this location a few occasions and each time I get mixed feelings when it comes to the service they provide. One occasion I went in to purchase a ring with crystals. I loved it very much but not even 24 hours later a crystal came off. Pandora has a one year warranty on their pieces and since I had the receipt I didn't think it was an issue. Unfortunately that was far from the truth. A manger did come out and offered to exchange the ring for me but I simply wanted to return it because I didn't want it to happen again. I did exchange it for another ring instead which was lesser value and did get the rest of my money back. I would go back and shop here again a few months later to find a gift for my bridesmaid & the associates there did greet me but walked away. When I was ready, they ignored me. I already have issues with Pandoras sales associates at this and other locations because they make the customer feel less than. This is why I prefer to shop online or at my local jewelry stores that carry Pandora. read more

I've been a loyal pandora customer for over 12 years, and my experience tonight probably deserves a negative star! First off, there were only two representatives when I walked in and I waited patiently for about 15 minutes upon entry. I already knew what I wanted, but the two sales associates were serving two very indecisive customers. So I thought.. great, again I really wanted to just pay and leave. My turn comes, but for whatever reason, Bailey (one of the sales associates) thinks another couple that were there after us came before me. Luckily, the said customer corrected her that I, indeed was there before them. Which Bailey responds with how is your day going today? Like no apologies on getting the customers mixed up? How my day isn't relevant to how I was treated at the store? I am now crushed. Was it my skin color or my ethnic background that gets this type of service or was she just passive aggressive? Was apologizing for an obvious mistake really that hard? She could have also asked the customers who were there first. Brea seriously needs to up their game on customer service. Honestly do not wate your time in this location truly... Went yesterday for mothers day and they have you wait at the door for a minute, then just let you in. Like why did i wait then? The store is extremely extremely small and they fill it up elbow to elbow, and the A/C is broken or they dont have it so its unbearable. I came here very excited to make my first purchase & get a customized engraved charm. Everything went smoothly, until we got to the car and decided to open our new purchase. Once we opened it we noticed there were smudges on it... or so we thought. After a closer look it was apparent that they were scratches, probably caused by the towel item which was used to clean it. We decided to walk back that same day & bring the issue up. After explaining that we just bought it an hour ago, the worker seemed unapologetic & it almost felt like we were being blamed for an apparent manufacture error & lack of examination on the product before making that final sale. The lack of accountability made us feel at fault and like we were disturbing their day. We received no "oh we're so sorry let us take care of that." Or something along those lines which is unfortunate. Other than that, we are very satisfied with our new purchase! please do not waste your time at this location, all the reviews about poor customer service are completely true. i came in with my boyfriend today to exchange a ring that he bought me for a smaller size. we are well within the 30 day return policy, it hasn't even been 3 weeks since he purchased the ring. the supervisor/manager, Sonya, refused to do an exchange because she claimed the ring was used and would not be resell-able. after trying to work with her and showing her how large the ring fit she still refused to exchange the ring and instead suggested we get it resized through a third party. no kind of customer service was provided and her colleague suggested i wear the ring on a different hand or different finger. both of them showed no empathy or interpersonal skills. it's unfortunate that they don't care about customer satisfaction. i definitely would not recommend anyone to visit this location, they do not uphold their return/exchange policy. read more

This location sucks. Bad customer service at this location. They also never pick up their phone to even give information before driving down. Pro tip: don't bother placing an order pickup here or be prepared to waste an hour of your life for a 3 minute process, especially if you are close to any significant holiday one would buy jewelry for. They will make you stand in a line outside the store for over an hour waiting with people who are here to shop instead of having an employee help those with order pickups to create better flow to get people in and out of the store. read more

Pandora you need to hire better sales people. I work in HR and there is no excuse for these younger generations not to be able to acknowledge a customer. I came in and not one of the ladies said hello or welcome. Also not one said I will be with you. I stood there and waited for more than 15 min. Finally I saw a sales girl open and she just ignored me. I was there on 2/8/25 around 11am. All those girls need better training or they need to find another job. Not making Pandora look good. I am livid at the "service" my friend and so received today at this Pandora location. They don't even deserve one star. We walked in with the full intention of making a purchase but noticed that there were a few other customers being helped. So we browsed the products we were interested in while waiting for a sales associate to help us when they were free. 5 minutes. 10 minutes. 15 minutes passed. All the other customers were helped and left the store until it was just us. The 4 sales associates on the floor and register kept making side glances at my friend and me for some reason. We were just patiently waiting. Then a couple walked in, and the lady at the register perked up and greeted them right away, "hi, welcome to Pandora, how can we help you today?". My friend and I looked at each other with mouths agape. Seriously? We have been waiting here to be helped and the new customers suddenly get attention? Then after browsing, that couple left. By this point, my friend and I had been waiting for 20 minutes. So it might be worth mentioning that we are both Asian and look very young for our age. Maybe they weren't taking us seriously because we looked young and possibly couldn't afford anything at Pandora. Maybe they were being racist. I don't want to make any assumptions but boy were we pissed. There was literally nobody left in the store but us and we still had not been helped at all or given anything besides a sidewise glance. I said "excuse me" loudly to finally get their attention. The one who seemed assigned to the floor meekly came forward. Instead of something more professional like "did you have any questions?" she goes "yes?" Having had enough, I went on about how we had been waiting and nobody had helped us at all the entire time we were there. She said "sorry, but I've had a long day and we have a lot of backend orders, blah blah blah." My friend and I have worked in retail and other customer service related jobs for many years and understand that yeah, working in customer service really sucks at times. But that wasn't the issue. I pointed out that we saw them look at us and we saw FOUR associates behind the register and not one of them had much as asked "have you been helped yet" which should be one of the BASICS of working retail. So this girl then retorts "I just assumed you had been helped already" so I mentioned that if we had been helped, would we just be standing there staring at them? She kept making excuses about it having been a busy day and looked close to crying. And during this time the rest of the 3 associates just disappeared into the back room. What terrible coworkers. Instead of trying to alleviate a situation they run away from it. Were they really so busy not to just say "hi we will be with you shortly"? And if they were really busy, how come they had time to greet new customers while they completely IGNORED the ones who had been waiting for almost half an hour? Was the other "busy work" much more important than making another sale? Honestly, I don't know if it was because they were ignoring us for our presumed age or, God forbid, because they were racist. The sales associates were unprofessional, but that's no doubt because of shoddy management and training on part of Pandora and Ben Bridge. I've read through some of the other reviews, and it appears many other people throughout the course of the last few years have also had similar or even worse experiences than ours today. I definitely will not be returning to this location and making sure more people are aware and take their business to other Pandora stores than are run with more integrity and where they actually know how to value their customers. read more

This Pandora site is far out the greatest. Service was excellent. The 2 store reps (Tania snd Ulises,) was the 2 most attentive, friendly, and professional people I encounter at a Pandora store. Tania was very kind and helpful. I was having a bad experience at the Arcadia pandora site. The lady at that Arcadia shop was far out rude and unprofessional. I was gearing away being a pandora fan but after coming to this Brea site, it totally change my views to a positive experience. I personally want to thank you Tania and Ulises for their great friendly services for showing me how to feel like a valuable customer. This place is a joke. The worker, who is a guy, don't remember his name, but he was such a rude, disgusting,, lying employee of the month. He is the one who recommended a size for her bracelet for my wife and when we got home she thought it was too big. We went back and that liar was saying my wife wore a bracelet out of the store that she purchased and that she couldn't exchange for a smaller size. Guess he didn't want to lose his commission or something but seriously what a loser with absolutely no business ethics or principle. There is video evidence of her taking it out of the store in a bag. He lied to not exchange it for her which is absolutely ridiculous. These people were terrible towards me... And deserves a negative 10 stars! I work in the mall (literally right above pandora) and decided to browse around on my lunch break. Immediately an associate loudly greeted before I could completely get inside and continued to shove her sales pick at me seeing that i was clearly on the phone. Another associate approached me right after her and I had to literally ask to be given a moment. Once I began to ask about products the staff were abrupt, inconsiderate and condescending. The worst part is that they literally would step in front of me barring me from other areas of the store stating I could only browse out of the name next to me sobi literally wasn't able to shop. They deserve every single negative review that has been given because these reviews are 100% true to what this store is like. I will never shop at this location ever again and I kinda hope that they either close down or get a completely new staff. Take my money!! It is really bad that since I had my first pandora bracelet, I have been collecting many many charms. One of the many reasons is because the customer service is really excellent. Although they do have designed necklaces, bracelets, earrings, and rings it is their customizing your own bracelet with charms that at are the best seller. The bracelet and charms aren't expensive (but they can be). A sterling silver bracelet can run you $65 +tax each charm starts around $25 and can go up to the low $100s. The bracelet can hold up to 17+ charms, spacers and clips so with the money added, it can run up to $1000 bracelet. Once you are a Pandora owner, you can take your bracelet in for free cleaning. Since the location is in Brea, drop off the bracelet for cleaning and then go shopping. Once you are done, the cleaning should be as well. Great gift ideas and love the concept. If you are stuck not knowing what to get a girl friend, this is a great life saver. For each charm can represent the receiver's memory/adventure. Would recommend checking them out read more

I have never heard of a store having a "policy" like that and how would they know if we weren't going to buy anything??? One of the staff members was so rude when I wanted to look at buying charms and bracelets. I asked her to name me some categories the charms belonged to, but she pulled the excuse of how there are over 700 charms and too many categories. It's your job to help people and if I did bother looking at the site beforehand, there would almost be no point of having a bunch of staff on hand. There's no need to be super rude when I simply asked if the product can be delivered to another Pandora store or my house. If someone working for Pandora is going to be acting this way, I suggest these individual(s) to go work somewhere that is "not classy". Learn some class and represent your products better. However, I do love the Pandora charms and the product did come in one piece when it was special ordered so that gives one extra star. read more

My husband bought two Disney Arora charms in march 31, at the time the charm was back order and Pandora brea ca said itll take 2-4 weeks to be in stock. Not only it took a two months to come in but the charm looked completely different than the original we got. (See attached photo, one charm is significantly bigger and a lot more shimmer reflects than the other) Sale associate won't let us exchange either because she said all charms are different and because i have worn my original charm and they can't resale. I understand craftsmanship makes every charm unique but don't you have any standard to making charms look at least somewhat lookalike? Sale associate said i can hold on to the new charm and come back later to match for another one that look similar. How long is that gonna take? How ridiculous does that sound base on how much Pandora stand behind your own products. That's insane! read more

December 17th. Yesterday, I called hours ahead of time and confirmed two specific items with their unique items numbers. I was told they were in stock and would be held for me until closing. I arrive and both of the items were out of stock and they tried to substitute the items. I drove almost an hour to get there only to be lied to. Christine was the one was answered my phone call and supposedly confirmed and held the items for me. This is my usual go-to but I am not sure anymore. They did apologize but I don't understand the need to lie to me and have me come in if they don't have the products. It could be that the commission incentive outweighed my customer convenience, needs and respect. read more

Love Pandora! Or, well, the concept of Pandora. Fairly high quality jewelry that is completely customizable. Necklaces, rings, bracelets, and earrings. Hubby and I started to actually create a Pandora bracelet when we were still bf/gf. We got a charm each month before the wedding, and he gave me another bracelet after the wedding. So, yes, very nice gifts to have. And, by picking out the charms you want, you can definitely make a story. Now, the prices can be a little high for the charms and bracelet. Three charms and a bracelet can be over $250, depending on what you get. And if anything has 14k gold, you can definitely expect the price per charm to be over $80 or so. If it's completely 14k gold, then the charm can be over $100 for sure. Overall lots of choices, but it can be an investment over time. And, if you don't get certain clasps, parts of the bracelet can bite. In terms of the store, nice staff. However, it's a very personal experience, so there will likely be a wait time during the weekend, as each staff member will work with one customer at a time. They do have small catalogs that you can browse through or take home. Clean store, but it can feel VERY small because of all of the choices and the number of customers looking at everything. You can also go to Ben Bridges, as they'll have a few charms, but not necessarily the latest and greatest. Loving the new Disney collection! And the starlight line, too! read more

First off I want to say thank you to Amy for being so patient with my mother and I today when we went into the store. We were greeted upon entering, and spent quite a long time trying to decide what we wanted. When I say we, I mean my indecisive mother. We were choosing and deciding for 2 hours. Not an exaggeration at all. After purchasing a bangle, 3 rings, and a charm, Amy told my mom and I all sales were final since they were running a promotion that got us free gifts when we spent over $125. Not even 3 seconds after cashing out, my mom decides the bangle isn't the right fit, and wants to exchange it... Even though ALL SALES WERE FINAL. Amy politely took another 25 minutes to help my mom decide on a bracelet for her charm, refunded her for the one she didn't like, and got her the other one without an issue. One of the other girls was kind of rude when I told her I liked her nails... But that's okay. Keep on bring great, Amy. I went to Pandora's jewelry today to see if I could buy a single or pair of gold earring backs. I had lost one of my earring backs to my diamond studs and have been using a really cheap fake gold backing to it. The young lady that helped me was really tentative to my needs she went shuffling through her drawer and found a single Gold earring back. She cleaned it for me and said is this what you're looking for? It was perfect and it was exactly what I was looking for. Then I asked her if I could buy it and she said that she didn't think they sold those single earring backs in their store to make a long story short she ended up giving it to me and that was very sweet.
