We have bought so much from Kevin's throughout the years there customer service is horrible we have had to take one of my rings back 3 times in the past couple months for a diamond falling out they are eager to have you trade for a new more expensive item instead of replacing the ring after 3 times a diamond falling out the least they should do is replace the ring obviously there jeweler isnt good at there job or the diamond wouldn't keep falling out. read more

Have a pair of earrings from here, lost one of my screw on backs to my earring, took it in to get fixed. Originally told me it was going to be $40, asked if I wanted to proceed, I said yes. come time to pick up it's $70. "manager" didn't want to accommodate even though that's what we had agreed on in the first place. don't tell me one price and then come up with another. Another story is I bought my boyfriend a gold chain, I've had to take it in to be fixed 3 TIMES because it keeps breaking SO easily. This last time it got "fixed" was just a couple days ago, he was walking and it somehow got undone, and fell off his neck while walking and fell on the floor, now it's gone. crazy you spend so much of your money on something and shit like this happens! read more

This is by far the worst place for jewelry I could buy from. Norma loza the manager belittles me as a customer. On there first day back from quarantine as a customer this was bad. I have no issue with prices vs the customer service. I would pay more for great service and become a returning lifetime customer vs be treated so unfair. I came here a couple of days ago , she wanted a new necklace as hers had broken a few times ( that she bought from there over a year ago) not only did they give her full credit what was paid on it also gave her a great price on a new necklace. Her salesman Ismael was great , very helpful. The manager Maria was also superb . I noticed the assistant manager Beatriz helpful a customer, she seemed also as helpful as Ismael I had my broken chain repaired at the same time . Fast forward a few days I came back to my house when I got home my pendant would not fit on the chain . When I tried it here they went on with no problem. If I could leave a negative 100 review I would this whole Kevin jewelers is a SCAMMMMMM my husband got my wedding ring from here spent all this money and even got the lifetime warranty why now that I need a resize we go to Kevin jewelers and they tell us the LIFETIME warranty my husband spent money on for a LIFETIME is now gone and moved to a separate insurance company . Oh but get this they don't have a store or number to call all they give u is the basic email of cs@kevinjewlers.com which I've emailed 3 times and gotten no response . Then if they do respond they expect you to send your jewelry into a magical place that has no storefront ...... So the only thing they could offer is to purchase a different warranty with them that's only 4 years and 400 dollars . So now there's no way to get my ring sized or fixed or cleaned or anything because my lifetime warranty that my husband spent money on disappeared and is non existent . Complete bullshit and sooo unprofessional. If they decided to switch insurance that's fine but why not notify my husband someone else is taking over and how to contact them ? Went into Kevin Jewelers and saw a couple of pieces I was interested in. The saleswoman explained to me that they offer an array of financing options. I agreed and gave the saleswoman my personal information. She told me that they work with multiple banks ensuring that everyone get approved. After hearing this I quickly told her that I only want my credit report ran once. (If you know anything about how credit works, you know that multiple inquires ding your score) She reassured me that only one inquiry will be done. I felt relieved! Two days later I received multiple alerts from my credit score monitor that multiple inquiries were made. I am furious! Even though I am approved, I will not come back to shop here. I will take my 8K purchase elsewhere. As to the multiple non-consenting inquiries, I will be reporting this business to the BBB and credit reporting bureaus. read more

Never buy here. You will REGRET it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place or any other Kevin Jewelers for that matter. Their return policy is exchange only. There are plenty of other jewelers who will treat you like a customer. Their motto is "Employees first. Screw the customer as much as you can. And screw them some more." Also, don't get sucked in by their HIGH MARKUP and a huge discount. It's how they do business. I've been to other jewelers and nobody offers 60-70% discount. I mean NOBODY. Huge discount at a jeweler means it's a scam. So please save yourselves. Do not get scammed by these CROOKS. Watch out for a guy with a thick mustache and glasses. His high pressure sleazy sales tactics makes you wonder whether you're in a jewelry store or a used car dealership. The entire time BF and I were in the store, he kept pressuring us into making a quick decision by asking repeatedly which ring we liked and then starting to make calculations for a "discount." When we decided on a ring, he did not bother to check the sizing and only worried about making the sale and taking our money. Of course, after later inspection/wear, I noticed that the ring was way too big and had to drive all the way back to get it resized. Luckily, mr. car salesman was not there that day, and Farah helped me with the sizing instead. Refused to give me a copy of the receipt showing the sizing of the ring. DO NOT BUY HERE. read more

Let me start by point out that a lot of other 1 star reviews sound like whiny customers, not all, but some. I bought my girlfriend an anniversary ring here and she absolutely loved it. The sales lady was okay, not bad, but not fantastic either. If you're too dumb to realize what inflated prices are than you deserve to think you got a deal. If there's a $900 ring marked down to $300, you didn't save $600, you just paid for a $300 ring. (This is a rule you should use with everything you buy) Anyways, they offered a $20 insurance with one free sizing so I bought that and came back to get the ring sized. They said they person who sizes is only in on Mondays and would call me when it's done. I waited almost a week after Monday and had to call them to make sure it's done. (They should have called me when the job was completed) I picked it up and the opals were a totally different color, but I didn't believe my eyes. So I took it and showed my Girlfriend without mentioning what I assumed. She didn't even take a second before she told me this isn't the right ring. Luckily she snapped a picture of it the day we got it and we compared. The color was totally off and it was "bronzed" over. (I'm assuming they burned it when they resized it) We had to wait and come back for them to order a new one. I came back and got a brand new ring and the main Opal fell out within an hour of my girlfriend wearing it. So I had to come back again to get that replaced. I don't exactly live close and I probably spent more on gas going back and forth than what the ring was worth. It could have been worse and all the sales ladies were helpful. They ordered a new ring and backed their product so that deserves a 5 stars for the service and effort. But a 2 star for me having to drive back and forth and deal with the hassle. read more
