I already came in once before to have it repaired, but the issue was never properly fixed and the bracelet continued to unclasp on its own. Today I returned again because I was frustrated about having to repeatedly come back for the same issue on a piece of jewelry I already paid good money for. Instead of handling the situation professionally, one of the employees asked if I was drunk simply because I expressed frustration while speaking with his colleague. That was shocking and very disrespectful, especially from a store presenting itself as luxury. The jewelry is beautiful, but after this experience I no longer feel comfortable returning.

Both times I have been overcharged as well as had my watch broken. The first time I had an item appraised, the lady here took a look at it for 5 minutes and charged me $35. I let it go because I figured I'm paying for expertise. However the second experience here was unforgivable. I brought my father's watch for a simple battery replacement. She charged me $35 for a battery replacement but ended up breaking the watch stem. Even had the audacity to tell me to bring it back for repairs because I wouldn't be able to set the time with the stem broken. No sh*t! And after I got home, the next morning the watch hands were skipping seconds indicating low battery-- she had replaced it a used battery. I ended up bringing my watch to my usual DRD Jewelry on 104th and Amsterdam close by instead. Here was I was charged $7 for a fresh battery and $25 for repairs. Do not give this place your business. It is a scam.
