I've been here many times & have referred two friends who have become their regular customers . Typically it's a good experience. My boyfriend recently got the norovirus, and I also have a pretty heavy period, and did not want to risk spreading all that love. So I tried to cancel. The front desk was pretty snarky and did not listen to me. She kept on cutting me off and made me feel bad. I've been a good customer, but after being treated like that, I won't be coming back. I loved this place. We walked in and saw the worker hustling to get the rooms cleaned. She asked us to hold for a bit and then educated us on the experience we were about to have. I felt like crap and needed something. I thought that something was going to be a stretch from the stretching place on the other side of the shopping center but they were booked. My husband loves saunas and 24hr fitnesses saunas happened to be closed so we both came. The rooms were neat and you could pass the time by streaming your favorite Netflix show or other app. I couldn't focus on anything except the time passing. I believe the default temp is 140. I wanted to be gangster and kicked it up a notch to 145 and then said whoooaaa Nelly and turned it back down. IT IS SOOO HOT. I had the red light therapy going and totally thought I was going to lift weights while in my little glass room, but nahhh, I was just trying to make it to the 40 min mark. I sat, stood, laid down, laid on my sides, bent over, stretched and only 20 min had passed! I loved it but I also hated it. Prior to entering the room, the nice young woman gave us frozen face towels to help with cooling yourself down and I melted that 30 min in. I felt victorious when leaving the place. I would love to visit weekly, but I just can't- kind of like a spin class. I know it's good for me, but, it's just sooo hard to get through a full session. Maybe I'll reconsider in the fall when it's not 100+ out. read more

I am happy to have found this private sauna studio close to my home, conveniently located in the Village Center shopping centre. Unlike commercial gym saunas, the saunas here are private, very clean, and reliably available. I recommend booking a session ahead of time to secure a spot and to be there on time. The staff here are friendly. I purchase my sessions in bulk to make the sessions cheaper. I recommend the infrared sauna as a healthy way to relax. It is a good way to shed water weight, but a healthy diet with electrolytes should be a part of regular use. I feel lighter and refreshed after the sessions, and I sleep better. I feel that the sweating improves my skin texture and appearance. There are many benefits and I enjoy and recommend the facility! read more

My first time trying and it was so amazing! I looked up nearby sauna to bring my friend who was in town for the weekend to celebrate our birthdays. The infrared component was new and after researching more, it made perfect sense to incorporate into overall wellness. We got appointments quickly and easily just by calling in the morning for 11:30 appt. Turk was so knowledgeable and shared in a concise way of the plethora of infrared sauna benefits and answered our questions. Nice facility, pleasant staff, unprofessional and unreasonable owner/manager. I tried contacting them regarding an extra charge for a month that I did not want. I presented various concerns about the way the situation was handled and simply wanted my money back for the extra month that was charged. The owner eventually stopped responding to me entirely and refuses to give me my money back over something that they caused. Incredibly unprofessional. Will never do business with this place again purely out of principal. It's one thing if I had attacked them, but I didn't. I simply asked questions and presented my case as to why I should be refunded for the unused month. I was met with radio silence. This place is great! I go to the gym across the street, but their wet area was shut down, so the sauna's unavailable. Fortunately for me, Sweat It is really conveniently located, has been really easy to book reservations with, is always clean, and the red light therapy and NetFlix during the sauna session are all excellent. I wish my schedule allowed me to go more often, but they offer packages of visits by number of visits as well as monthly memberships, so you can decide what pricing structure works best for you. Turk the owner of this establishment is very keen to what makes customers happy. He is friendly and keeps the place spotless which is a huge bonus. I'm currently rehabbing an injury and my PTs have expressed that infrared therapy can be beneficial for a variety of reasons. Luckily this facility is on Classpass so I decided to give it a try. Turk greeted me upon arrival, showed me to a private room and explained how it worked, settings, lights, first time tips. This facility is amazingly clean! I love the privacy of my own room and television with the obvious options, Netflix, Apple TV, etc. I really loved the experience. It was relaxing and my skin felt amazing after my time there. Being that I'm rehabbing I found being able to do some of my PT exercises obviously easier with the heat element giving me more mobility. Plenty of towels are provided and the ice towel waiting post treatment is a nice touch! Prior to leaving Turk provided me with the package options, which in comparing them to other facilities are very reasonable. I plan to be a repeat customer. This place is wonderful! Amenities are excellent, it's immaculate, and you truly feel a difference physically after each session. I've been to spas and tried Salt saunas, traditional saunas, steam rooms, clay rooms, jade room saunas - pretty much all. Infrared is a totally unique experience. My skin always feels super smooth, plus I experience weight loss, which is an added benefit! I recommend hydrating well before and after each session. Highly recommend this studio. Infrared is healing and helps my pain so much. I tried the red light therapy too. I can't give a review on it since I only used it once. Turk the owner is amazing and will answer all your questions. The studio is so clean you can practically eat off the floor. The towels are white so I also bring my own in case I have any trace of make up on so I don't stain his towels. There are weights if you want to work out in the sauna and build up more sweat. Facility is top notch unfortunately the owner and how he chooses to do business is not. I have had a membership here for over a year. Everything is fine until you need to cancel. Then they become very prickly and unwilling to help and everything becomes about the 30 day notice. I notified them of my cancellation within a couple of days of my account being billed. I expected this to be plenty of notice but the following month my account was billed again. When I inquired as to why I was being billed again it took over a week to get a response after my persistence for an answer and they said that my account was charged because they strictly adhere to a 30 day notice. I explained that notice was given with a day or two of the previous month's payment being pulled and they did not care. It is all about the money and not about retaining a future customer. I recently cancelled another membership at The Salt Room and they were extremely accommodating. They gave me an extended amount of time to use up the sessions/treatments that I had paid for with my membership and made the cancelation effective immediately. They invited me back whenever I was ready to restart my membership. Which I will most certainly do once I am ready to do so. The Salt Room cares about retaining a customer's future business while Sweat It is only worried about getting one final payment out of you. I will not be returning to this business as all they care about is the all mighty dollar. read more

I initially tried a session at Sweat It Infrared Sauna Studio knowing the benefits of sauna and sweating, but traditional saunas have consistently left me feeling drained and exhausted due to the high temperatures. However, this studio has masterfully incorporated infrared therapy which heats my body at the core without the traditional higher temperatures that would wipe me out. The sauna suites are very inviting, clean, calming and the accommodations of hand weights, space to do yoga and TV equipped with Bluetooth and Netflix if one wants to "Netflix and Chill" while sweating is more than I expected. There are clean towels and a frozen washcloth infused with cucumber water is very refreshing after a session. The staff is always professional, sincere, and pleasant. I signed up after my first session as I felt fantastic! Sweat It Studio is a now a routine part and must for my health regimen.
