Bought a 2018 Ford Escape with about 30K miles, with a 72 month Advantage Care Warranty…read more The first salesman dropped the ball somewhat i.e. didn't give me the parental key (only a secondary key that locks out some of the controls, didn't run my card properly for the down-payment) then went on vacation right after he sold me the car however the other salesperson took good care of me and got things situated. I did have to go to Romano Ford to get the key after the first 2 places they sent me couldn't do it, but TecForce covered the bill. The Warranty has a $100 deductible however they waive the deductible if you have the repair done there; but what they don't tell you is it can take 3 weeks to get an appointment, however if you can drop the car off they can probably get to it that day; About 6 months later the A/C stopped working on the hottest day of the summer; so I dropped the car off early in the morning, they diagnosed the issue in the afternoon (leaky compressor) and got the part / fixed it the next day. The repair would have cost over $1,100 but Advantage Care covered it. The repair manager seemed completely competent to me, there wasn't a question he couldn't answer and the repair went well. Will probably buy another car there.

And since it sat for a while, we also asked them to check the battery and maybe jump-start it. These guys came back claiming that we needed a new battery AND a new starter! We decided to get a second opinion, because the starter was actually fairly new. So, we had AAA come out. But before towing it, the AAA guy tried jump-starting it first. It was almost comical the way it started right up. ... with a supposed bad starter!!! Needless to say, we brought it somewhere else who fixed the leaky oil and replaced the battery. We will never do business here again, nor will we ever recommend them, because they evidently thought they could make an easy buck doing unnecessary work for someone they assumed wouldn't know any better. They probably didn't even look at the car and charged us $80+ for a "diagnostic". Ugh... This place is incompetent, sexist, ageist, dishonest, and unethical.

Have previously brought my Audi here for tires, as local and prices for tires are very competitive plus GMC rebates if I used my CC. (NO LONGER AVAILABLE). The service at GMC is poor. Non responsive. I let management know and switched my Audi tire service to their Ford team, which is excellent and highly recommended. Recent situation new tires only have 20K miles on them. Filed a warranty issue. No call backs, no feedback. Called again told parts is addressing it and will get back to me. No call backs. Called again left a voice message for parts, still no call backs. Interesting, why bother recording your phone calls if management does NOT monitor the calls! Guess their GM is too busy doing commercials with sports people to care about the "actual and existing" customer! Ps NYE Auto is no longer owned by the NYE family. They were sold off, but Buick GMC had issues and continues to have issues after the sale.

Charlie came up to me and I could tell on his face he had not so good news. Come to find out my front tires needed replacement, thus no inspection sticker. Charlie even took me out to look at the tires to assure me that he was being fair and honest to this female customer. After talking to him my charge would be $321.00. YIKES! Unfortunately I didn't have it. Not only did he go ahead and order the tires upon my request but he also trusted me to return once my State refund had come in. On 3-25-19 I returned and Charlie replaced my tires and after all was said and done the total came to $287.76. He looked up at me and said, was that what I had told you it would be? I said no actually it was $321.00. He smiled and said you just got a deal. What an awesome experience and facility with honest hard working gentlemen that know how to treat their customers.
