I hired SWEEP to clean a 2-bedroom 2-bathroom unit before I moved in. That being said, there was no furniture or obstructions in the space. Prior to the appointment, I confirmed that they would clean EVERY single corner and small space of the unit (blinds, cabinets, appliances, doors, handles, bathrooms, closets, light fixtures, floors, etc.). The unfortunate truth is that the unit was VERY dirty to begin with. But they sent only one cleaner and she ended up spending 6.5 hours there as opposed to the planned 5. I ended up cleaning with her for the entire 6.5 hours. I was essentially following her with my own Clorox wipes to catch everything she missed. Not to mention, SHE FORGOT A VACUUM! I had to open my brand new vacuum for her to use. While she was extremely nice and did an okay job, I don't feel like the appointment was planned properly. The price is definitely a steal but that is likely because the service provided was subpar. read more

They were easy to get a hold of and responsive with confirmations and reminders. There was a bit of a scheduling snafu but they communicated well about it and I was able to adjust the time. Working with Sweep was simple, I had an above average customer experience. The app is incredibly user friendly, they responded immediately with a chatbot only it wasn't a bot, it was a person. Anthony called me personally and answered my questions. What I truly need is for someone to fold laundry and light cleaning for a few hours every couple of weeks. Sweep was flexible around my schedule, and accommodating with the work they did for me. The level of professionalism from the emails to phone calls and most importantly the woman who came to my home, Sandra, was superior. Not only did she fold laundry for our family of four, she put it all away in addition to organizing my closet, cleaned the kitchen and several other things I just don't have time to get to. If I could give them a negative review, I would. I booked this awful company a day before Thanksgiving. A day before the appointment they call to say the person scheduled had car trouble so instead of they will 2 people who will come at 10.30AM instead of 9AM. I was fine with that - they showed up at 11AM (they did give me a heads up about the delay). I even gave them permit parking sticker so they don't have to find paid parking. I had filled out a form with all information about my place including the 2 dogs I have. At no point was I ever informed that I would need to crate my dogs or lock them in a room. The person I interacted with who scheduled this (Anthony) did not mention it. These 2 incompetent women show up and freak out when they see the dogs. They said they were never informed that there are dogs and they won't work unless they are crated. I have had many cleaners over the years including my amazing cleaner Sharon who worked for me for 6 years who unfortunately moved to Alabama or I would never let her go. And none of my cleaners have ever asked my dogs to be crated. Because I am very upfront about having two dogs and I would never hire anyone who had me do that. Why send people who are scared of dogs to a house with dogs and not have a conversation with the customer ahead of time to even confirm about it? I kept confirming about all COVID related details multiple times and not once was this mentioned to me that this is their policy. I doubt its even a policy because the person I was interacting with now says they would make it a policy to let customers know this upfront. So now I am stuck a day before Thanksgiving with no cleaning service. DO NOT USE THEM! THEY ARE AWFUL! read more

SWEEP Cleaning are great. We've used them twice now to clean our 1,500 SF condo, and plan to make it a monthly clean. Both times the ladies have arrived on time, done a thorough job, and even gone beyond the standard we were expecting. Our dogs seems to have a real soft spot for them too, which is a bonus. I needed a great, reliable cleaner since we were hosting people for the holidays, and with two young children I just didn't have the time to deep clean the house. I was a bit nervous about the quality of cleaning I would get, since they were least expensive BY FAR that I could find. Boy, was I wrong to be nervous! The online scheduling process was so easy and provided me with a variety of dates and times to fit my family's busy schedule. The cleaner who came was prompt, polite, and did an AMAZING job. She honestly got it cleaner than it was when we moved in, which is saying a lot. There was a stain in our bathtub when we moved in that I assumed was permanent, so imagine my surprise when she got it out! She was so efficient in the 3 hours that were allotted, that she even had time to help my husband sort and fold laundry in our son's room, AND she deep cleaned his high chair (which was a HUGE task in itself!) I was so impressed that I bought my mom a gift card for a 3 hour cleaning as a birthday gift. I would absolutely recommend SWEEP to anyone! read more

I really, really wanted to be impressed, especially after all of the positive reviews. However, the attention to detail was just not there despite how kind and sweet they really were. I hired Sweep for 5 hours, which is 2.5 hours for 2 cleaning professionals. They arrived slightly late, but no big deal as I had plenty of time to kill that day. They split up tackling the kitchen/bathroom and living room/bedroom and got straight to work. She did a great job cleaning the interior and exterior of my oven. The living room got a good dusting, everything was removed and placed back in its place. The table tops were wiped down, as well as my little wine/bar area both inside and outside which was great. She also vacuumed my couch which was very welcome. The bathroom seemed to be well cleaned and fresh overall when I saw it later, though the tops of my cabinets were left dusty and had not been cleaned. In the bedroom, she did a nice job of making the bed, and wiping the blinds, but missed a number of the surfaces, including my bookshelf, dresser top, and mirror. There was dust left behind photo frames and all over the top of the mirror on my dresser. The top of my bookshelf was not dusted, as well as the top of another shelf. Toward the 2 hour mark it seemed like they were looking for more things to do and offered to wipe the interior of my fridge down, which I accepted because I thought that meant the counter tops and other nooks had been cleaned. They had been, partially, as the surface itself seemed clean, but the back part of my counter was left with a layer of dust and my kitchen island had dirt still remaining on the top of it when I wiped it down later. The backsplash had a few sticky parts, too, and it was noticeable when I wiped it down. The blinds in my apartment were dusted, but none of the windows were wiped down-- there are still smudges all over them and this is something I specified as important in my appointment reservation. It's important to note that my apartment wasn't filthy, but it did have dust accumulation and some cat fur in nooks and crannies. My hope was just to get a deeper cleaning than what I got, but it is a service I will try again. Overall, they were really lovely and professional, and I would welcome them into my home again, but I felt it was important to note some possible areas for improvement! read more
