They don't open until 9 so forget about going before work, and they close at 3 or 5 depending on the day so forget about going after work. The only time you can feasibly go is on the weekend. I wish they would just pick an audience they want to cater to, either the morning crowd or after work crowd, and do it, instead of just being open in the middle of the day when everyone is at work. Been to this place twice and really wanted to like it because the food is great and the location is convenient for me. Unfortunately the customer service is atrocious. The first time I went I was ignored by the staff for an uncomfortable amount of time. The second time I went my bowl that I ordered fell onto the ground and broke apart while I was walking home. The container the food was in completely broke open and was seeping out all over the place, and by the time I was able to salvage what I could it had melted. I called and politely asked if it could be remade- I was told that the store was really busy and that a manager would call me back with a response. The response was a voicemail that said "We can't remake your food. Sorry you dropped it come back soon and have a good day!" If you are going to charge $12 for a single item your customer service should be on point. Despite the customer service being bad the first time I was still willing to be a regular customer; however, I am incredibly disappointed.
