First off - make sure you double check their Instagram hours at @sweetnsnow209! They are generally the same but will occasionally close for events or have shorter hours for the day. They are a small trailer located right in front of Coco's International Market, you can't miss it! They have shaved ice, Italian ice, and a couple drinks (Thai tea and Thai coffee), but we were there for their special they offer on weekends: mango sticky ice! It's their shaved ice play on mango sticky rice - shaved ice with mango syrup, mango sorbet, coconut sago, coconut cream, and fresh mango. On Instagram it looked like they put coconut shavings too which I'm not a fan of but luckily they didn't put them on there today. Also make sure to check their page because they will post when this item is sold out. It was super refreshing and I loved the sago!! I think maybe the sago was a bit overcooked since it got mushy but it did replicate the sticky rice flavor and tasted delicious with all the fresh mango flavors. It wasn't too sweet either. Our whole family loved it! The person taking orders wasn't the most friendly but I didn't mind, just wanted my shaved ice. But then the two other guys who seemed to be the ones making the shaved ice came out and asked if we liked it and they were so nice. the mango sticky ice i had seen multiple times on my fyp and i felt it was overhyped. it was good, but i didn't love it. at first i did and it was refreshing, but then the more i ate the more i felt like i wasn't really a fan. the cha mango was good and so was the flo. if i go back i would just get italian ice or shaved ice. refreshing on a hot day but also almost $30 for the four. the mango sticky ice melted so quick too so you really don't get as much as you think you are. just a little disappointed. read more

I love Italian ice OMG it's fire. Finally caught this truck in my neighborhood. Even though they have a lot of fancy stuff. I stuck with the basics of Italian ice two different flavors. It was a nice size cup because it lasted for three days. Lol when I eat sweets, I try to do servings so I don't feel guilty. Of course my daughter ate all of hers. I hope to try didn't things on the menu. The lady accidentally scooped a different flavor instead of her throwing it back she gave it to me for free. I thought that was nice. I used to go to Happy Ice in LA at least 3xs a week so when we moved back to Northern Cal, I didn't know what I'd do to fill that void. I tried a few places that advertised Italian Ice or Water Ice and they were awful. I almost gave up but then I lucked up on Sweet and Snow and decided to drive to Stockton to try them. OMG they are so good! I've tried a few flavors but my favorite are blue raspberry and cherry mixed together in swirls. The consistency is what makes this place THE place for me - I don't like loose water ice and this is thick like I like and creamy, which in my opinion is the only way Italian ice should be. My only problem *sigh* is the closure for the winter, I'm not looking forward to it, I wish they had a store front (if that's the reason for the closure). I don't even mind that they're 30 minutes away (if traffic is light, which it never is) from where we live. I hate to say it but they've replaced Happy Ice as my favorite (Happy Ice flavors are better but Sweet and Snow's consistency is better and they're consistent with it). read more

They were at an event and I was able to try half pineapple/tigers blood (strawberry/watermelon with a touch of coconut) with half coconut cream and half sweet cream topping. The texture of the ice is perfect. They offer so May flavors and also takin and champú toppings. Omg! This place is a must try! I'm very surprised there are no Yelp reviews yet. Usually, I go on Yelp before trying a new place, but I stumbled upon Sweet & Snow after seeing a post on Instagram, & after trying it twice now, I just had to leave a Yelp review. Anyway, I've never been a fan of snow cones because I didn't care for the texture nor the burn or discomfort in my mouth/throat from the syrup. However, my kids & I have become huge fans of these snow cones. The sweetness is on point & the texture of their snow cones are just as their name implies...like snow, so it's shaved super fine & literally melts in your mouth. The owner who's name is Tony (I believe) is very kind, sweet, & super friendly. He really seems to care about his customers & their satisfaction with this products. He patiently answered any questions I had, described flavors I was unsure about, & gave me suggestions of flavors/toppings that go well together. He came out of his trailer both times we visited to ask us what we thought & on the 2nd visit gave us a sample of a new flavor he created (Mango sticky rice sorbet)...yumm! I've never heard of snow cones being topped with anything, but he has a coconut cream topping that is to die for! You'll notice in my pics that the color of my snow cone appears kinda white (that's the coconut cream topping). Also, if you're not a fan of coconut, he has regular sweet cream & even offers a chamoy/tajin topped snow cone. Or just go classic & don't get any toppings. Oh! He is located right off of El Dorado St. at Angel Cruz Park which is right behind (South) of the Oakwood Apartments on Hammer Lane. The owners were super friendly and was patient with my friend and I as we couldn't decide quickly on flavors. We opted for Blue Hawaiian, Pineapple & Watermelon. We got the medium to share, only $4!! What a steal! The medium was big enough to share. The flavors were on point and the ice melted in my mouth as soon as it touched my tongue.
