    Classic with almond butter

Best açai bowl I've ever had! Had the classic with some almond butter and was absolutely blown away! Bella provided the recommendation and was very kind. Will be back again.

    Strawberry Oats Smoothie

I tried the Strawberry Oats smoothie and it was absolutely delicious, super refreshing and perfect for a hot day. The flavor was spot on, not overly sweet, and really satisfying. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. Honestly, who would've thought some of the best smoothies in the Bay would be tucked inside a grocery market? Such a hidden gem. Definitely coming back to try more.

Meter parking, not too difficult to find. Located inside the farmers market and wasn't busy. Only took about 5 mins to make my acai bowls. I'd rank this spot in my top 2 for acai in the bay area. The texture of the acai is smooth and creamy, not icy at all. The fruits were super fresh and the portions were good. I added almond butter to my bowl which was $1.99 and was pleasantly surprised. It went perfectly with my bowl! My first thought was that the bowl was sweet, but I have a sweet tooth so I really enjoyed it. Will definitely come back. Total was almost $28 for 2 bowls and an add on.

Located inside a small supermarket. Really well made smoothies for affordable prices. Many selections, including a make your own smoothie. Chose the Sunrise and Pitaya passion! Will return to peruse other flavors!

When I think of acai bowls, this is the first shop to pop up in my head. I haven't visited in months, yet the quality and taste of the bowls were top tier. I ordered the Classic bowl and Chocolate Berry bowl (sub Nutella for PB). The cashier was accommodating and made the bowls in a timely manner. I walked around the grocery store as they were being made and there's a great selection of goods. Parking is relatively easy during off hours and there's a few seats outdoors to enjoy your food. Really great spot for a nice day!

YUM! Their açaí bowls hit every time! I knocked a star off because the quantity did decrease, their serving size used to be bigger. Other than that, their açaí is never icy, it's always nice and smooth! I got the Chocolate Berry, sub blueberries for extra bananas and sub Nutella for almond butter :) I wished they had indoor seating but other than that, their vibes are grab and go! FYI their in-house almond butter is unmatched! Please do yourself a favor and buy some for home. DELISH in smoothies and on toast!

    OVER PRICED ALMOND BUTTER

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE‼ OVERPRICED for some bagged flaked coconut?! If I could give ZERO STARS, I absolutely would. I've been coming here for over 8 years, and today was the LAST time. I asked the young girl at the register a simple question: "When did you start drizzling almond butter on the Island Vibe bowls instead of the spoonful you used to do?"--and she immediately caught an attitude. I was shocked by how rude and dismissive she was. She told me I could speak to the manager, so I did--and he was just as rude and unprofessional as she was. Absolutely no accountability or customer care. Mind you, I had just spent $50 on four Island Vibe bowls AND bought the $16 jar of almond butter--only to be treated with complete disrespect. This place has gone downhill. The prices are outrageous, the customer service is trash, and I'd be better off spending that money on a month's worth of fresh fruit elsewhere. NEVER. GOING. BACK.

    Chocolate Berry Bowl

This açaí bowl was exactly what I needed on this hot day! The açaí is the ice cream kind which I love, just note it because it's a bit on the sweeter side. I got the chocolate berry with peanut butter instead of Nutella, yummy!!

    Açaí Island Vibez Bowl

It's tucked inside a cute grocery store - entrance to the right - with some seating outside. There were three people working on the weekend and there was a constant flow of people coming in (2-3 people) with 10-15 minute wait after ordering. My friends and I got açaí bowls (classic and island vibez). They have mostly preset bowls with ingredients. You can also add toppings for extra cost if the presets don't have what you want. The pineapple on my island bowl was not very ripe, but all else was good. The almond butter had a great nutty flavor and the açaí was on the sweet side. I think the price is good for the portion they give! I noticed with the bowls you can choose either pitaya or açaí. They also offer juices, smoothies, and so much more. I definitely would want to go back and try other menu items.

This is our go to spot for Acai bowls and smoothies, it's located inside the Burlingame Farmers market with a metered parking lot in the back. It's not busy during the week and the service is always quick. There's a lot of choices on the menu and you can always customize your own. The smoothies are the perfect level of sweetness and come in one size. Our favorites are the Almond lover and the Sunrise (:

Sweet Citrus in Burlingame is currently V's favourite spot to get açaí bowls. Since we discovered this place on March 23, 2024, we no longer get bowls from Jamba Juice. Located inside the Burlingame Farmers Market in downtown, the establishment does not have its own entry - you must go inside the grocery store to arrive at the mini shoppe. No private parking lot, either, but we haven't had any problems with finding a nearby space for our car in walking distance along Broadway Avenue. Did I mention that this place is tiny? Just a teenie weenie bit bigger than a mall food court vendor with a bench at the counter and a few products for sale on the two side walls. A few table and chairs are available outside if you want to stick around to eat. The menu offers an array of Smoothies, Juices, and Bowls (AÇAI/PITAYA and GREEK YOGURT). Unfamiliar with pitaya and how it compares to açaí on our first visit, a helpful staff member offered to provide samples of each for us to taste which we appreciated. Finding the pitaya on the bland side, we went with AÇAI Bowls, specifically the CHOCOLATE BERRY. Z customized his bowl to replace the BANANA with BLACKBERRY and I added CHIA SEEDS to mine. All of us enjoyed our CHOCOLATE BERRY AÇAI Bowls. The refreshing & smoothly blended açaí base + fresh fruit toppings + rich & chocolatey nutella + granola crunch = a party in your mouth. Z and I found the bowls as very hearty, so have decided to share a single bowl between the two of us since our first visit. V loves the Bowls so much that he continues to devour a single one on his own. Service is always fast, helpful and friendly. For a healthy start to your day, Swee Citrus is mos def the place to go. I think we will become regulars because V craves their bowls on a weekly basis.

    Broadway Berry Bowl

My favorite spot to get açaí bowls as big as your head! While this spot has changed names (ownership?) over the years, I am so glad they have survived and are still doling out generously-portioned açaí bowls. I love that they share a home with the Burlingame Farmer's Market and always peruse their goods while waiting for my order. Today's unplanned purchase was a bag of nectarines for 3.99, but I digress. Service has always been pleasant and with a smile. I can't say I've ever experienced too long of a wait either, and parking is easy enough via street parking on Broadway (bring coins for the meters!) or in the lot behind the store. There are also tables out front if you'd like to eat al fresco. My order today was a broadway berry bowl for $11.99; they were out of blueberries and subbed bananas for free. This place isn't "cheap", but you pay the same price as competitors that serve you a way smaller bowl.

There is little to no Okinawa roasted tea flavor, simply sugar and milky notes.. boba itself was very soft, almost disintegrating, suggesting it was old and sitting on a heated pot for hours. Jasmine green tea was very bitter and not much jasmine taste . I've had plenty of other teas from various boba shops before so I know what it is supposed to taste like. This is not simply matter of personal preference, but it tasted like they steeped the tea with high temperature to get as much color as possible out of the tea leaves, to maximize profit with zero regards to the quality of the outgoing product. The tea leaves were likely used several times steeped in high temperature, instead of switching out for fresh tea leaves. Maximizing profits, saving time by using high temperature to steep the tea to develop color instead of flavor is what results in this low quality, bitter, tasteless tea. The only resemblance to tea is the color. Not flavor, not aroma, not taste. Over all extremely underwhelming. The store was completely empty on a 3pm Friday so they were not busy to create these drinks too.. the drinks came out extremely fast, suggesting they were premade fluids sitting in a tub or container.
