Next time, I'd like to try their seasonal drink, Guava Matcha Latte with a cream top! They also carry baked goods from Neighbor bakery in SF. We loved the Ube twice baked croissant! I find potatoes and hash browns to be fillers when not extra crispy for texture. Sadly they were filler here but so far they are light handed on the filler so all is right in the burrito. Did well on my request for light cheese as well. Ambiance reminds me of all my favorite cafes and tea shops with the artsy flare, welcoming colors, tons of plants, and some cool jams. Can definitely see them having a local artist showcase or local concert or open mic night. Peet's own policy says baristas will remake drinks if you're not satisfied, so we went back to ask for an exchange. The cashier couldn't have been less helpful. Instead of offering to remake it or provide any kind of solution, he just said "you bought it, you already drank it" and shut the conversation down. No attempt to follow Peet's customer satisfaction policy, no courtesy, no effort. We weren't asking for anything unreasonable--just the standard remake that Peet's advertises. Really disappointing experience, and definitely not the level of service we expect from this location.
