There was ube pieces which were a nice firm texture and not too overwhelming. The boba runs on the softer side, but I like that. Dracula - strawberry forward with some hints of ube. Good location on Broadway in Burlingame; not as much foot traffic as Burlingame Ave, yet also not as hectic. Passion fruit-centric, which obviously goes along with its name. My friends picked up a few to-go drinks for us since they were near Lilikoi. I was super excited because their menu looked different than other boba places (in a good way! I'm too picky for a lot of other places). The fruit teas stood out to me, and I love passionfruit, so I got the POG with jasmine tea. It was refreshing and not syrupy at all. I was afraid it would be too sweet, but I actually had the opposite problem where the "less sweet" option was really not sweet (moreso than most other boba shops I go to), so regular sweet would probably be good for me. Great friendly service! I really love the decorations and ambiance of Lilikoi! I went on a Saturday night around 6:30PM, probably due to it being a holiday weekend that it was quite empty. However, the staff greeted me with a smile and made sure we were accounted for by asking if we had any questions. I just resorted to the House Milk Tea, being basic. It was actually quite good to me, nothing else to say about it. I don't really like overly sweetened milk teas and this one, after selecting 25% sweet, wasn't overkill. Some places are pretty sweet even at 25% to me at least. The packaging was really cute and I love that they have some Hawaiian inspired flavors in the menu. I know...I should have tried one of those instead but I usually opt for the milk tea to gauge if I would like a place or not. Overall, I think I will come back to Lilikoi for a drink! Lilikoi is a small eatery on Broadway in Burlingame, which is right next to Behan's, the Irish pub. Interestingly, Behan's allows you to bring food into their establishment while you enjoy your drink there ...which is beautiful.!!!! So that is how I went and got some food at Lilikoi. I ordered garlic fries and a grilled cheese sandwich . Clearly the food is great, however, the tiny glitch that takes away one rating star is that I was very specific: I wanted a grilled cheese sandwich and they made a grilled cheese sandwich with turkey. I realized after I picked up my order and walked back into the pub, my friends and I opened the boxes to eat, and my friend found the slice of meat in the grilled cheese. Since she had already touched it she said can eat it. So I was stuck with the garlic fries only! This is one detail, however, tiny it is attention to detail that's important. The order worked out for someone else, but not for me. ! I would recommend this place!! Of the two things I ordered definitely one was perfect and I'm told the grilled cheese with the turkey was also good. Do give this place a try. Needed to write this review if only because service is always exceptional and my friend and I had a nice time talking to them. I've been here multiple times now, sometimes for lunches during the work week and sometimes on the weekends with friends/family. Obviously there's faster service when it's quieter during the work week but overall I've never gotten frustrated. I usually stick with the standard Jasmine milk tea with boba (soliddd boba) but I've tried the mango smoothie too and it's great, more on the slushie side than not. I've gotten their lumpia a couple times, I assume fried from refrigerated/frozen but it's always good, and you can't find either boba or lumpia anywhere near here either ways. The owner is always enthusiastically kind, they hire a nice staff, and they're helpful to talk to if you have choice paralysis. read more

Just off Broadway, which is close to a public parking lot and many metered parking spots, you'll find a humble green storefront with neon lights shining brightly inside. The shop may seem small but as you walk further in, you'll find that there's an intimate dining space in addition to the register area. As with many places nowadays, the kiosks will take your order. There are pictures to help you visualize your incoming meal. Snacks or drinks, you'll find something that may intrigue you. With tropical flavors include island fruits like guava, pineapple, and passion fruit as well classic flavors like ube, a taste of Hawaii is just clicks away. For all drinks, you'll have the option to customize toppings at additional costs, ice level, and sweetness level. The honey boba were chewy and had a good balanced sweetness to them. They don't give you a whole lot but it's enough for your drink. You can order extra boba if that's more your jam, but it's an additional cost. For their milk teas, they use half and half. I didn't get a chance to try that this time around, but the POG (pineapple orange and guava) jasmine tea was delicious enough to warrant another visit! This location seems to be relatively new and clean. The staff were great - patient, kind, and personable. They really seem to connect with their community and that's a big plus in my book! There aren't a whole lot of boba options in this area of Burlingame but you're in good hands with Lilikoi! Aloha! read more

A very unique and different boba place... I love the ambience I love how different it is than your typical boba spot. It has it's own theme which makes it stand out. I got "mango crema" and my partner ordered a "mango dragonfruit royale".... the mango drink is a blended mango drink that has crema and I added honey Boba alongside it. The drink itself is good and it's an interesting combo with the crema, if you're a fan of adding crema to your drinks this hits the spot but if you're not up to experimenting or being more "out there" I wouldn't recommend this and would rather get a drink regular mango drink. The flavor of the boba is pretty okay, i wouldn't say it's the best boba around as the honey taste gives me personally an odd overtaste. The texture is also one of those on the harder side, making you want to chew on it a few bit more. The second drink was very refreshing! Not very sweet and you can really taste all the flavors that are included in it. We got our drinks with a snack side, 5 lumpia and 1 spam masubi. The lumpia were very hot and crispy when it came out... it had a lot of flavor and came with Thai chili sauce to give it more pizzazz. I know of a lot of places that has more outside than inside when it comes to lumpia or egg rolls but there was plenty of meat in this. The price was also very reasonable coming down to 8.75 which I thought was very good than the typical boba and snack shop that will charge 10 dollars and/or more. Loved the service! We came in a few minutes before closing so there wasn't many people ahead of us but we were greeted right away. After we ordered we took a seat to wait and to my surprise our drinks and snacks were brought to us!!! Truly an outstanding service. I've been to many Boba places, and all of them seem to never get my drink quite right. Most of the time it's just too much sugar/sweetness and everything else gets empowered. This was a completely different experience, I appreciated I could actually taste the flavor of the tea, and got the sweetness from the boba. The boba is delicious! We ordered bunch of drinks: Lovebug slush, P.O.G Aloha, strawberry lem, tropical delight. Out of all drinks P.O.G. Aloha (passionfruit, orange, and guava & jasmine tea) with boba was a hit for me. It was the perfect mix and refreshing drink with chewy boba. And I order chicken wings, fries, mozzarella sticks, lumpia, spam musubi, spam fried rice. The chicken wings was crispy, the fries were not soggy and mozzarella sticks were fried perfectly. This is my favorite Boba shop in the bay. The drinks and food are absolutely phenomenal and the customer service is just as good. The workers are extremely kind and even bring your food and drinks to you, which you don't typically see in a boba shop. I have tried multiple drinks here and loved all of them, but my top favorite has to be the Mango Crema with mango jelly. All the snacks I've tried are good but the spam musubi is especially very flavorful. I also love getting the drink and snack combos! It's a very good price! It's also really cool how they have unique decorations and even pretty custom cups! I absolutely love the LED wall signs and the way the shop is separated in two different rooms, with different kinds of seating, as well as having a space where you can actually watch the workers make the drinks! This place is very aesthetically pleasing, especially at sunset.
