A few questions re: wheel cakes... what flavors are available, how much are they, & do we need to pre-order in case there's limited availability (I'm not local & will be driving from the South Bay)?

Hi ML, yes we open backyard patio seating starting 11/04/20. We have plenty of dining tables, umbrella and heater. So you can enjoy your dessert and share some good times with your friends and family!

Hi, what are the seasonal items you have now? Such as the water melon soft serve?

New item are added to the menu for a limited time during summer.

Are there any vegan flavors?

Hi Dee, we only have fresh brewed jasmine tea. You can add cheese foam if you would like. Right now we only have one milk tea which is black tea base. Thank you:)

I went to the Pasadena CA location today after truly enjoying a great experience at the Milkcow Cafe in Las Vegas last week. This Pasadena location needs help. They are trying to pass off frozen Ice Milk as Ice Cream. Their menu describes ice cream and you receive ice milk. They are clearly running some sort of scam selling ice milk products at $6.26 in a very very small cup. In contrast to the Las Vegas location which serves a large serving of REAL ice cream in larger sized cups. Frankly, compare this Pasadena Milkcow location to the local Yogurtland and Dairy Queen; you'll get what I mean. Now more about the Pasadena location. The windows are dirty inside and out. It looks as if there was some sort of fire inside in out as the glass was cloudy and dusty; lots of finger and hand prints. The tables were filthy although props for placing a bottle of sanitizer on the dirty table tops. Take a look at the food prep area where they make your "specialized ice cream". The floor is very dirty and looks like there was some sort of flood. What type of bacteria is growing on the ground there? Then there is a young woman placed behind the counter doing absolutely nothing at all. Give her a bottle of Windex, the place needs a deep cleaning; why has this gone unnoticed? Worse yet, the bathrooms appear to be a place where a homeless person takes their daily shower; water everywhere and all the toilet paper rolls appear to have been placed under running water. There is a back patio outside however, it's adjacent to an alley and the ground, well, let's say Jiffy Lube's ground is cleaner. The coup de grace is that this location has the temerity to set their ordering system up to add a tip to your purchase. HERE'S A TIP. If you're going to sell ice cream, sell ice cream. Your buying public knows the difference between ice cream and ice milk. SECOND TIP. That girl behind the counter who is contributing nothing to the business other than standing there, put her to work. If she can't see the place is dirty, then buy here some vision insurance. LAST TIP. When I left the Las Vegas location, I had a distinct interest in Franchising and contacted the main office to do so. Yet after seeing the Pasadena location, I will not pursue it further. This location clearly spoils the brand not only because its a dirty place, but because of their bait and switch tactics trying to pass ice milk off as ice cream changed my mind. I honestly thought that they were just OK. The honeycomb soft serve was creamy but the honeycomb was hard to eat, I don't know if i was actually supposed to eat it because there were some pieces in there that I could not swallow and had to spit out. It's so cute and clean inside but seating is limited and also parking is very very hard to find. The matcha latte was decent, but it was comparable to the other places in the area. I will definitely give it another shot in the future since I believe this is just their soft opening. The watermelon "sandwich" looked pretty decent but I hate overly sweet things so did not want to try it. The cotton candy also looked pretty fun, which I may try next time. I tried the Tiramisu Milk Tea at Sweet Cow Cafe in Pasadena, and it totally hit the spot. The creamy layers and light dusting of cocoa gave it that perfect tiramisu vibe without being too sweet. Although the soft serve portions are small, the natural milk has a delicious delicate flavor. Ordered soft serve with strawberry syrup and pistachio crumble. It was wonderful. I also tried the tiramisu and it was so creamy and rich. Can't wait to try everything on the menu. read more

They both were extremely well done, especially Intertwined as the matcha and ube were both equally balanced in flavor without one outshining the other, and not too sweet! The wait was quick, he answered all of our questions, and he let us sample all the flavors without rushing us. There were plenty of seats to sit and enjoy this little sweet treat, and the atmosphere was warm and friendly. We went on a Saturday afternoon and parking is plentiful and it's on Myrtle so there's plenty of shops and restaurants to walk to in that area. We loved this little spot and we can't wait to come back and try their other flavors!

I couldn't believe how high they fill the cups up when you get a smoothie. I was laughing carrying it back to the car. The boba was cooked well, but it did lack that brown sugar flavor- just tasted plain, but it wasn't bad. I'd come again if I'm ever in the area.
