Not only were the sweets fantastic, the lunch was too! Had some great conversation with the employees who served us promptly. They also were helpful in getting us a gluten free lunch for our youngest with an allergy. The restroom was out of toilet paper, we let them know and they re filled it immediately. I have high standards when it comes to a bakery. Perhaps it was because I walked into Sweet Cravings immediately after I visited Tourist Home Market that I was disappointed. Came here twice for lunch. Once we sat in, once we took for a picnic. Sandwiches were excellent both times. Also, there is always a complimentary sample of something yummy at the counter and the lunches both times came with a small complimentary dessert (once was a small strawberry shortcake bite and once was a small chocolate chip cookie). This restaurant was amazing. We ate here after hiking in Arches all day and the lunch was great. It tasted really fresh, was very affordable, especially for a tourist town, and they even included free sample tasting of one of their desserts. My sister and I shared a salad and a wrap, and the salad came with a delicious scone. On our way back through Moab we made a point to stop here again for breakfast, and it was equally as delicious. I got one of their breakfast paninis. LOVE! Recommend it to anyone going through this area. I was also a big fan of the fact that they buy sustainable food and meats =D read more

Had the crave burrito, orange juice, black coffee and white chocolate raspberry scone and it came to almost $20. That seemed a bit high for me, but oh well. It's good to support local businesses. The food was amazing. The burrito had so much flavor and was so delicious I just wish there was more of it. My wife and I split one, and I had my half gone in literally three bites. But that is the only negative, and in reality, the portion was a proper size, I was just really hungry. The scone was as delicious as it sounds. The orange juice was crazy good and the coffee was better than most on this trip so far. The people and the place are wonderful. This place was amazing! My husband and I stopped in on the way to Arches for breakfast. He got quiche and I got the hot ham and cheese roll with an egg. It was so good!! His quiche has the best crust I have ever tasted! I am a baker, and good, flaky, buttery pie crust is hard to achieve! My roll was pretty great also. It was hot and fresh! Also I could tell they used good cheese, not that artificial plastic cheese. We also got a lemon bar. The lemon bar also had the best crust I have ever tasted. best lemon bar ever! Travelling from SLC to Moab we passed through a town called Helper where we were recommended to eat at Sweet Cravings. Being told they had "the best sandwiches I've ever tasted". The claim was absolutely true. Greeted by friendly faces and a big menu we made our order of sandwiches. The chefs spicy had a generous amount of roast beef, cheese, capsicum and a sauce. All on a tasty toasted bread. It was full of flavour and quite filling. The baked potato salad and sweet cake came with it, delicious additions. read more

Best quick breakfast in Moab. We've tried all the "grab a bagel and go hiking" places here, and this place is hands-down the best. Big parking lot, easy to find, and open at 7 (despite Google saying it opens at 8). The owners are super nice, and the menu is huge with a lot of vegan/vegetarian options. They also serve lunch all day if you want to grab a sandwich to go. Very, very tasty food. read more

Well, they're nice folks behind the counter and coffee ain't bad. And the food is pretty good quality. But the Fritatta was misleading (fresh hash browns are neither fresh nor browned - they are baked into pre-made food, and the pepperjack/chorizo was served up as roasted tomato/basil. When I spend twenty bucks on breakfast for two, I expect something a little more special. read more
