The restaurants here were not as organized, they were not set up for our arrival, seemed like they didn't know we were coming. One restaurant dropped someone's burger and it seemed like forever to get it replaced. Another restaurant had the food waiting but no utensils and it took ten minutes to get so by then the food was cold.First Tour was great , the second I was a little disappointed with the restaurants.

It was a great walking tour with yummy food and interesting history. The second tour was the Lewiston Prohibition Tour led by amiable tour guide Giovanna taking us through the war of 1812, the underground railroad and the Prohibition Era in Lewiston. This tour takes you to four restaurants with accompanying cocktails. The first restaurant offered a hot tempted elvis burger .I made arrangements for vegetarian options prior to the tour .Was hoping to have tried the elvis option as a veggie burger as it's on their menu, but instead only got a veggies skewer and they didn't even offer the stuffed pepper dip that other received. Another restaurant the food sat cold waiting for us to get forks .Although the history was interesting the food options were disappointing.

Our tour ended up just being our own group and felt like we were on a private experience which elevated the whole affair. Even though we did have two locals with us, they had not visited any of the sites that we went to so it was a new and wonderful experience for all. The restaurants we visited were excellent with plenty of seating and no waits. The tour felt like it was a well-oiled production and Jessica seemed to be familiar with the staff at each location. Another bonus was that she set the pacing exactly to our needs when accounting for the inclusion of a 2-year old. This was an awesome way to learn about the culinary scene and its integration with the history of Toronto, which also made the tour more interesting and educational. We had not known that Toronto was such an eclectic food scene, but after the tour could definitely see why it is such a competitive place to open a restaurant. Jessica was an awesome guide and a generally fun person to hang out with. We bonded over our love not only of food but of travel and swapped stories about various places we had been. Interestingly, she was able to make a recommendation for an upcoming trip that we were taking to Austin, Texas about another (unrelated) food tour which we actually did end up booking and was also awesome. She also provided some additional recommendations for more places in Toronto for our group to visit during the trip which was very appreciated! Overall, I would highly recommend this food tour and specifically our guide Jessica to anyone looking to explore the Toronto food scene in more depth and detail!

Everything about Buffalo Double Decker Bus Tours is First Class, from the guide, Officer O'Connor, to the comfortable bus, and the tour itinerary. We booked a group of 13 ladies on the Silos and Canal Side tour on a spectacular summer afternoon. The walking tour of the grain elevators started just outside of Riverworks with our incredibly talented guide, Officer O'Connor. In period dress from the early 1900's, Officer O'Connor had a good grasp on Current Events as well as the historical. We were introduced to the horrendous working conditions of the immigrants who eked out a living during the glory days of Buffalo's grain milling past. As the winds blew through the open windows, someone on the tour whispered a comment about the restless spirits of those who died within these massive concrete walls. Next, we hopped on the famous double decker bus and began the driving tour. I was impressed that Officer O'Connor presented a mix of humorous improvisation along with well researched historical facts. He obviously knew his audience, and tailored his comments accordingly. I would highly recommend any of these tours, there are many to choose from. I'm looking forward to my next tour!

He was very knowledgeable and interacted, not only with those of us on the bus, but with the people out of the street. We took the murder mystery tour And had an absolute blast. I also have to say that we were supposed to be taking the afternoon tour and the owner operator was very nice to accommodate us to skip and let us come on an earlier tour because we arrived three hours ahead of our actual tour. He was also very accommodating with my mobility scooter in that we were able to get it on the bus and out of everyone's way and I did not have to collapse it. Anytime you're in the Buffalo area. I highly recommend this company.
