Sweet Frog's do get really busy during warm weather. I came here with my family and it was crowded. I just don't like that I always feel rushed or that I'm in someone's way. This location is not up to standard. Their machines work, however some of the flavor labels are not advertised. The toppings are always low and missing many options. Many of the topping trays are not being used. This was not the first or second time we have come to this location and the display was not filled up. Very poor business. I came to visit some family from out of town and, because we don't have sweet frog where I live now, I was excited to get to go to for some frozen yogurt! However, as soon as I walked in, I was horrified by the conditions of this store. The floors were a mess and covered with all types of candy and melted froyo, the chairs and baseboards were filthy, the counter was a mess, the bottles for sauces were nasty, and the whole place looked like it has never been cleaned. Not cool, all week have been out of the smaller size cups, very convenient the day schools out for summer... Makes ya wonder Went in again today same deal. 5 cups half full $38 no thank you. That's a rip off, if you can't get the $2 less cups then discount the larger ones. I love this place. It's super close to my home and though it's normally crowded it never takes long to move through the line and the staff are always friendly. One thing I would like is a bit more change tithe flavors. There are like 2 flavors that change and the rest all seem to stay the same. The bar is always well stocked with toppings and the store is always clean. I also like the few outdoor chairs they have available. read more

I'm generally I'm not a big fan of this particular Sweet Frog. It's not that old here and the place is very run down. Yes there are several options of frozen yogurt, and toppings that my kids seem to put way too much of in their cup. I'm sure the place is doing well though because it is always busy whenever we come here whether it's wintertime or summer. I am partial to the salted caramel frozen yogurt. Some of the other varieties get a little crazy for me. Always a great place to take your kids though. read more

So very disappointed in this place. About half of the machines weren't working, the topping bar looking disgusting and empty and not to mention the bathrooms were beyond dirty. The kids working there were inviting friends into the back and they were throwing supplies at each other instead of attending to the needs of the business. Will not be going back. Every single time I go in there the minute I say something to my child like "wait, let me help you" he threatens my kid saying "if you don't listen now, you won't be able to come back here." I felt uncomfortable coming into this place, first of all they have employees that are younger than I am, teenagers and the whole time that I was in there they were messing around and chatting with the other employees, they were being very unprofessional. My daughter and I love our dates to sweet frog! The frozen yogurt is yummy, but the environment is so run down and dirty! On my last visit, the women's room looked like something from an abandoned building! The toilet paper holder was missing and no toilet paper was In the bathroom at all. I was here a week ago and this place had the same issue they have this week. Out of the dozen or so dispensers they have for customers to serve themselves, only three or four have been working. One change has been made from last week's visit, they have turned around one of the dispensers. Now you are staring at the back of the machine. The management has not put up any kind of sign saying that there is a problem. It is disappointing to come here and not be able to select a flavor that I was hoping for. We used to frequent Sweet Frog quite often but ever since we went to Sweet Spoon down the road we can't go back. We recently did go back because we were taking a walk and Sweet Frog is within walking distance from our home. To start, the establishment was dirty, like you can see in other reviewers' pictures. The benches weren't clean, the baseboards look like they haven't even had a mop go over them in months. And for some reason the flavors don't seem to taste as good as the competitor's. The fruit is not fresh and seems like it's been sitting out most of the day. Not all Sweet Frogs are like this but this location definitely lost any chance at getting our business back after our last visit. It's worth going a few miles down the road to Sweet Spoon. read more
