My whole life is one giant craving for Mongolian Quick-stop. Well, maybe that last bit is kinda exaggerated. Real talk though, this is the very definition of bang for your buck. Although they offer several rice meals and pancit, I always get the Mongolian Bowl which lets me pile ingredients in, pick a seasoning (regular, spicy, sweet, or sweet & spicy), and get my fix within minutes. You can choose from an assortment of vegetables, throw noodles and/or rice in, and put as much or as little meat as you want. Crafting the perfect Mongolian bowl is an art I learned from my father and have been religiously practicing for many years. However, everybody has his or her own technique, which is why I won't share mine. Instead, I encourage you to try it out and practice your food stacking skills. It's a fun little challenge, and the prize is a steaming bowl of awesome stir fry.

After choosing your ingredients, the chef at the back kitchen will then cook your food. After a few minutes, you will have a hot bowl of sautéed ingredients. My wife took her time choosing the things that will be included in her meal. After all, we were the only ones in line and she wanted to make sure that her first ever Mongolian-style meal will be memorable. My order was spicy so I liked it. Aside from choosing the spicy sauce, I also asked for some red chilies to be added into my bowl. My wife liked that the veggies were not overcooked, but she was not very happy with the original sauce.
