Super cute coffee spot. All of their syrups are homemade. My daughter got a cookie butter latte and it was super good. I had a Lotus energy. Drink with lemonade and the blueberry syrup. Husband had the sugar free vanilla latte. All were delicious. We got there shortly before closing. Would love to see their pastry case in the morning when it is more filled. They also had a breakfast and lunch menu. We will come back again for sure! read more

Such a cute place with friendly service and yummy offerings! My younger daughter came in with me for a coffee run and a sweet treat. This is a fun place to bring the kids because of the desserts on display at the counter. My daughter enjoyed picking out a pink macaron. We also tried a vanilla cupcake, and the buttercream was to die for. We left with two chocolate cupcakes decorated like turkeys. ;) They were delicious! Everyone was so friendly and answered all of my questions. There are tables inside and outside, making this a nice, cozy spot to meet up with friends, though we took our drinks to go. The ambiance is nice, light and airy with a high ceiling. I love their homemade Carmel sauce, they make an amazing latte. I have a hard time with the bakery. I have ordered three items at different times. Scone (not fully cooked), a breakfast dish (over cooked egg) and today the Carmel apple cheesecake (very sweet, and over soft, half of it turned into a puddle immediately). This evenings purchase was two Carmel lattes, hot and a 'slice' of cheesecake for $20. The service was service, other than when asked to break my twenty with some one's, the young man only gave me a ten and two fives. So obviously morning or mid day is best. He was getting five, I needed dollars. And The choice would have been nice. I highly recommend the Carmel anything. But little did we know they also serve brunch? Located in the district part of downtown, Ofallon IL. Located about 12 mins from Scott Air Force Base not far from Shilo and Fairview with local shops. I wish I took more photos, but we were hungry, what can I say. We ended up ordering the same item off the food menu. The breakfast biscuit sandwich, with egg, cheese, bacon. The biscuit is so flaky and good. It falls apart. We had to cut it in half. They pair it with options of greens, tangerine, chips, or potatoes(I think)? A fresh Tangerine sounded pretty good. We both ordered iced coffee, one was a French style latte. Very sweet. They brought everything to use I a timely manner. You can dine in or outside on their patio area. (We choose inside) We loved coming here and love their music selection. They seem very organized. Granted, they are understaffed. Was not a concern to us. They were on it!! read more

This place is super cute and has good food as well as coffee. First impressions when walking in is this place has a really cute vibe and is small and intimate. We were talking with a staff member and they said they can accommodate most dietary needs so that is really nice. To drink we got an iced coffee with their special Carmel sauce. The coffee was really good and my friend and I loved the Carmel sauce! To eat my friend and I split the tuna salad on a croissant and an apple chicken sausage quiche. The quiche was good and I liked the flavor of the sausage. The tuna salad on a croissant was amazing!! I loved the lemon and dill flavor it had. I got some macaroons to go because they just looked too good. All the staff were very friendly and nice. I will be back. read more

This is the cutest brunch spot in the area. When I don't feel like crossing the bridge for bunch this is my spot! The staff is pretty nice and while it does get crowded on Saturday mornings, the crowds flow in and out rather quickly. They do need more alcoholic drink options but I enjoy their current menu. The avocado toast with the pesto egg and bacon is my go to meal. The breakfast sandwich with bacon is also delicious - the flavorful and flaky biscuits make it so good! I'm excited to see what they plan to do for the Christmas season. read more

Got the Matcha Eggs Benedict Tuscan Crepe Jackson B Smoothie The wait was a little long But... It was definitely worth it! Yum yum yummy! We tried quite a few things from Sweet Katie Bee's today and it all smelled so amazing we didn't even pause to take pictures. We called in for a take out order and they were very friendly and helpful. We ordered an American Breakfast, Crême Brûlée French Toast, Quiche Lorraine with Berhmann's bacon, a bacon egg and cheese biscuit sandwich and biscuits and gravy. Every single thing was delicious. The bacon was cooked perfectly to a midpoint. The french toast had so much flavor and was not overly sweet, the homemade biscuits were fluffy and melted in your mouth. This will definitely be somewhere our family frequents. read more

I love this place. I've been here probably about 15 times since I moved to O'Fallon in 2018. I never sit inside though; I always come during the weekly Vine Street farmer's market or in the afternoon to sit outside and do school work. It's peaceful, bright, and warm. It's perfectly situated to be able to see and hear the fun going on at the market. There's usually a short line, because it's very popular, but the line always moves quickly. I've also met some very friendly and interesting people from the area just standing in line. The owner (I assume she's the owner) is a lovely lady who glides in and out and around, greeting everyone personally and working alongside her team. Everyone seems like they enjoy working there too. It's just all around lovely. This place is obviously so much better than any chain coffee place, and they have a wonderful menu. My kids love their croissants and macarons, I love their avocado toast, desserts, BLT, and coffee (especially the lumberjack syrup), and I just today stumbled upon how awesome their biscuits are! I never order biscuits anywhere because I hate dry, crumbly biscuits. I usually get breakfast sandwiches on croissants from here, but they weren't making them on croissants today so I got bacon and cheese on a biscuit. I'VE BEEN MISSING OUT! It was a DELICIOUS and MOIST perfectly golden biscuit. I will be getting biscuits from now on with my breakfast. Just another reason to love this staple. read more

Love this home style bakery and cafe in the heart of proper O Fallon. Seating is tight and limited but the food is delish. I've had several low carb/keto baked goods from here including chocolate hazelnut cheesecake, grasshopper cheesecake, lemon cake, peanut butter cake, vanilla cupcake, and more. The baked goods are a little swerve/monkfruit heavy so I've liked the chocolate items more as they have had more balance. Service here is one at a time ordering in a line but the staff are all friendly and you can sense a great degree of caring about their work place and customers. Was in the area to visit a friend at St. Elizabeth's. Sweet Katie Bee's had excellent reviews, so I decided to pop in. The vibe in here is definitely cool... some might even say hipster. Initially, all I ordered was a cup of coffee. There were two self-serve dispensers. The first was empty, and the second had just enough for a cup. While the coffee wasn't bitter, it was a little too sour for my taste. It had probably been sitting there for hours, since I showed up late afternoon. So maybe it's my fault for expecting fresh coffee at that time of day. Wanting more on which to base my review, I ordered a six pack of macarons. Macarons are generally pricey, and no exception here -- $15 plus tax. That night, my wife and I tried them and were both utterly disappointed. The flavor wasn't bad, but the texture suggested they were overbaked. Very crunchy, especially on the first bite. The filling was also uneven from macaron to macaron, as my pictures indicate. Based on the above, I was going to give one star. Fortunately, the store refunded me $15 for the macarons (but not the tax, for some reason). I appreciate their care for customer feedback, which is why I've boosted my review to two stars. read more

Went for the 1st time this morning to Katie Bee's. I ordered 2 Large lavender iced lattes, one with oat milk (.75) upcharge, and one with whole milk. I was given at first 2 lattes hot. I asked for them to be remade after they tried to give them to me and I explained what I ordered. I was then given 2 iced drinks in a carrier. I was at that point running late so I took them and left. When I got to work we realized both lattes are definitely not large, they are small and both had the same milk. Sorry to my lactose co-worker and neither had lavender syrup. An absolute complete waste of 11+ dollars. read more

Due to Covid, SKB's has an outdoor counter & dining. They provide you with your own paper copy of the menu, if you wish! They also go above & beyond keeping things clean. They even sanitize your card for you after payment. Now onto the food, pastries & coffee! They have a pastry chef that hand makes each of their baked items. They are absolutely beautiful & equally delicious. My parents have been coming here for years to get their keto cheesecakes-- which are hard to pull off IMO. However, SKB's keto items taste just like the real deal. This morning I stopped by for a coconut iced latte & quiche. Both were fabulous, but what stood out most was their incredible service! So thankful we have such a cute local coffee / pastry shop in my hometown! I cant wait to return! read more

They have a great brunch menu and I will definitely be going back to do a Sunday brunch with the girls. They offer of course coffee, juice and smoothies, baked goods. I decided to go to grab some coffee and work on some homework. They do have Wi-Fi and it wasn't that slow crappy Wi-Fi it was the good stuff. The outside was cute, they offer outdoor seating which is nice for the spring and summer. I decided to sit inside for a coffee and some lunch. The inside is so cute, very clean and vibrant. The service was awesome. Your able to pick your own table and you order your food at the counter and the server will bring your food and drinks to you once you seat yourself. I ordered the pour over coffee and had two options, the regular brew or the "secrete stash". Of course I ordered the secret stash and it was delicious. It did not come with cream or sugar so make sure you order that on the side. I also ordered the quiche Lorraine that came with bacon in it. Omg it was soooo good. It came with a choice of orange,salad or chips on the side. Before I left the waitress came and offered to put my coffee in a to go cup and even went out of her way to warm it up and topped it off with cream and sugar. That's what I call great service! I have been to the new location several times and I must say it is a solid four stars. The coffees are pretty good and the service isn't bad. The interior is a very nice place to hang out as long as there is a table open. Parking is a major pain when the O'Fallon Station is in use. I have to say the baked goods are not *that* great. The last cupcake I ordered (at 11am) was already going stale (meaning it was at least a day old). Their hours are also not great for me personally since I am usually gone before 7am on the weekdays. Overall, I think you will like this place, but I doubt you will love it. read more

I would like to start out by saying that when I discovered Sweet Katie Bee's after moving here last summer, I LOVED IT! Their cinnamon rolls are amazing as well as the fleur de sel lattes. Fast forward to the past couple visits, the service and selection at the bakery counter has definitely gone down. Today, my husband brought home what was marketed to him as a "chocolate croissant". This was a very special Valentine's Day for me, but I was worried because my partner has a lot of allergies, including dairy, but Sweet Kate Bee's offer a vegan Valentine's Day package. I was still concerned, but they answered those concerns every time, even going so far as to tell me the products in question that they used to make the package.
