    Taro bubble tea

Wow! I'm jealous I don't live closer. This crispy chicken bao is the perfect anything! Delish! Flavorful, light snack , perfect lunch ! Perfect beach snack !!! Soo sooo goood ! And the Taro bubble tea , delightful! I hope many try this out and will be their new favorite!

Bulgogi meal - was expecting a thicker sauce and more Korean type flavors. This was more like a beef and broccoli (not as heavy though).

I was really craving some Korean wings. I made the mistake of getting boneless ones. Do not make this mistake! They were barely a step up from frozen type you put in air fryer at home. Cost over $13 for 10! I got the Bulgogi meal and it was tasty. Not what I expected for Bulgogi though. It was more like a beef and broccoli. Maybe my fault expecting more Korean flavors for Bulgogi. It is pretty pricey overall. Didn't notice the lunch menu till I was leaving. Depending on pricing, may try this option next time in area.

I loved the food the first time around and came back for the Super Fruit Tea.. I live pretty far and I go just for the boba ALONE. I love how fresh it tastes with the slices of fruit inside. I was so full after the food, I will definitely come again. The service was awesome! They are so nice and understanding!! The ambiance was very nice, its not too big and the music is very soothing!

When I tell you that these were some of the best chicken wings I've ever had, and in my life have contributed to the decline of the chicken population.... Mmm. These are some of the best!! If I wasn't a God fearing Christian Man I'd go slap my momma right now!! Chicken wings were great, I got the Sweet Chili and the Garlic Soy, both were so good. Fried rice was beautifully cooked. Spring rolls were crunchy, that type of crunch that tickles your soul. The owners and family were genuinely hospitable, made sure everything was good and that I liked it. Will definitely be back 100%

They specialize in dishes like Jampong, a spicy seafood dish originally invented by a Chinese-Japanese chef in Nagasaki, Japan, who used leftover seafood from sushi in noodles. This dish made its way to Korea and became Koreanized, becoming spicier and evolving into the Jampong noodle we have today. Jajangmyun is also one of the most popular comfort foods among Koreans, just like its ancestor Zhajangmien, which is a popular comfort food in Beijing, China. Korean Jajangmyun differs from Chinese Zhajangmien as the sauce is thicker, sweeter, and has more vegetable, meat, and seafood toppings. Gyodong also makes some incredible Koream-Chinese fusion fried pork dishes known as Tangsooyook using chewy brown rice, and they are just as good as the great Korean-Chinese places I've tried in LA's Korea Town or Seoul, Korea. I recommend ordering half and half jajangmyuna and jampong and tangsooyook. You can have 2 most popular Korean-Chinese noodle dishes in Korea in one bowl.

Varied options to choose from for your malatang. Service is also very friendly and helpful as well. The things that need improvement though. Since all of the ingredients for your malatang are by weight, you can to choose the ingredients yourself from the open buffet. When I went, unfortunately, several containers from the buffet had moldy ingredients and discolored meat. This is rather concerning since this is a health hazard, meaning that the ingredients aren't being kept at the right temperature. Thankfully, when I told the server, they quickly threw out the bad ingredients and cleaned the containers. But I really hope more attention is paid to the state of the ingredients and sauce bar. The guobaorou, while ok in flavor, was too heavy on the batter. The meat slices were so thin compared to the thick coating of batter, which made some pieces a little unpleasant to eat. Overall, a mixed bag experience for me. I truly hope they can succeed. If they bring consistency to their dishes and make sure ingredients are closely monitored and kept fresh, they will be good to go. I hope the next time I come, the experience is even better :)

Tampa Bay New Korean style mala 麻辣…read more Mala (Xiang Guo) 麻辣香鍋 dry pot stir-fry started trending in the US around 2009, starting at the New World Mall Food Court in Flushing, Queens. Since then this Chinese classic dish, has become popular in Korea, and adapted more to Korean tastes. I visit this chain restaurant's Atlanta Koreatown location often, but Tampa is quickly forming their own beloved Koreatown near the Lotte Plaza area. Love it! The pay by weight, customized, buffet style selections, have some great noodle, ttoek, protein, and vegetable options. I always put too much in my bowl! Each individual serving in placed on a personal flame burner to keep warm. I've written entire articles on Korean style mala, so feel free to ask me any questions in the comments. This chain hails from Korea. What makes Korean style mala different than the original chinese mala? Firstly, ma 麻 = numbing + la 辣 =spicy. Unfortunately, the term "mala" is used when food is often just spicy and not numbing. Here, the mala is sweeter, but still thankfully has both spicy and numbing flavor. The sauces are smooth here; not containing entire pieces of chili pepper, peppercorn, garlic, ginger that is typically in mala. This makes for an easier eating experience. There are also spice grades, and cream (rose) versions. Featured items: 1 麻辣香鍋 마라샹궈 Mala Xiang Guo - Mala dry pot, customized. 2 鍋包肉 돈등심 꿔바로우 Pork Guobarou - Thin sliced pork, deep fried crispy in rice flour batter. Covered in sweet sour sauce. Highly addictive and the crispy texture is perfect for dipping in the mala sauce. Can't wait to visit again and try the 麻辣燙 마라탕 mala soup & 짜장샹궈 jajang black bean sauce version.

I've always wanted to do hot pot but could never really justify it. After reading reviews and menus on dozens of hot pot AND KBBQ places, Hot Pot World won out. Multiple friends even told me this was the best price they'd seen. The service was amazing. I stopped by the day before to let them know a party of about 10 (turned out to be 7, my friends are not always reliable!). The manager who took my reservation was so sweet, told me happy birthday, booked us in their private karaoke room, and gave me tips for birthday treats! When we got there, a few friends were delayed (again, reliability is not 100%!) and the staff was super sweet about it. They didn't rush us to order, got our drinks going, and helped me set up the karaoke system so we could play videos as we wanted. Once everyone was there, we placed our orders, some did just one or the other but most of us did both the hot pot and the BBQ experience and they're SO nice about not making the whole table do both (i definitely could not eat both!) It really is an all you care to eat experience. The buffet is massive! So many delicious meats and seafood and plenty of fresh veggies. Also an epic sauce bar, I absolutely love blending my own sauce together and really loved the sesame/soy/garlic/chili concoction I put together. Our server checked in often, topping up broth, changing out the BBQ plate, and making sure we were good on drinks. They also made my birthday SO fun by turning on the party lights, bringing me a little crown, singing Happy Birthday, and providing an absolutely ADORABLE dessert. I had a great time and my friends seemed to as well. I would 100% do this again, zero regrets at all!
