Tiny bone in "12-piece". There's 9. If they even qualify as wings.

Ordered catfish (the pictures have fries, does NOT come with sides) it tastes alright though. Ordered 12 bone in wings, (pictured) the most sorry excuse for wings I've ever seen in my life. A few wings were also missing, not sure if that's the fault of the restaurant or the delivery driver but that doesn't excuse the remaining wings I was given. Didn't receive the ranch that was ordered with the wings. Please make sure photos are not misleading on these apps. This was our first time trying a new spot in a while, and experiences like this ruin it for other businesses that want new customers.

I was referred to this establishment by one of my patrons, and I decided to stop by and evaluate their offerings. I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of their products and services, and their pricing was extremely reasonable.

The peach cobbler is to die for and the banana pudding was typical southern goodness.

We were scraping the plates clean because everything was so good. This is located right on the beach across from the harbor in Long Beach, in an elevated building that has been a few other restaurants over the years. About 3/4 of it is inside seating with a smaller porch/balcony outdoor part that is also air conditioned when they close all the doors. For starters, we got a dozen grilled oysters that had this excellent garlic butter sauce and cheese added. They were average size as you can expect but much better than what we've gotten from Half Shell the past few times we went. We also got the fried alligator bites which were more tender than any gator I've ever had before, and came with an excellent dipping sauce. I ordered the seafood platter for my meal and couldn't finish it. On top of a large bed of french fries were a bunch of shrimp, oysters, hush puppies, and one large catfish filet that was cooked perfectly. My wife ordered the Taste of Acadiana which came with three different cajun staples including gumbo and jambalaya. I sampled some of hers and really liked them all. We went on a Friday night and it wasn't all that busy, but our service was good and they kept our drinks filled. I can't wait to go back!

They've been in…read morebusiness here on the MS Gulf Coast for many years and have consistently delivered some of the best crawfish you can find. I remember back in the day when prices were pound were less than two bucks but now they are usually $4-5 depending on what part of crawfish season they are in and how big they are. They also offer other stuff like shrimp but I've only ever gotten the crawfish and some sides. They also offer platters that include 3 pounds of crawfish and sides. The spicy crawfish here do have a kick at first, but they aren't unbearable. That first one will get your lips burning so be warned if you're a lightweight. Their regular flavor has a slight kick but is very flavorful. I am not sure what all they use for seasoning but it is a complex blend with an array of different spices that are very good. I recommend you try their sides like potatoes and corn cooked in the same boil with the crawfish so the flavor gets infused into them. Definitely get a side of their butter to pour over the potatoes and you're in for a treat. We ordered 10 pounds worth in late March and the sides were what I'd considered medium with a handful that I'd consider large. This meant you will put some extra work in eating them but they were still good. On average, you can expect 3-4 ounces of meat per pound so take that into consideration when purchasing. While they do have a few outside tables, this isn't exactly a restaurant and there are no indoor tables. Most people get their orders to go here, and they do often sell out so don't go too late in the day or you may not get any on busy days.

Claw daddy's sits just off 49 and the have large sized picnic tables so you can sit and enjoy your crawfish or you can easily take them to go. We opted for five pounds of crawfish with potatoes, eggs, and mushrooms for sides. They gave us the hot seasoning and everything was so tasty. They also have alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages for sale as well as seasonings and t-shirts. We also loved the artwork they have on their walls. I am looking forward to my in-laws next visit because I know we will be bringing them here!

No water. Received our gumbo. Flavor was fine but mostly broth and spicy. No bread as promised and still no water. Finally hunted down a staff member to put out the fire in our mouths. Chargrilled oysters arrived. Still no bread. Oysters were barely warm, watery and definitely not chargrilled. Again asked for bread. Bread eventually arrived and basked basically tossed on the table with no comments by who we would later learn was the manager. Broiled seafood platter arrived. No condiments and no plates. And it was cold, waitress eventually appeared, was told we were unhappy. She repeatedly apologized. We asked for the manager. Bread guy eventually appears and says what's the problem. We attempted to explain the service was terrible, he interrupted and said we are busy (many empty tables in the place). We attempted to tell him the food was cold and undercooked. He said what do you want me to do about it. Said have a good night and left. WTF? Waitress came back and husband says your manager is an *ss. She said I know. And that is the problem with the place. A manager who apparently doesn't care, has an attitude and would rather be anywhere else. Stay far away.

This was my first visit, and overall it was a great experience. First off, this place is HUGE -- easily feels like it could accommodate 400 people or more -- and it sits right on the water with incredible views. I came in late January 2026 on a beautiful but cold early afternoon and got there right when they opened. For the first 30 minutes I was literally the only customer in the entire restaurant, which was kind of wild. I honestly don't know how they stay in business during the slow season. I'm sure it's packed in the summer, but even when I left around 12:30 PM, there were only two or three tables occupied. That said -- the food did not disappoint. The jambalaya was the star of the show and gets a 10/10 from me. Absolutely packed with flavor and cooked perfectly. Right behind that were the charbroiled oysters, which were outstanding. In my opinion, they're even better than Drago's, and that's saying a lot. The only real downside was the cup of gumbo, which unfortunately missed the mark and didn't live up to the Gulf Coast reputation for gumbo. I'd give the gumbo a 4/10. Service was very good, and the decor matched the high level of service -- clean, polished, and welcoming. Even with the gumbo being a letdown, I'll definitely be back. I'll return the first chance I get when I'm in the area again.
