Literally the ONLY reason I gave 4 stars is really because of my own taste preference. Many of their meals are super flavorful while some of them can be a bit bland for me. For example some meals come with just raw chopped broccoli. I end up steaming and seasoning it myself for added flavor. But to each their own! I highly recommend this service! An avocado binds it together but otherwise this dish was a little hard to eat. If you're socializing at a food truck rodeo and you're just wanting something quick, heavy, immediately flavorful, then this place is the place to go. Unfortunately, if I was sitting down and wanting to enjoy the flavors more and appreciate each ingredient, then this wouldn't be my pick. All the meats were tender and savory, the rice was cooked to point, and the side of cabbage brought me back to those warm carribean nights.
