    PB CANDY CREAM PIE SLICE
    Cinthya Q.

An amazing addition to the neighborhood delicious cookies and pies. We tried the PB CANDY CREAM PIE SLICE. It was delicious- decadent, peanut buttery, chocolatey, and filling. One slice is enough for two people. I can't wait to try the cookies!

mmm mmm good! Ever since our beloved Warm Belly Bakery closed up, we've been looking for something to fill the void. Look no further! Loving everything we've had since they've been open, and, uh...I think we've had everything. Current faves are the Mexican Hot Chocolate and the Matcha White Chocolate, and I'm sure there will be new faves for weeks to come.

Sweet shot of goodness! Placed an order just about 30 min before I arrived and they were able to get me some fresh out of the oven cookies and let me tell you, as a cookie connoisseur, these rank in my top 5 and I have had cookies from all over, big fat cookies, pdx cookie co, blakery, operation cookies etc and the added fun of being able to fill these myself brought out the kid in me. This little cute shop in Logan sq is awesome! I'll definitely be back.

I absolutely loved the goodies from here! The cookies reminded me of Levain cookies from New York with the softness, richness, and gooey middle parts. They aren't quite as big or thick but do have more interesting flavors. My favorite was the cookies & cream cookie. I could have eaten a dozen of those alone. It was so soft and had such rich Oreo flavoring that went down too easy. The dollop of cream on top was also very tasty and was a nice touch. The sugar PBJ was another favorite, equally soft and rich. I'm not a big chocolate fan so the rest of the items weren't that appealing to me but my family absolutely loved them. They said the brownies were really good as they weren't too heavy but extremely tasty. Overall, very high quality bakes with interesting flavors.

BEST cookies, ever!! Stopped by here for Mother's Day cookies and, despite being first timer, he was so kind to explain every flavor to us. Their cookies are cakey, soft, and not overwhelmingly sweet!! My favorites were confetti strawberry cookies and blueberry cookies. They are so soft and buttery like scones. Yummy!! Great service. Will def come back here

Omg, best cookies EVER. This place deserves all the hype. I mean, have you checked out their Instagram? Drool worthy, 11/10 spot! Every bite of the cookies I had were so delicious and the owner Hallie is so sweet. I'm definitely coming back to pick up cookies for friend or whenever I get a craving (which will prob be many times). Highly recommend!

New favorite dessert spot in Logan!! This place is soo cute and serves some of the best cookies I've ever had. Everyone there is incredibly friendly as well. I tried the Mexican Hot chocolate cookie and the Butter Brownie one and both were devoured in seconds. Upon coming back, I would love to try their cinnamon roll cookie! Can't wait to be back!

Just went here for the first time, DELIGHTFUL experience, delicious cookies! I had the Double Choco Pop, pop rocks were such a fun element!

    DIY cookies pack.

These cookies are so good! I bought the DIY pack and the cookies were soft and delicious. I ordered these cookies before, the same exact pack but they weren't exactly up to my standards. So i wrote a review and the kind owners reached out to me and apologized and got me a whole new batch that was definitely 10x better!! I will be buying again and the customer service was amazing. Thank you Sweet shot cookies!

Super cute cookie shop! I tried a 5 pack of cookies including the lemon poppyseed, chocolate chip, funfetti, and a caramel/Oreo chocolate chip. My favorite was the original chocolate chip, but zero complaints about the rest of them. They're incredibly soft on the inside (how I like them), so for those that like crispy/burnt cookies, this might not be for you

The food was really excellent, as was the service. But it was ridiculously priced. The reuben sandwich was $28. It was a great sandwich, very lean, but you could get a sandwich as good for half the cost elsewhere. They only have a couple of kid's items, but my friend requested buttered noodles for her kid rather than the cheesy noodles. I got the hibiscus drink and lavender lemonade, both non-alcoholic, and they were very good. My little one especially liked the hibiscus. And we ordered the appetizer of whipped ricotta and honey; my daughter liked this more than anything else we ordered. We didn't have dessert at the restaurant, but ordered to go. The pot of gold was really good. There were little "gold nuggets" on it and that was my daughter's favorite part; good thing since I didn't realize it had a layer with Bailey's in it. It was very rich, and the cauldron was really thick chocolate (and actually was a struggle to get into, a bit!). The restaurant is small but it didn't feel crowded. We never felt rushed or unwelcome, and we were there for a couple hours (longer than I realized; it took an unusually long time to make two reuben sandwiches). Their pastries are really nice but somewhat expensive, like the rest of the menu. It was a nice, sophisticated experience.

The green and white color palette immediately reminded me of Ralph's Coffee. It felt classic and polished but still charming. Everyone working there had a smile on their face, and the warmth felt so genuine and comforting, especially first thing in the morning. They had such a huge selection of pastries and cakes that it was honestly hard to choose. I ended up getting the cake shaped like a cherry because it looked so interesting. It was a black cherry cake and I paired it with a cappuccino. It was the perfect combination. The cake was beautiful and tasted just as good as it looked. We also ordered the breakfast burrito, which came with a small side salad. It was fine, but not the standout for me. If I came back, which I would, I would probably stick to the pastries and coffee and try more of their baked goods instead. Service was amazing. The ambience was adorable. I loved how all the silverware, plating, and dinnerware matched that perfect green tone. Every detail felt intentional. It was just perfect.

However, for a neighborhood dessert shop, these were as close to macaron perfection as can reasonably be expected. What I'm referring to is the crust/shell. If I'm correct, a textbook-perfect macaron shell is firm yet as delicate as a frozen soap bubble, with a much softer dough underneath. With these, I felt as though a hair (and I'm not exaggerating) of the firmness transferred from the shell to the dough. Again, I grant grace due to the inherent difficulty of perfecting this delicate pastry. Where these macarons truly shine, and do so more than any I've had previously, is their filling. I was able to try a salted caramel and a coffee. Both of these had very distinct flavors, not simply a generic sweetness with hints of something. I could have immediately identified these flavors, even if you hadn't told me what they were. While it was later in the evening and not busy, I still want to give points to the friendly and personable individual working behind the counter. Thus, while perhaps not a cross-town destination, Andersonville's Macaron Bar delivers products that can perfectly satisfy a sweet craving.

I was skeptical at first because it is a local chain, rather than a singular location. However, it lived up to the hype. Service: it was extremely busy when we came in. The line was almost out the door. They have a system in place for ordering and seating so it worked well and fast given how busy they were. We didn't have any questions on where to order or where to stand when waiting for a seat. The staff were friendly and helped us find a spot to sit at. Ambiance: classic cafe in a city. Loud chatter, but it's a vibe. Very colorful and fun interior with cool textural elements. We had a seat that was facing the street so it was fun to people watch as we sipped and ate. Food: amazing breakfast selection! We ordered the morning sandwich and barbacoa bowl. The morning sandwich had THICK scrambled eggs which were super soft and tasty. I could've used more salsa verde on it. The bread was barely toasted. I'd rate the sandwich a 3.8/5. It got the job done. The barbacoa bowl was "really good" according to my fiancé. A great source of protein, fresh ingredients, nice flavor, and great portions. He would rate it a 5/5. Coffee: I am a coffee snob so I am quite harsh when it comes to reviewing it. Their machine is a cute La Marzocco. Appropriate sized "for-here" glasses according to the drinks. Plus, they were really cute. Wide variety of drink selection from your standards to the more girly-drinks (if there is such a thing). We ordered a cappuccino and small hot mocha. Latte art 4.5/5, temperature 5/5, flavor 4/5. The espresso didn't stand out to me, very standard flavor profile. However, the chocolate in the mocha was delicious. It's more of a rich, dark chocolate. Nice thin layer of foam.
