There seems to be a shortage of frozen yogurt shops now, especially shops where you can still scoop your own toppings and pay by weight. The interior is beach-themed, I'd even say 2010s style. They have some tables inside, which are shaped like surfboards. Even a little snack bar to purchase to go with your froyos. I didn't catch the price per weight, but my cup came out to be around $7-8 after tax which seems to be about the standard nowadays for frozen yogurt and ice cream. They have a bunch of different flavors of frozen yogurt as well as both a fresh/fruit bar as well as a dry topping bar and fudge. Free wifi too! As for parking, they have some street parking as well as a few streets around the area that non-residents can park at if the spots right outside are filled.
