There is plenty of street parking out front and around the building. We were greeted right away when we walked! The gentleman that helped us was so friendly! I usually get my first drink at a place at whatever the recommended sweetness level is to get a feel for the baseline sweetness level, and Tea Time is sweeter than I am used to, but they do offer sweetness adjustment, so that's just something to keep in mind. I wasn't in a fruity mood, so I got the toasted brown sugar milk tea, and it really just tasted like a normal milk tea to me (but with extra sugar)? The molasses-y flavor of brown sugar was barely there, even at the recommended sweetness level, and I felt the boba was a little over-done and slightly mushy, but it may have been an off day since it was a weekday in a colder season and the shop didn't have many visitors while we were there drinking our tea--higher turnover usually means fresher boba in any boba shop. Overall, a reasonable boba shop if you need to satisfy the craving while in the area. Since I visit Rochester annually to see my husband's family, I figure I will be back again some other year, and I look forward to seeing the Rochester boba scene grow.

I also appreciated the sample of some of the tea flavors. My mom also got a sample of the tapioca pearls, since she has never tried them before. It was free size up Monday, so we got a large size for the price of a medium. The drinks are awesome, and I will definitely come back!
