Espresso flavor! Great coffee flavor and pleasant espresso bean grit.

Kiddo and I were on the hunt for gelato after dinner at Chow and found Sweet Street. It's a fun candy shop with specialty chocolates and all the candy! I'm afraid you don't understand I mean ALL the candy - current, nostalgic, and novelty. They had a lovely selection of gelato flavors, 12 in all. I had Espresso and kiddo had Dark Dark Chocolate. Both were super yummy and we found a high table by the door in which to enjoy. Service was delightful. The gal working was really sweet (no pun intended!) and friendly. After we finished our gelato we meandered and looked at the candy before deciding on some Jelly Bellys. They had a vast variety of flavors. They have fun novelty candies, small toys, Avanti cards (a fave!), and also individual unique m&m colors you can buy by the pound. We will definitely return!

Sweet Street has an abundance of candy in every variety. Upon walking in the store you could smell all the sugary substances from outside. When we walked in, there were candies that we had seen from our past and candies we have never seen before. We reminisced at the Candy we used to eat as children and learned about what is trendy with kids today. Sweet Street also have a enclosed counter top of where they have truffles, toffee and handmade candy. They have every flavor of jelly bellies. They also have toys and small knickknacks if you need to pick up a gift. It really is a cute store. It feels as if I am in Old Sacramento at their nostalgic candy stores. The prices at Sweet Street is higher then other regular store prices BUT you're not purchasing the same type of candy. We will be headed back soon for sure and our kids bring it up often that they had a fun time there.

A store catering to your sweet tooth and inner child. Wall to wall candies, chocolates, and novelty toys. This store allows its customers to relive their childhood moments through classic sweets and other types of confections. The shop is overflowing with all types of sugary goodness and treats. An ideal store for last minute presents or a location to take the kids for a treat day. Take the time to check out the collection of candy filled toys and even a small section of Harry Potter novelty items (chocolate frogs, etc.). Cute shopping pails are located next to the entrance. We found ourselves visiting every single display, marveling at the selection, and realizing that an hour had flown by. A good selection of stuffed animals, mini gumball dispensers, Star Wars candy items, and classic lunch boxes were expertly paired with other unique gifts. The store was hosting a pokepalooza event. Adults and kids of all ages flocked over for treats and a chance to win a $25 gift card and catch a rare Pokemon. In addition to candies, the store also has gelato. The cashier was very excited to announce their event and even played the game with the customers. Definitely a wonderful place to visit with family and friends. You just can't help but smile as you walk in.

came here for a late gelato run and came across this candy store that sells gelato as well. in addition to having a vast candy selection, they also have a good amount of gelato and soda options. i ended up getting some different variations of m&ms and ordered some gelato. i got the strawberry milkshake flavor and my friend got cookie butter. ultimately both were good but the cookie butter was amazing ! sweet and creamy with bits of cookie. cute little downtown danville shop!

An incredibly fun store, in incredibly stuffy Danville! It was an unexpected delight to cross paths with a shop with a sense of humor and fun. Shopping for practically every candy under the sun while fun music plays overhead is an irresistible treat! And speaking of which! This isn't a more standand operation where there are endless bins for you to fill a plastic bag from (though a massive wall of jelly beans and other yummies are indeed offered up that way). Their collection of oddities in movie-theater style boxes is what appears most plentiful, so you can definitely stock up on favorite treats for the future or something that was tough to find. Strawberry Whoppers? Who knew?? There is also a fridge full of crazy sodas, ranging from a standard fun offering of sarsparilla to (GASP!) bacon soda. A good selection of European candies are available too, plus a gelato bar and gourmet candy display. I don't know if there is a sweet craving that hasn't met its match here! I walked out with a bag of my beloved Soda Pop Shoppe Jelly-Bellys (obsessed with 7-Up flavor, yum!), and a little bottle of Tabasco-flavored Jelly Bellys for my hot-sauce obsessed BF. The cashier even let me sample a Tabasco bean before buying - yikes, they are authentic! :P Great options, great customer service - give yourself a good chunk of time to browse because there are delights on little every square inch of this shop. I look forward to returning around Halloween and Christmas to see how they crank it all up for the holidays!

The only chocolate I came across were the chocolate-covered gummies, so if you're a chocolate lover like me, you might leave craving more. They also offer other sweets like cookies and cupcakes, but the real star here is the sour candy. It's easy to get carried away while filling your bag--everything looks so tempting! I'll definitely keep this place in mind whenever I'm in the mood for sour candy. Service was pleasant with a smile!

We noticed tables of candies and a whole wall of candy that you can choose from each candy was labeled with different countries where the candies came from which I thought was pretty cool. The people asked us if we need any help to let them know. We did notice that the prices were pretty high. So for 1 pound of candy in the bag it was $25. However, the girls did pick out a couple pieces of candy for each and we spent about $4.50. This place is definitely cute and provides a lot of different types of candies, but it is kind of pricey. I would definitely still come back when I have the extra funds.

Shopping for 1 friend takes more thought because of her allergies. See's Candies is a reliable gift since she can and has eaten them. Just have to make sure I can select the chocolates for the box myself. Better yet, I can get her a gift certificate that she can redeem herself. Went to the store today, specifically to support their Dogust campaign. Proceeds from the sale go towards the care of shelter dogs. Bought a Paw Box for my sister. The box is prefilled so couldn't buy 1 for my friend. Wish they had the option to custom fill the box. Candies are old fashioned, American-style chocolates, often bite-sized in milk or dark chocolate, with or without nuts. Quality is probably on par with Lindt. As kids, got all kinds of chocolates for special occasions like Valentines and Easter. Remember learning real quick to bypass the cheap stuff wrapped in colorful foil from grocery stores.
