My husband has had nausea and diarrhea since Sunday, and I have been dealing with diarrhea and an upset stomach throughout today. Neither of us has been able to keep food down properly since our visit. I called earlier today and spoke with a manager named Jess. During that conversation, I was told that because we ordered different items, it was unlikely the restaurant was responsible. However, I want to stress that foodborne illness can result from cross-contamination or shared ingredients, so the fact that we had different meals does not eliminate the possibility. This has been a very uncomfortable and concerning experience for both of us. At the very least, I believe this situation warrants serious attention to your food handling and safety practices. I would appreciate a thoughtful response regarding how you plan to address this matter. While we have already decided not to return, I hope you take this feedback seriously to prevent others from experiencing the same issue.
