The employee who initially took my order, I believe her name was Keja (not sure if I am spelling that correctly), was extremely professional and responsive. My text message was responded to within minutes. Her communication skills were excellent. She was very thorough in making sure that I was getting exactly what I wanted. I went to the shop in person to pay my deposit. Keja was the one at the register at the time. She was very friendly and professional in person as well. I ordered my cake on a Tuesday and they were able to have it ready for me that Saturday, which was great! Fast forward to pick up. Presentation of my order was 10/10!! It was exactly what I asked for and I could not be happier. The only thing that I didn't particularly like, was the Superman cake flavor that I chose. I am a huge lover of Superman flavor, and it was not what I hoped it was going to be. However, the cake was moist and we still ate it. It was just a personal preference about that flavor for me. I will still order from this shop again, I'll just choose a different cake flavor next time. We had a great visit tonight. My husband tried a cheesecake bowl. This thing was crazy. Layers of cheesecake mixed with toppings. Think of a Sundae but with cheesecake. I had a cookie brownie. My man and I always come here to grab some late night goodies. We were having family over and wanted to grab some cupcakes and chocolate covered strawberries. We got home and realized 2 of the packs of 3 cupcakes had mold on them. Which is super disappointing because we love this place so much. I ended up purchasing a 3 pack of strawberry crunch cupcakes for ~$6.50 and brought them home to share with my kids. They cupcakes were delicious and fluffy. They were the perfect size for kids, but a bit small for an adult. I returned a few weeks later on a random Tuesday afternoon and the selection was MUCH better. I was able to purchase a 6 pack of variety chocolate covered strawberries (fruity pebbles, Oreo, and Strawberry crunch) and a slice of Strawberry Crunch Cheesecake Cake for around $24. The chocolate covered strawberries were good, but the star of the show was the Cheesecake cake! I shared one slice with my kids and it was perfectly sweet and such a different concept from anything I've had before. The top tier was supposed to be a strawberry cake from scratch And the bottom layer was supposed to be strawberry lemonade from scratch. the Whole cake tasted like box cake.
