I love sweetgreen and this location has been super convenient. Since parking isn't the best, I usually order ahead so that I can park curbside and run in to pick up the food. My salads are always full of flavor and fresh ingredients. However, I've ordered the exact same salad twice on the exact same day and the difference in portion sizes was noticeable. The night shift gave me minimal ingredients compared to the lunch crew. Since I paid the same for both meals, I would like to see more consistency. Perhaps closing time being near has something to with it as this has been a trend with this location. My best advice is to go for lunch or go inside in the evening and walk through the line to make your salad so you can eyeball the portion sizes. read more

Let's get something straight: I am a Salata girl. My parents wanted to try a new salad bar and I agreed since Sweetgreen is renowned for having top quality ingredients. Plus, this was a new location and I wanted to check it out. It is a little cramped, yet very clean. I ordered the pesto bowl and have nothing to complain about. It had light mozzarella shreds, tiny pieces of chicken, and a nice dressing mixed with my quinoa, spinach, za'atar bread chunks, and cherry tomatoes. I will admit it was tasty, but I prefer having more mix in options like at Salata. You should skip the roasted sweet potatoes (side dish). They're dry and old. Sweetgreen is mostly for those who want salads with more whole vegetables and grains. In fact, they put a lot of emphasis on the salad base, which makes sense considering they have the freshest and extremely dense leafy greens I've seen at any restaurant. Kudos to them for using less plastic. The paper to-go bowls and compost bins are eco-friendly and much appreciated. To conclude, I am still a Salata girl. read more

My coworkers and I preordered for a meeting we were having and I picked the order up. My only complaint is they do not have a sign that says where online orders are located because of this I waited in line. We are really enjoyed our salads and said we will go back. I ordered a chicken avocado salad,, via the sweetgreen app. Unfortunately, I got home and there was no chicken in my bowl. I had a bowl full of pickled onions, lettuce, rice and stale chips. Customer experience is horrible, as they will not answer the phone and texting with the guest experience team is just as bad. If you go there check your order before you leave. However, I ordered a crispy rice bowl through Door Dash and to my surprise, the crispy rice wasn't there and neither were some other ingredients. They did not have a phone number, so I had to go all the way over to get it. Second, I ordered the peach and goat cheese salad. To my surprise again, there was an issue. Recently ate at sweet green for the first time here at the cypress location. I was asked would you like avocado, bacon and other little items added to my salad, casually I said yes. I get to the register and my total was almost $30. I paid, left and vowed that I wouldn't eat here again. If you are going to ask your customers if they want certain items let them know it is an upcharge for those items.It was asked to me as if it was complementary .I had no idea and will never be back because of this. I've dined at multiple different Sweetgreen locations before. So I'm familiar with what they offer and glad to see one so close to my home. I've been to this specific locations about 3-4 times since opening, and they are extremely stingy with the protein portion, compared to other locations I've been to. This place is amazing! All of the employees are always so kind, welcoming and helpful every time I come here to eat regardless of how many people are there. Everything I have tried so far has been absolutely delicious and I have never had any remotely negative experience. I always end up leaving with a smile! My favorite is the Garlic Chili Shrimp bowl with a mix of the spicy cashew dressing and the miso dressing they have never been skimpy with the shrimp either.The menu is healthy and you can always switch ingredients out to accommodate any allergies or dietary restrictions. I will say it is a little pricey, but all of the ingredients are super fresh so you get what you are paying for. Sweet Green always hits the spot when I am craving it . read more

I've been going to sweetgreen since the owners opened in Georgetown when I lived there. The concept has definitely evolved and while it is still a customizable salad bar, I find the best experience is to go with their suggested creations since their options are clearly catered towards that - as opposed to Salata which has a lot of options that can all come together in one way or another and still work. For that reason, I still loooove sweetgreen since their flavors work so well and their dressings are AMAZING and this location is wonderful - I usually order online and pick up in a second and have zero issues. This was the WORST experience I have ever had. I placed an online order to this location and when I showed up my food had only one of the two things I ordered. This would normally be no big deal as I am a patient person but when I showed the manager my receipt, she said there was nothing she could do. I responded, well I ordered two things and only one of the two things are in my bag. After looking again, I realized even the one item in my bag was not what I actually ordered. She responded there was nothing she could do because the online orders have to go through the online website. I asked her to make the food on my receipt and she said no and offered no assistance. I said I would pay for the food again if she could make my order again and she responded that I would have to get back in line. I look over at the line and see 5 people waiting so I respond "I placed my order 30 minutes ago so can you please make my food without me standing in line seeing as how this is y'all error". She responds with "you will have to stand in line because this wasn't our error, it was the online people's error. I said "you are the same company so it's Sweetgreens error that I spent $30 on food and only got one of the two things I ordered. She offered no help, no effort, no apologies, no customer service to accommodate the error that was made. Will Be Out of Business Soon. Awful customer service. Charged me 2x for my meal. When I discovered it 2 days later, I approached the manager who told me after waiting 15 minutes to see her that she can't refund money and I will have to contact corporate for my refund. She gave me their eMail address. Never apologized, just rudely told their mistake is now my problem. This tops the experience we had when we visited the place two days earlier and they promised a 5$ discount if we sign up on line. We signed up and the 5$ discount not given. They told my wife that she didn't read the coupon that says she needed to process the coupon at the time of purchase which we tried while they were standing there. The transaction failed and they made no effort to correct it. They just told us we didn't follow direction. Good luck if you go. I don't and won't trust them again. read more
